Just had my truck towed due to a faulty alternator (2008 Ford F250), the driver (Derrick, hope I spelled that correctly), showed up ahead of schedule, and communicated adequately. He was there every step of the way, was super kind and courteous, and knowledgeable. He was a genuine pleasure to deal with. I had a bunch of questions about vehicle recovery too, and he willingly and enthusiastically answered them and even showed me a few things (I work in Fire and EMS and get to see recovery in action all the time, so it was fascinating to actually have the time to observe it and talk about it). Overall great experience. Would definitely recommend them/their service to anyone in need. I had them dispatched through my roadside assistance plan through USAA, so I simply got lucky. I could not have asked for a better company. 10/10

Had my alternator die on Halloween....causing the battery to drain......they were the best price and fastest time to give me a hand. definitely calling them again whenever I need a tow
Had some mechanical issues and got stuck on the highway. Santows arrived about 20 minutes earlier than roadside assistance told me they would, he was very thorough when getting my car on and off the truck, and he even dropped it in a convenient spot in my driveway.
When I call roadside I don't get to choose who comes, but this has been the most reliable and convenient tow I've had.
