Hispanic lady that works receptionist/front desk has a wicked foul attitude. The company should adjust it so no one else has to. Hung up the call mid sentence as if she had anything better to do. Take your education serious so you can do something you enjoy.
So friendly and fast you just wait and the item is picked and brought up front to you. They also have the sweetest little cat named Sabrina and she literally made my day !!! Reasonable prices and again very worth the drive for the save on parts
I Place and order to Robert for my vehicle and every day I tried to call for the shipping but these guys are not responded and the women continually hang up my phone very pathetic service
I called waited 3 days nobody called me back , I wanted a price, when I called back the woman said they would call back a hour went by no one bothered calling me , I reached out one more time and said nobody called me back yet she said he will call you and hung up . Don't call this car place no need to do what they did .
I would have given 5 stars but I came there my bumper was 200 bucks i wanted to get like 10-20 bucks off because now I have to sand this bumper down and re touch it up but I'm just upset because i told the lady i was probably going to buy it anyway but I said what i had to go thru can she take a little bit of she said wait right here and goes out then comes back in and says oh that's just a little bit dirty there's chips in the paint but it was the least of what I was worried about it was the 9 in long scuff I gotta tryn get out now and when I told her it's a little morr than dirt she refused to respond the man was nice and a pleasant person but ill post the pictures below if something is wrong and they won't negotiate then leave because something about someone telling me nothing is wrong when there is insults my intelligence I mean all she had to say was ok I can't negotiate I still would have bought it
Over the past 2 year's I brought my car to 3 repair shops including a car dealership & still not identified what parts I needed! Robert treated me like family. Person working there very helpful. Kind on phone. Had part in stock. Reasonable price. Very polite. Looking for second part. She thought it was available, checked, and it wasn’t in stock, and called quickly to let me know this.
Called inquiring about a part a men offered to get me , Called back and This b*** picking up the phone better get another Job .. 0 customer service/ rudest person ever , I wish I had YOU right in front of me when you decided to talk to me like if I was your kid and hang up the phone like if am asking for a free favor . Fire this bi.... or else you should go out of business!! Customer comes first and she's clearly frustrated with her miserable life to be treating others like that !!!
One star auto salvage
Called to inquire a set of seats at 8:00 am, asked if they could send a photo, they said yes. I waited 1 hour, then called back since they close at 1:00 pm on saturdays. They said again that they would send a photo. No photo.
Waited almost a week just to find out they didn't have the part I called about. They never called back with that info as i was promised they will. Poor service, what a waist of time!
I went here to buy an Acura engine costing 1,000. They gave me a broken head gasket. I paid again for another labor just to redo stuff. And cost me doubled. They told me they would pick up the car and have it check with their mechanic cause they won’t believe me that their head gasket is broken. Days and weeks had passed still no mechanic showing. I would avoid this place. Do not waste your money as what I did to mine.
Wad told they would have an engine out for me waited 3 day they never called back to tell me it was out so I called them they said the mechanic didn't come in had to go elsewhere ordered a transmission a month later had exact same problem mechanic didnt come in gave them more time to get it out so I called them back to hear sorry mechanic didn't come in this is half star auto salvage not 5 star they suck never again deal with them
Web site said they had the tire rims I needed. Drove there from SK. Sales rep showed me a picture on their website. He went to get the rims and came back and said he didn't have the rims. Waste of my mine. Now I need to go elsewhere. You should too.
I needed a used gas tank. I called and told them and they said that they would have the part on Monday. I drove down from Boston for an hour and sat there for more time waiting w for the part that didn't come until 5 when I already had to be in Boston at work. I had to drive all the way back down the next day to get the gas tank which I was told specifically was not rusted. This gas tank was so Rusty that it's unusable and damaged other car parts of mine. I had to pay for the installation of the gas tank and and and eventually had to buy a new gas tank and other car parts to fixfthe damage and pay for the installation again. This Rusty gas tank that they sold me cost me an extra $600 on top of what the normal replacement would be. I call Dan they blamed it on my mechanic and now I have to drive all the way back down to give them back the rusty gas tank. I would never go here again.
From the minute you go in the door till you see their warehouse full of parts. It is definitely state-of-the-art. Very efficient oh, and very helpful. They go out of their way to help their customers. Wish every place was like that
Was told I would have my parts by two o'clock on Friday....call them Saturday morning oh still not ready yet. Can not wait to see when they actually get here.
Called for a power steering pump,drove about 25min to get there,when I arrived the part was waiting for me right on the counter,an it is the right one,great seller!!!Thanks!!!!
