We’ve used Borges multiple times over the years. Their work is flawless. I was happy to get my car back so spotless inside and out. Stephen continuously kept me updated and dealt with the insurance company. This family owned business cares about their customers. As a matter of fact, my daughter was rear ended on a busy road in town. Tony recognized our car, turned around and stayed with her until I arrived.
Love this place. Everytime I’ve time my cars there I’ve been 100% satisfied with the work, with the knowledge, and the fact that you know you’re not getting taken with them. very honest and they respect the customer attitude.

Borges collision has out done themselves again. We’ve used them several time since they first opened back 2005.
They were awesome and handled everything from the loaner to the insurance agent. They are honest and kind and they don’t take any short cuts.
Amazing flexible and prompt service to repair my car after a collision. Stephen handled all the communications with my insurance company which took so much stress out of the repair. He also organized a great, affordable and convenient rental car for the duration of the repair.
There are few things certain in this life, Death, taxes, and being completely satisfied as a customer of Borges Collision Center. This is my third experience using them, and again they knocked it out of the park. The years of experience really shine though when it comes to handling the repair process. The first thing I thought of after mentally processing the accident was “look at the bright side, you already have Borges number.”
Tony and Steve are the best. They take care of you like family. I highly recommend Borges Collision Center to everyone. My vehicle as well as my wife’s and friends come out like showroom. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.
Unfortunately someone decided to hit my vehicle while it was parked in a lot. I brought it to Borges Collision because I know they are reliable and do the best job. I got my vehicle back and you cannot tell that it was damaged. I highly recommend Borges Collision

When my vehicle was damaged at fault of the other driver I took my vehicle to Borges auto for the first time. When problems arose with the insurance company Stephen was remarkable!!! Stephen knew all the RI laws and dealt with the out of state insurance of other driver with knowledge, professionalism and honesty. From minor to major collision repairs, repainting wheels, undercoating for rust prevention, paint correction. Borges Collision does it all to perfection. We have used them about two dozen times in the last 5 years for our business and personal needs. They will fight with your insurance for proper repairs. They treat every customers project or repair like it's going to take first place at a car or truck show! If I could give 10 stars, I would! Highly recommend!
Steve and team are AMAZING! Comms was great, they explained everything clearly and answered my millions of questions. They provided insight on the insurance element and details as this was my first accident, I am so happy to have found them!

I am an owner of a 2020 BRZ, always looking into the aftermarket world to enhance both the performance and look of the vehicle. This time around, I purchased a custom mesh grill to replace the junky plastic grill that comes stock. The challenge became finding someone I could trust to do a seamless job, as there is no going back once the stock grill was cut out of my bumper.
After weighing all of the many options, I took a shot in the dark with Borges Collision Center strictly based off of the reviews I was reading upon, and I could not have made a better decision!
From the start, Steve was the only one I contacted that was excited about the job, as the many other shops were hesitant due to liability reasons in terms of error during the cutting, improper installation, or messing up my bumper's paint in some way. Steve took it as a challenge and was determined to get it done the right way, by any means necessary. Any obstacles that came up, he made sure to either call or text me to let me know exactly what was taking place, and how he was going to handle it to ensure I was okay with the process prior, as this job was rather out of the ordinary.
Even with how OCD I am when it comes to my car, Steve and the crew absolutely knocked it out of the park, and I will definitely be making that 90-minute drive to them from CT for more work in the future. I could not have been happier with their business, and hope this resolves any last hesitation you have when it comes to giving them your money!

I am happy with the work done on my car. I had a small dent in my car and they made my whole car look brand new, cleaned it inside and out. I will definitely be back if I need to in the future. Everyone was friendly and it was a quick and easy process.
Had my car fixed here a few times already, and everytime, it comes out looking better then the they i bought it, they don't cut corners, and are straight forward with the costumer, very happy and highly recommend this shop.
Borges has been fantastic! After contacting and visiting several other places, Borges immediately made me feel comfortable leaving my car there. They were transparent about everything and always available to answer my questions or provide updates. Highly recommend!
Stephen and his team went above and beyond with this complete Collison repair of my vehicle. When I picked it up, It was shined up and standing tall. Their Customer service is top notch. Definitely will refer him to everyone I know needing repair and body work!
I had a fantastic experience at this shop. The team was incredibly friendly and easy to talk to. When I brought my Challenger in for some touch-up work and PPF, Stephen provided excellent guidance throughout the process. Despite their busy schedule, they managed a reasonable turnaround time. The staff's knowledge and experience are evident, making this my preferred choice for any car-related services in the future
I've given these guys classic cars and my daily driver. I'd feel comfortable giving them any autobody job that i can think of. Highly recommend. Nice people.
As a woman, I would not recommend this auto shop. While the staff was kind enough to send someone to my home to look at my car the way I was treated after I brought it to the shop was unacceptable. The mechanic would not want to speak with me on the phone even after I explained that I had no time that day to see him in person since I work a full time job but I was open to speaking on the phone. When I went to pick up my car they discovered that they had lost my keys and asked for payment which they did not mention when I asked the day prior on the phone, so I had to leave the shop to go get cash and come back. Every time I spoke with staff I was spoken down to and in a disrespectful manner. I understand that I am a young woman but that doesn't mean I know nothing about cars nor should I be treated as a target to get extra cash from. After they finally found my lost keys I told them I was interested in scrapping the car they explained that they would scrap it for $300 and I was lucky to get that price. I ended up calling another place and they scrapped my car for $1100. I've dealt with a few different mechanics in my life but I've never been treated with such disrespect, I will gladly take my money elsewhere.
I was looking for a good body shop, I tried others that gave me the runaround.I found that the bigger shop were to busy to get me in (two month wait or no call back).So when I was driving around I saw BORGES COLLISION CENTER and stop in to see what they could do to repaire my truck. I am so glad I did Steve is the great and got the truck in and repaired in less than 7 days. Great job A++++. this is the shop to go to have your body repair done.
My wife had body work done there after a minor collision. The end result was outstanding and at all times we were kept informed and treated with respect. We highly recommend them.
They are amazing! My truck looks perfect after an accident. THEY EVEN CLEANED IT! It looks brand new. The owner is super nice. Handled everything and set up a rental car for me.
