I had a dispute with the management there..if it was good.it was his decision.if anything was bad it's corporate.I asked for a transfer.. I do enjoy working for lkq.. the job is great.. but I didn't like the management team.. I was denied or blocked transfer.. I asked multiple times.. and wasn't given the opportunity.. I have a strong work etiquette. And I always was available to work extra.. did I have a bad attitude or was it bad management.. a man can only take so much

wasted a whole day at this place and wasted my mechanic time as well,drove from peabody Massachusetts all the way there just to sit in there front lot all day,the parts dismantlers have no clue how to do there job THEY BROKE 2 DIFFERENTIALS had me wait around for nothing to leave empty handed,waste of 3 hours of road time and gas,even worst front desk had nothing to say about it,horrible business will never shop here again. step the game up fellas smfh Everetts in brockton for the win thank u guys and they didn't brake it....

VERY HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE just hung up on me and could not give me any help! women was very rude will not be ordering from here ever again! I just need the VIN from the car the radio I had bought came from, because I spent almost $200 on this radio and cannot even use it without the anti theft code. I either will keep calling for a refund or for that vehicles VIN number!!! WHY CAN’T ANYONE ON THE PHONES HELP ME! Customers BEWARE AND DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE

My recent attempt to order a car fender from LKQ in Woonsocket's been an exercise in frustration & a complete waste of my time & resources. The initial online ordering was a confusing mess, w/ different customer service agents providing contradictory instructions. I was ultimately directed to call the local Woonsocket branch the following morning to confirm the part's availability. The next morning, my call was answered by an incredibly rude woman who, instead of connecting me to the local branch, curtly stated she'd email them & call me back to confirm before I drove to pick up the part. To ensure I hadn't called wrong place, I called a 2nd time, only to be met w/ the same abrupt representative who told me to simply wait for a call & not to call again. Predictably, no follow-through occurred. I called later at 3pm before EOD, I finally spoke w/ someone at the local Woonsocket branch who informed me the fender was ready for pickup. Eager to finally resolve this, I drove there. Upon arrival, I was initially informed that the wrong fender had been mistakenly removed due to a similar part number. After multiple updates from staff assuring me the correct part was being located & to continue waiting, I was told that the part wasn't available at all. I was then instructed to follow up on Monday – meaning my entire day of double-checking, following unclear instructions, & driving to Woonsocket was entirely for nothing. Seeking clarification & some semblance of customer service, I contacted the LKQ call center again, only to be informed that I hadn't reached the national one I'd initially dealt w/. The representative I spoke w/ insisted that the part was indeed at the local yard, even after I explicitly explained that I'd just been there & been told otherwise. The agent stubbornly repeated his confirmation, completely disregarding the info I was providing. Eventually, I was transferred to a supervisor who confirmed that only the local yard or the national call center could assist w/ the order. This supervisor then suggested that the local yard likely did have the fender & that the delay was due to end-of-day staffing limitations. Adding insult to injury, their system indicated they had at least 2 more vehicles of the same make & model available. How incredibly upsetting & inefficient! This entire ordeal's been appalling due to the complete lack of clear communication, constant conflicting info, & blatant disregard for my time & significant inconvenience. LKQ's "hassle-free customer satisfaction" promise is profoundly inaccurate & insulting. I've received no apology for numerous errors & wasted time, no clear plan to fix it, & no compensation for significant time, effort, resources (gas & my entire SAT), & potential costs from LKQ's incompetence. **Update (Mon):** I finally spoke w/ Deon, the original agent w/ whom I placed the order. He mentioned that the part did not pass QC (Quality Control), which explains why it wasn't available. He would find me an alternate. Deon then stated that the customer service dept would handle any discount due to the significant inconvenience & transferred me. I then spoke w/ a customer service agent who stated that any compensation would only be offered *after* the part was in my hands. She could not provide any assurance that I wouldn't be stuck w/ the part w/o the promised discount & subjected to a restocking fee if I declined it. She stated that managers determine discounts *after* the part's received. When I explicitly asked to speak w/ a manager to clarify this unacceptable policy, she stated that no managers were available & wouldn't be available at any time. Her ultimate "solution" was for me to simply cancel the entire order. Throughout this final interaction, there was absolutely no apology given for the multitude of mistakes made by the company, no acknowledgement of the significant inconvenience I endured, & no indication of any quality assurance or follow-through on anything they commit to w/o any checks & balances to protect the customer. Customers Beware!!!

