This owner of this place is the most ignorant person I have ever met, I was trying take a picture of this vehicle that he was selling and he totally got all bent out of shape I wanted to show my wife that I could add this car to my collection. Never again will I ever step on his place again, pure ignorance and what came out of his mouth.
I bought an engine for my BMW they shipped it to Florida and everything was smooth and awesome with such a great deal! Very professional and overall great people! Def give them a call for all your auto part needs!!
Recently bought a front and rear bumper for my 2009 lincoln. Was told by lkq savage. There was none in the state of ri. But J.A.G. had just what i what I needed after hunting for a year, I found what I needed at J.A.G salvage. For a very reasonable and fair price. I think I found my parts store.
The first time I order a door it was in great condition and the owners were very patient, accommodating and nice. I had to go back to get a panel for the car door because I didn't realize for almost 300 bucks the panel didn't come with it. I call back and I need a door panel so they ordered it for me. I go to pick it up it's disgusting and all dented up and on top of that for 75 bucks I didn't know the Door handle and controls didn't come with the panel so I had to pay another 25 bucks for a BROKEN door handle. The kicker is he asked me about my current door handle being broken but he sells me a broken one.... I didn't know it was broken and controls couldn't be used till I dropped it off at my guys shop. I know absolutely nothing about parts and how they come and it feels they took advantage of me because I lacked the knowledge. Looking at previous reviews the owners are going to have some comment or try to discredit the person who gives them a bad review and that's okay
Terrible place to do business. Won't stand behind warranties even though you can prove with receipts that you did what they asked. And have no problem selling motors with a rod knock as a good running engine.
Run away from them. Worth the longer travel.
Guy wouldnt answer questions. Instead he said he's not a professional so I asked to speak to a professional and he replied with a vulgar response.

He can't find me because he sold me the engine in cash. Laughed really hard when he mentioned stiffing uncle Sam. Should have known then what type or person they where.

Never had a problem transporting an engine ever. Clearly wrong person. You must make it ur business to cause problems with all your customers.

I am not surprised everyone else left a negative feedback. I really had a very bad experience with this business. He said the part was good quality but when I arrived I was very disappointed and they were very rude to me and gave me an attitude.
Told me they had the part didn't tell me it needed to be pulled and that I wouldn't get it the same day.. went to the yard nobody was there.. called him he hung up on me three times walked around the side of the little hut to see if he was out back he pulled in and began screaming obslscenities at me for "walking the yard" even after I apologized he continued to be insulting. Wanted $ 20 more than amazon wanted DELIVERED so I got it delivered instead. This guy doesn't deserve ONE SINGLE CUSTOMER.
If I could give this place 0 stars I will my I own a mechanic shop in the Worcester area I bought a transmission 20 days ago and I lost the receipt I called him and told him the exact date I bought it and he said he can’t look it up this guy is a con artist. He charges me $1200 for a van transmission and after I did the job Transmission is no good I will be contacting my lawyers because this guy shouldn’t be in business
My cousin called these guys for a part and didn’t know how to explain it so I ended up calling them right after. Guy who picked the phone up repeatedly kept saying they can’t help. Would not let me explain and hung up on me. Wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone
They sold me a bad component.(it was an electronic rack and pinion) it didn’t work and when I call them to get an exchange or store credit, they simply said, they do not warranty the parts and it’s on my own expenses., I am really sure that this was my first and last time buying from them.
Just because worker at JAG Salvage never heard of a model that was made, maybe you should look it up it up first. Before basically dismissing a potential customer. GM made 1500 HD for both Chevrolet and GMC trucks. 6 years total, crew cab with the 6.0.
I go there for anything that I may need bought an engine there a while back for an extremely reasonable price. Engine still works and the kid Mike there is extremely helpful, articulate and understanding. Thank you guys especially Mike!
I found them thru car-part as having listed a part I needed for my Toyota. I called them up and they confirmed they had the part and confirmed the condition was as described. They said they needed a deposit to pull the part which wasn't a big deal. They called me the next day and had everything ready by lunch time, just as I had asked. Went to pick it up and Mike was super friendly and his price was great compared to other yards that had the same part I needed. They even went a step further and thru in a couple other parts I needed for a short change. Highly recommend.
Mike in Customer Service helped to look for a door panel for me and was helpful and courteous. Found a panel in great shape and a good price. Thx and will work with you in the future.
They lie ! Don't ever buy anything with electrical components ..There service manger is NO help at all ! No actual boss to talk to ! $200.00 loss . 2020 customer service is a joke with these people.. Let me edit now that there was an addition comment from this joke of an establishment . Seems I am not the only person with this same problem ! looks like you need a better management team . I will be sure to only buy from Woonsocket Auto Salvage . there team is Awesome and always makes good on there Parts !
Purchased a fuel door from here . My experience was awesome from the first call . Mike wrapped package really good so it wouldn’t get damaged during delivery.Mike also called with tracking number . I purchased an engine while in Orlando, FL to be delivered to a TINY SHOP in Providence, RI and had ZERO issues with the part OR the delivery. Honest people. Fair prices. Great service. Looking forward to working these guys again.
very expensive and lied too much,told me that he can got cheaper bumper from Michigan, after I paid, gave me different grille that he brought from chevrolet dealer, and can’t returned back. I lost 529 dollor for this. also JAG never accept cards only cash.IRS should conduct their audit！！！
