If I could give them less the. 1 I would. A few weeks ago they had taken my car after an accident for Geico. I went to retrieve my belongings 2 days later and they could not account for not 1 item. The car was cleaned out with not any items left. When I inquired about the belongings they stated they have no information and the belongings weren't there. Over $1000 worth of items from softball gear, sweatshirts and custom mats etc are now 100% missing along with sentimental items! This place is defintely shady and never Never allow your car to go there! Boycott this place at all costs!
UPDATE: Max the general manager was very helpful. He made sure he looked into the theft and although he couldn't recover my items he did compensate me and was genuinely concerned and attentive to resolving this matter. Max was a very stand up guy and worked with me to resolve this matter in a timely manner. As a new manager I am highly impressed with his response time, his actions and how personal and friendly he was! Thank you Max!
Progressive transferred our vehicle here after an accident to be appraised; when we made a time to collect our remaining belongings, we found that just about everything of value had disappeared-from beats headphones, to golf clubs, to a CarPlay box, to charging cords, the vehicle registration, etc. The person in the office could not account for any of the missing items. I called and asked to speak to a manager about this, apparently they were all in a meeting and email is the only way to contact them. So i emailed immediately. I called another 2x after thanksgiving and still haven’t received a phone call from anyone at Copart. Needless to say, my belongings which totaled more than $2000 in value are still gone; progressive won’t help, Copart doesn’t respond to any calls or emails. It’s a bad business model to “clean” a car once it’s been received and pick and choose what the owners can recover. A proper way to handle this would be to offer to check the cameras and return a phone call at least. Do not recommend this facility to anyone.

Very efficient staff here. Was in and out quickly. Only warning is if you're picking up and there is a balance due, bring cash or certified check. They can't take credit cards.
very poor customer service. and very disrespectful on how my belongings were flipped around and stuff was stolen and some was ruined from the person who ripped everything apart on me and put their own trash in it
I’ve been cleaning the office for 2 years now, Josh seems to be very nice from the short moment I met him. I can assume the staff is hard-working and busy due to all of those sticky notes! Keep up the good work guys!
This was the first time I've purchased a vehicle through an auto auction aside from eBay, in the future I will not trust the auction to accurately represent the vehicle condition. I was told that it runs and drives, and only had normal wear and tear. When it arrived it did not start up, and had absolutely no brakes at all aside from the ebrake. I was able to figure out that the starting issue was a clutch safety switch and bypassed it but I still have to fix whatever is going on with the brakes and I almost forgot it has no power steering. In the future I will only bid on local auctions that I can check vehicles myself prior. LESSON LEARNED. THANKS COPART FOR THE CRASH COURSE!
Sarah gives the worst customer service after 1 hr driving to get here she was unable to help us with the request. Has an attitude problem, she was mad from the get-go. If she doesn't want to work there find another job. Mendon has wayy better customer service.
Out of all the coparts I have been too, this is my favorite. The people are nice and HELPFUL. The place is clean and ORGANIZED. and if you have been to other coparts you would know this is not things you get at all locations. I actually look forward to picking up cars here.
