I drive an hour and a half from mass to get my parts from these guys. They always have what I need and it's always reasonably priced. Couldn't ask for better unless it was for them to be closer. These are my go to guys. Repeat customer

I could not have been happier with my purchase experience with muffs, i received a tracking number within hours of sale, the package arrived exactly as shown in the pictures and works as it should. This was my first purchase and look forward to doing business with them again.
Ordered an 86’ Yamaha tt225 kick start through EBay and was accidentally sent to previous address. Contacted people at address and was sent back to sender.
Then contacted Muffs Motorsprots over a weekend and left a message. They returned call on Tuesday (holiday weekend) and only asked for new address and sent it right away with no additional charge. I WILL order from them for those hard to find parts again. Plus, part was exactly as posted and a perfect fit
Not the best experience with these guys. Ordered from them from ebay and their shipping information was not entirely accurate. Called them on it when it ended up costing us double. Rather than trying to resolve, they walked away from trying to make it right. And then they tried to dissuade me from returning the item. Overall a bad experience. Thumbs down Muffs. Next time try harder to make it right.
These guys are fantastic. I have ordered a few times with them now. Their customer service is amazing. I am new to motor sports vehicles and have no idea what I’m doing 😅 or what I’m ordering ever, but the reps are patient, helpful, over the top to answer my questions, search for the best shipping options. The shipping has been FAST. I will try to do business with them as much as possible because I trust them 🙂🙂🙂
Received a item today wires where cut hidden under electric tape never use this company again. Shop local support usa company. This is why people shop elsewhere. Absolutely garbage
Would not recommend! They don't seem to check their items before listing it online. Quick responses when trying to sell you something, no response at all when they made a mistake or when you want a refund!

amazing company to work with. found them on their ebay store. was looking for some shocks. they had them. Saw they were close to me so i called them up to see if we could work out a deal if i were to pick them up. they were very good with working on price with me. Their was an issue with one of my items i bought and they instantly made the problem right! you just don't hear about companies doing that now a days! i highly recommend this company. I will be using them for my parts for now! Very good customer service and they do the right thing! would give 6 stars if i could!
Muffs is a great place to find used parts! I always have great luck with them when trying to come up with a part I'm needing to complete jobs. Justin and his whole crew are great friendly and knowledgeable people!
Ordered a "working engine in great condition with slight use" after paying $2,300 to have it shipped to TX and another $1,100 for a professional Polaris dealer install the engine was banging and wouldn't run! No customer service, they didn't care that their lies costs me an additional $1,100! Our dealer said there was no way they could have honestly sold the engine in working condition and a rebuild is another $3.000! $3,000 to fix their mistake (on top of the $2,300 we already paid for what was supposed to be good quality). BEWARE and never buy from these people online!
