I am a auto dealership from CT. I had the ultimate pleasure of speaking with Hanna from the auction house. Hanna was absolutely amazing. We had a problem with a lost title....My experience with autions is they either dont really care or want to bother with helping someone out that could take more than 10 seconds of their time. Hanna was totally different!!!! Hanna sent me a copy right away and did it with a fantastic sense of humor and with a very caring attitude. If any dealers want to know where to buy a car and get great service....GO TO PARTNERS AUTO AUCTION!!!!! I hope her supervisor reads this and acknowledges her hard work with all her peers!!!!!

Sure the auction is amazing but the staff are friendly and efficient making the buying experience wonderful. I really think this Auto auction will be the largest in the area.
