It was very easy to register for this. However the pick up of my truck did not go as easily.
I was given an 8am-5pm pickup timeframe. After waiting all day, and not hearing anything, I called the company at 4pm. This call went through many transfers and a few hang ups.
Finally I spoke with someone who knew the driver. She contacted him and told him that the truck was in the driveway-he said he couldn’t see it from the road. He promptly arrived and towed the truck away.
Just a few mishaps, easily resolved, and I will use this service again.

Terrible communication with the people picking up the car was told 3 separate days neither day did they show up. Ended up missing 3 days of work cause the time frame given was 8-5. Called coparts a total of 40 times and no responses just not worth it
People setting up transactions were very nice , but with all the different parties involved did not feel I got the most bang for my buck, also changed quote of price few different times. All in all with less parties involved customer would get more

I have to admit I was super nervous. Got bounced around to different people on the phone. All very nice but could tell they were from other countries. They gave me a good quote for a Silverado we were junking. Got more nervous when they said they pay by check, not cash. The fairly local company set up towing arrangements the next day. Woman was very kind even when I told her I was nervous about getting scammed. They confirmed pick up an hour before arriving as they promised. Picked it up, left the check, check cleared with my bank the following day. I'm a real person, that was really scared of getting scammed. This was super easy! Everyone was so kind! This was a smooth process and I was pleased with what I was paid for a great vehicle with a significant engine issue. The process was transparent and the agent who walked me through everything was experienced and explained everything clearly. I was a bit nervous as I had only found them by Google but everything was super smooth. The local tower also communicated well and arrived when expected with a check and took my car away. The cash for cars contact did not pay the $50 promised for dropping off the vehicle. Despite 2 calls that supposedly resolved the agreed upon price, the sales price was never corrected. They never called back, and didn't complete the required paperwork so that I had to drop off twice. I'll never use them again.
Two attempts to contact the email address provided in their response came back as undeliverable. If they really want to work things out then they can call me or text me which they did repeatedly during the selling process. Can I lower my review score?
This company has a good website. They offered me the highest value for my car as compared to other similar companies. Although my car was supposed to be picked up on a Friday but not until following Monday, I was responsible because I did not pick up the call from the flat bed operator. Dominic was very helpful and responsive. All in all it was a good experience and I’m very happy with I the transaction.

I had to set two appointments for two separate days because they didn't show up on the first day. However, the driver that actually showed up was absolutely amazing. He is 100% responsible for the 5-star rating that I'm giving. Not only was he extremely skilled in an otherwise hard to navigate driveway, but he was also friendly and very helpful.
