Awful service. You walk in and get ignored until they feel like you've waited long enough. Don't give proper information about vehicles or parts. Save yourself the trouble and go anywhere elts.
Not into getting an attitude when I'm trying to buy parts for my pos it's that simple, or talked to like I'm some little kid, not sure who this routine works with to sell used parts etc
Bob really went out of his way to get me the correct rear end for my truck. The first rearend was the wrong year due to mis communications on my part. Bob took that rearend back and got me the correct one and all with a great attitude and a smile
I'll give this place 0 stars if I can. In reference to their part being offered for sale online, my husband placed a phone order with them to purchase a part. Martin insisted that we pay for it first before removing the item from the car, so we did. Give him a few days to disassemble it, he added, and he'll get back to us. Weeks passed with no response. When we contacted them again, they said that the part was bad but why haven’t no one had responded throughout the previous two weeks of our waiting. Currently, we are still awaiting a refund, which is another problem now. This place has to get its act together since it's a hot mess. Please be cautious and keep your distance. Also to the owners give us back our refund for a part we never got.
I wouldn't go anywhere else for my automotive needs! This family (Martin's) , with Ma Martin and son Bobby are the BEST!
As a combat wounded veteran , recently divorced with 2 kids in college, I couldn't keep my POS car on the road without them!

I needed a hub cap for my truck so I stopped by and showed them a pic of what I was looking for, they found it right away, and charged a reasonable price. The staff was super friendly as well. Will definitely stop by again
Terrible experience. I ordered a wheel for my truck on Monday drove 20 miles to drop off a deposit before he would order it. It was supposed to be delivered overnight at 4 p.m. on Tuesday I called and it wasn't there. He said he could go pick it up on Wednesday, but then called and said that he was busy and couldn't get it. So I said okay but I need it between 10:30 and 11 tomorrow he said okay I showed up at 11:30 and there was no wheel but someone was on the way to get it. Denied saying it would be in between 10:30 and 11. Third apology but no wheel. He said he couldn't help it and I asked him who ran the business. That's when I got my deposit back which I wanted anyways. 5 people working there but nothing getting done.
Purchased a q45 engine from them and found out it was a junk motor. 500 for a junk motor!!! Tried to get my money and getting nothing but he run around. BUYER beware! !!!!! BUNCH Of crooks and thieves
Great company! They bought both our cars, even when the price of metal was not so good, Martin and Son Auto gave us a better price! Great for parts to any car, and they get it quick!
I have dealt with Martin and Son on four or five occasions. I have found what I have needed, got it very quickly, and found their prices to be fair. I have never had a problem with any of the parts. Good guys too.
Terrible business practices and awful customer service. At this place you call to ask for a part and the parts guy writes what you want on a ruffled up notebook, takes your phone number and NEVER calls you back. So you repeatedly end up on hold, with the rest of the nice folks that are all calling him back, not only from todays entries in the spiral notebook, but from customers from days past. The process took me over 4 days and 3 trips to purchase what my mechanic called, the WRONG PART. As a matter of fact, I received an outdated part not different from what that the parts guy offered to me and said it was an older part but would fit my vehicle. The older part was originally offered to me for half the money. I refused and asked to wait for the current 2005 item. When i finally was able to get the parts guy on the phone i was told to I could pick the part up. I did and immediately brought it to my mechanic. I did and made yet a 4th trip to return it without even an apology from this merchant. BEWARE!
