Came to pick up a hood for a vehicle , was stated that the product was 200 with hinges , seller than doubled the price to 300 with hinges but stated they’d sell just the hood for 200 since I showed up under those terms once I agreed to 200 on the just buying the hood for 200 they then said they’re listing the hood for 400 instead. Would not recommend wasting your time with place

Beware of this junk yard, they do alot of shady business, they sent me a damaged engine, i spoke with Ben....He wasn't helpful at all, very rude and and lack good customer service. ...Please take my advice and stay away
Do not do business with this guy, they are criminals, they sold me a bad transmission claiming that it was a good transmission. I was trying to negotiate with him for the repair but he said no he wanted me to bring the transmission to his own guy to fix after i already pay for labor.. Please avoid doing business with them. I will not recommend them to my dog.
This place also goes as achase recycling,and DO NOT BUY A THING FROM THEM!! The rudest,most arrogant JUNK dealer i have ever dealt with. Answers the phone with a loud and unprofessional HELLO! No mention of where you called. He sells you a BROKEN and INCORRECT part,then won't make good on it or give you the money back,after several phone calls. "we haven't been down that way lately"! I don't care! Mail the check back at least and pick up your garbage part whenever. This has been over a month,and still no resolution!!
Purchased some parts from this place. Ended up arriving damaged. Called to let them know the same day that parts arrived damage. Asked for a replacement “yeah sure we can” weeks go by nothing come ins. Call again “your parts got lost in the mail” funny how they didn’t the first time they sent them. We will issue a refund. Week goes by nothing refunded. Called again “accounting guy is not in we will call back” A month when by since original purchase no refund no replacement parts! THEY DRAGGED OUT THE TIME SO I COULDN'T DISPUTE THE PURCHASE WITH MY CREDIT CARD. It has been a month since original purchase and it’s to late to dispute. I wonder how many times they did this to other customers. STAY AWAY! They don’t care about customers..
I recently purchased a defective Transmission from Wrights Auto Parts. As a disabled Veteran, I never expected to be treated so badly by a Company. I purchased a Transmission and the Mercedes Dealer checked and confirmed the part was bad. I spoke with Ben at Wrights and he arranged for the Transmission to be picked up. It has now been over a month and I have not received my refund. Ben emailed an assured me it would only take 3 to 7 days to refund my money. To date and many emails/phone calls later.. I still have not received my refund.

I ordered transmission, when I come for pick up the transmission I was disappointed, it looks like piece of che..... the seller lied for me about mileage(he told me it’s going to be 83000 miles, but really it’s was more). I did cancel the order, I use my credit card for payment. I waiting 10 business days for returning money and the seller didn’t return money. When I called to him, he lied for me it’s bank problems. I will believe my bank and police help me!

Wrights said they had a wheel rim for our customer's Volvo- i called everyday for a week following up on it- they kept saying they would ship it out tonight. Then they said they don't have a rim, and that i was out of luck. Try telling that to our customer who has been immobile for a week.
Made deposit on ford short box for a truck I have here in ct. the thing was mint in the pictures and everything I was loooking for. I get the o my to discover that the bed got backed into by the machine operator. They didn’t call me or anything so I drive 2:15 to go get what I was expecting to be mint bed for it to be now completely a waste of my time and gas money. Very unprofessional
I have placed an order for an engine couple of weeks ago, and still haven't got the tracking number for my shipment, don't know what they are doing with my order
Please call ahead with exact wants and needs before visiting. Talk about a place out in the sticks, dirt roads and all. In any event make sure they have exactly what you need or you will regret the drive.
A complete jungle. NEVER leave a deposit, they don't have the inventory, it won't be ready when they say, and you'll won't get your deposit back. Also, if you do go, get a tetanus shot and wear hiking boots. This place is a nightmare in the middle of nowhere with an unprofessional staff. Not worth the cost!
The worst experience I ever had! Sent me totally wrong part! I had to send it back to them. They got it two weeks ago, but no refund on my account. Every time I call they make new excuses and they never call back!
Great place, good selection, good price. Left my credit card behind and they promptly mailed it to me (and didn't use it!). Seriously, a good place and worth the trip.
Staff is more than helpful and if they are busy the owner Bill Ricci stepped right in and helps as he did in my case.

One of my favorite yards to visit large abundance and variety of cars and trucks, even a couple of boats. The owner and all the staff are super helpful, and know every car and where it's located.
The manager, Ben, is the rudest person I have ever spoken to. He advertised a part for $350. Upon arrival to pick up the part on a Saturday (with cash in hand), it turns out that he had incorrectly advertised part. It wasn't the part we thought we were paying for. He said he could order the correct part for an additional $100 and it would arrive on the following Monday. That didn't happen. The part finally arrived on Wednesday.
Feels like a bait and switch ... definitely false advertiser and rude! If I could give no stars, I would.

I was robbed for my money. They sold me a defective engine and then didn't want to issue a refund claiming there's no return on parts not wanted. They wanted to do an easy fix on the defective engine and still expect me to take it back. Worst service ever.
I was very patient for 2 weeks trying to get the right part. Never got it and they had more excuses but no results. The last call someone pretended to have a foreign accent and said they didn't sell parts. Buyer beware

Had contacted them over 30 times they keep playing games. So I was robbed for my money. They took back the part and still a month later refuse to reimburse.
horrible experience with this company. sent motor in horrible condition, motor was returned and we are still trying to get a refund to my 77 yr old dad, waited weeks weeks & weeks and still getting the run around. the obscenities that "Ben" has used towards us and the unprofessionalism goes beyond words! Scam & Liars. taking advantage of the elderly? good work ethics, I think not!
Guys had the part we needed, sent wife to pick it up and they stated 10 bucks to put it on. We had no issue with that however when we went to pay the bill Ben our contact chose not to charge us as it was an easy install with no tools. Good, busy guys and great service. Definitely do business again.
