Very courteous and helpful. They had exactly the stock rim i needed and couldn't find elsewhere . They do not charge extra for them getting parts for you.
Call them to order some parts for two vehicles send them all the information they required delayed one day then send me a message that the shipping address was a home and they did not want to ship their even though I provided the shipping resend it again with the business address and then said they did not want to sell me anything the salesman Joe is a really rude and obnoxious person try not to buy from these people if not you will regret it
I just want to thank Joe and his team for cutting my rocker panel out that I needed. I was a bit nervous coming here because of the bad reviews but it turned out to be fine. when I saw the rocker panel myself and the condition it was in? my anxiety went away. “Joe was 100% honest all along” and now I built a trust on the company. I am very satisfied with my purchase….i am very sorry if I was annoying I just wanted to make sure I get my moneys worth and I hope you understand on the customer’s perspective. I also try to put myself in the company’s shoes and understand them better.

Dave at K&R salvage was very helpful and professional. I purchased a salvage radio from them and unbeknownst to us both the radio had theft lock on. Dave devoted his time to me over the phone to walk me through a solution. We were unable to remove the lock and he offered me a refund. Thank you for your service and time Dave and staff!!

I purchased a motor from them and not only was it overpriced but everything on it was broken I had to pay for over 400$ in parts but they don't even give a shit once your payment is made they brush you off

Jim was literally my saving grace! It’s my boyfriend’s 2yr anniversary of his passing so the day was bad to start… 10mins into my flower deliveries and I blew out my tire and rim from something in the road I couldn’t avoid. Pick & pull didnt have my rim or tire because it’s a hard one to find. They recommended me to call K&R. I called K&R frantic and upset. Jim was so pleasant and kept me calm. He walked me through every step of how to see the size and kind of rim I had since I had no clue. They had my exact tire and rim and within 15mins I was on my way over there. When I arrived I was greeted by another gentleman, equally as kind. Jim then pulled up my suv on the computer and showed me and explained what he was talking about over the phone so I would have knowledge and a clear understanding of what he was talking about so I know for the future in case it should happen again. He told me he would prepare my tire and rim and for me to go about my deliveries and he would call me in a little while when it was ready and in fact called me at the exact time he said he would. When I came back another gentleman had my tire and rim ready to go and within 10mins my tire was back on my suv and I was able to finish my deliveries without almost no lost time. I honestly think he was sent to me from my angel, because he was the exact person I needed at the moment. Not only did he go above and behind, he literally put a smile on my face and made my whole entire day. I would definitely recommend K&R to anyone who needs parts. Absolutely fantastic team and now will be my #1 go to place! Thank you so much to Jim and all the staff at K&R for being patient and kind to me. I will definitely be back in the future! Ordered transmission on arrival When shipped flipped in ltl freight and leaked out all transmission fluid all over other packages on drivers route.when installed professionally at a local buisness found transmission to have dtc codes and was not functioning correctly being a store manager and seeing things like this from a supposed legit business. I felt the need to let people know about there practices. Bought a transmission when sent had no invoice and was bad and not functioning as soon as installed with dtc codes present. When called and asked about a warranty purchased was told tough luck better luck next time. Please please please do not use these people as they do not back there products look at the reviews prior to this one.
I just wanted to see the condition of the part I bought. I am a customer and the bald old man treated me badly. You cannot look when buying a product. If you want to look, you may be beaten.
And in response, you say that the fault is mine, not his. But I just said I wanted to see it. I did not request to enter unsafe areas of your workplace. I think you can be more polite and friendly.
Just wanted to thank Renee over at k&r auto. They always take care of me and do good work. I had them rebuild a motor in my mack dump truck, I also purchased a motor for my father's escort, and i also have had them pick up junk cars. I highly recommend them to anyone.
