Amazing staff and great service. I went into there and needed a battery it was freezing cold and a kind gentleman name James help install it. And also help put wipers onto my car for me with the storm coming. Vary polite and great customer service.
Can always count on great parts! Always greeted when I come in the store and parts are almost anlways available! If not they are usually able to get them for me same day. I recommend this store 100%!!
The manager only gave us the price for the most expensive break pads without mentioning there is a less expensive option. He then gave my husband an attitude when we asked for the less expensive option. Bad customer service and overpriced I suggest autozone or advanced auto and save yourself the headache.
Extremely unhelpful, there advertising says they would put a battery in for me. And Dale refused and came up with every excuse. I have a bad hand and don’t have anyone else to help me. Extremely disappointed with how management handled this.
Highest recommendations. Excellent knowledgeable staff to stand behind you every step of the way. Good quality parts. Excellent prices everything you need to get the job done right the first time and just in case you miscalculate and you get the wrong part they do have a return policy. I've been going there since they opened and we are extremely happy supplies all four of our vehicles. If they don't have it they can order it. Nothing gets us on the road faster and when we're in the middle of the job we know who to run to with quality parts at affordable prices
Whats the point of being open until 9pm if you close the store 12min before you close. My truck is not drivable and I ended up finding the issue to fix it. I just needed some wore and but connectors. It was late but I knew only one store would be open atleast I thought. I got to the store at 8:48pm plenty of time to grab the 2 things and leave before 9pm. I pulled on the door and it was locked. All the lights are on but I could not see anyone. I nocked on the window and no was appeared, I even called the store multiple times and no one answered the phone. Finally an employee cam around the corner from the back and I waved him down but he looked and me and turned right around and went in the back. So I waited and nocked again. By this time it was about 8:55pm and another employee came around the corner from the back, I waved him down as well he come over to me and was wondering what I wanted, I told him I just need a thing of wire and but connectors. He said sorry we are closed the drawers are close for the night I said why are you close it's not even 9 yet he said that his register showed that it was 9pm. I pulled my phone out and put it to the qi dow to show him that it was not 9pm yet. So he argued with me saying I haven't been standing outside waiting since 8:48. As I was walking away he said that I shouldn't of waited until the last minute. I'm sorry that I found an unseen problem with my truck that i need to fix to get my teuck back on the road i thought I could depend on your store to be open till it's posted time. Horrible customer service. I only go to orileys for any of my automotive needs but I don't think I will be anymore and probably going to close my account as well.
You don't know cars at all I went to O'Reilly in Woonsocket told the dumb guy behind the counter I have a 87 camaro z28 and he looked at me with a straight face and asked ford if you're going to work at a auto parts store know your cars you don't have to know everything but come on
I never write reviews but I had been driving around trying to figure out how to pump my tire with a tire pump I bought and no one would help me. I stopped by oreillys as a last resort and a man in a cowboy hat (sorry I didn’t get your name) came outside (in the rain) and showed me and I was able to to use it! Thank you so much
Very wide array of in shelf items. In my experience prices are lower then advanced auto right around the corner. Also they seem to have better access to parts.
Very helpful associate. Bought A/C recharge and he was nice enough to help me outside.

Had an awesome experience with Chris at this location. Went to a different store and their scanner was down. Shame on them for sending me to O'Reilly's. Although they were unable to scan, Chris was able to figure out the issue and even put in the missing fluids. He went above my expectations and even fixed my jammed hood latch. I will be coming back here for now on.
What can I say about my new bestie Nick? He's been awesome both times I've been there this last month to the recommendation for gas treatment products to putting in my less than user friendly bulbs in my car always with a smile , a few jokes and never a " you're making me do stuff" attitude.
The staff at this location are horrible. While i was shopping for some accessories. The 2 men behind the counter made comments about a black and Spanish guy after they walked out. I left empty handed after this happened and will not be returning
Gary and the other staff helped me with the battery test and replacement, which was super helpful and much needed. I truly appreciate the help. Great experience and highly recommend!
Just called to get a price on spark plugs and coils and the guy I spoke to had the worst attitude ever just for that I'm going to go elsewhere Very rude and disrespectful
Bryan and Adam were very helpful and they had the parts I needed when all the other local stores did not. Google says they're closed, but they're open. M-Sat 7:30am-8:00pm Sunday 9:00am-7:00pm (as of 10/10/2021)
