Jason was so prompt, picked up my car within an hour of my call. Sent me a photo via text of exactly where the vehicle was dropped off. Professional, courtesy and prompt. Highly recommend.
Left a message last night about scheduling a tow this morning, got a text in the morning asking if i still needed it. Gave em a call and Jason was over very quick to get my car where it needed to be and even gave my key to the shop so I didn’t need to be present.

I needed my Mercedes CL63 AMG towed . I called Cap and spoke with Roland mind you it’s 4 o’clock in the afternoon traffic on Savannah hwy is bumper to bumper. Roland arrived in 30 minutes got out introduced himself assess the situation carefully loaded up my car making sure the front spoiler and my stainless exhaust didn’t scrape the asphalt as the car was at an awkward angle he secured all 4 tire straps And was on the way to my mechanic in less than 30 minutes. He sent a picture showing delivery safe and secure. Roland was professional courteous & knowledgeable and driving top shelf equipment. I’ll definitely be a repeat customer
Answered on the first call, very professional, flexible scheduling. Truck arrived on time, operator was very friendly and helpful, even tried to jump the battery before hooking up the car.

Cap towing is now my go-to company in Charleston for towing or jump starts. Jason was extremely fast, and went above and beyond to get my car going. Prices were also extremely reasonable. Well deserving of 5 stars here.
Predatory prices. I called today for a battery jump. $150. Called back later for a 3 mile tow. $250. I found someone else who towed it for $140. There are no more rules anymore.The level of greed today in this country is truly sickening.

I was out this morning in my golf cart and suddenly there was a downpour and my golf cart stalled on a busy street. I was near tears and tried a couple of towing companies one of which wanted a photo of my "car." I am standing in the rain and THEY WANT A PHOTO?!?!?! The next company has an answering service in India and I couldn't understand a word. Next call was to CAP Towing...should have been my first! They were kind, understanding of my situation and had someone there in about 30 minutes. The gentleman was so helpful and thoughtful., he assured me there was no problem and he would get me to my destination in short order. Cannot say enough nice things about this company and this particular employee. I am grateful.
Waited over 5 hours for another tow truck before calling CAP Towing. They gave me a 45 min ETA, and were right on time. Great service and very friendly. Would definitely recommend.
Stayed at Edisto Island battery went bad. On a Saturday evening got Cap Towing and Jason was so helpful and brought us the replacement battery and saved our trip and vacation. With great thanks and appreciation. Will recommend them to anyone need car srevice.
We recently had to use CAP Towing after my daughter was in a car accident, and I can’t recommend them enough. They allowed us to pre-schedule the tow so everything ran on time, which really helped during a stressful situation. Communication was clear from start to finish, and the whole process went smoothly.
Can't believe I am giving a tow company 5 stars...but these guys are worth it. I blew my tire and my 17 year old spare was of no use. Saturday evening and the guy was out there in 20 min after being quoted 45 min. Drops my car off at the tire shop and then proceeded to give me a ride home, saving me Uber money. I was floored. On top of that, my tow operator was a pretty cool guy to talk to and great company.
This company was able to pick up my vehicle which was overheating out towards Kiawah within 50 minutes. Price was fair and service was amazing. No scratches, dings, or dents. I wholeheartedly recommend this company if you desire great service and transparent communication along with quality picture evidence of vehicle arriving at the location you desire.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. I was stranded in Charleston with my daughter and 2 grandchildren more than 2 hours from home when I called CAP. They were so friendly and reassuring. Not only did they schedule my tow but kindly recommended a service to tow it to as I had to leave it and go home. They sent a picture of my car safely delivered and all this on a Sunday!!! Had the best experience with Jason and Cap Towing. Jason was responsive to my outreach and right on time with our prearranged meeting. While all of this was greatly appreciated, I enjoyed talking with him at a personal level. Glad to be able to support local business owners especially when they deliver such a quality service. CAP towing was incredibly pleasant to deal with. I called and was provided a quote and time window for arrival. It was reasonable cost and the wait time was minimal. Jason was so wonderful when he came to pick up my car, even allowing our 5 year old to help! We even were provided a text with a photo confirming the car was safely transported to destination! While I hope we do not need another tow anytime soon, if we do we will definitely be using Jason and CAP towing again.

I live out of town and needed to arrange a tow for my son while he was at work. I contacted CAP without knowing anything about them other than their google reviews. Jason was able to coordinate the tow for a specific date and time. When the date and time came for the tow, he was going to be just a few minutes delayed because of the tow before mine. He called me and let me know. Said he didn’t want me waiting and thinking he had forgotten about me. I very much appreciated that. He was professional and polite and treated the car with complete respect and care. When the tow was complete, he sent me pictures to verify the job was done.