Ordered an abs pump. Went there to pick it up they couldn’t find the part wasted my time and didn’t refund me for the part. I have called three times to get the money back still no luck. Don’t give them your card number until you see the part!!!

This the last time I come here or even call. The girl on the phone is extremely rude every time I have called. Just hearing her voice as soon as she picks up I already know the deal but I had enough today when she hung up on me mid sentence. Today was the last time I’ll ever bother with this company i blame them for hiring unethical people. If your reading this your better off taking your money elsewhere.

They are terrible. They hang up the phone on you plus you can’t complain and they just don’t seem to bother even when you’re asking questions. VERY RUDE SET OF PEOPLE.

Terrible service. Lena is helpful but the delivery people and thier tracking system is inconsistent and inconvenient for the customer. Items undelivered and drivers with less than desirable communication resulting in costly delays. Also items go "mysteriously missing" and no one can seem to track their own items. Do not use

I called to see if they had an ecm i needed gave them part# and vehicle info and told me to it was available and I asked if I can go and get it they said yes, when I got there they told me they had to pull the part and will call me back when it's ready, never called me back I called back 2 days later drove back to get the part, got the part and took it to the shop it was the wrong part, japan donor and I needed US, drove back to return it and now I have to wait to get my money back check in the mail. Lost 3 hours driving back and forth plus gas.

Lousy staff at this location for LKQ auto recycling. Bought a $2700 engine and been doing business with LKQ for over 20 years and the sales rep ( Kelly) that we gave the sale to was inconsiderate to help us find a small hose that they took with our core, will never do business with LKQ.

I called the day before to see if they had my part in they told me yes that they had it i went the next day at 800am payed for my part I was told that they will call me when it gets there that afternoon payed 458.00 I waited and they never called me tomorrow I’ll see if they will call me for my part keep every one informed

No one use this company! One of there truck drivers nearly ran me off the road then took off cutting off another driver to do so. This happened today (03/04/2020) at 3:45 PM on North Street (RT. 28) in Randolph, MA. I caught the plate thankfully (Mass Plate) S80-834. Consider your selves warned!

I called Monday and ordered a window to be available for Wednesday I followed up on Tuesday to make sure the order would be ready for Wednesday then I was told the order was never placed on Monday. So on Tuesday the gentleman on the phone helps me confirm to have the window for me on Wednesday Wednesday morning I go in the windows not ready after two hours I’m told they don’t have the window. I patiently waited for two hours horrible customer service it’s a bad way to do business.

Used auto parts. Leave the toolbox at home. They pull the parts, or ship in from sister yards. You can order over the phone with a credit card. Ordered a headlight assembly for a 03 Tiburon and got it in 2 days for $107.

Unlike pick n pull they pull the parts for you so you don't have to get your hands dirty. That being said, you pay a little more for the service. But to me it's worth it to not have the hassle of removing your own parts.

I bought a transfer case for my 2007.5 Silverado as soon as I had it professionally installed the 4x4 would not engage after numerous calls and being put on hold every time I was never refunded or got an exchange so I lost a total of $1350 for no reason and they never helped in any way definitely the worst place ever to buy a used part I'm a local business in providence RI and I do anything to satisfy my customers

worst experience I have ever had took more then 3 weeks before I didn't get the I part I was suppose to get and within them three weeks I they never gave me a tracking number and every time I called she (Shella) could not help me at all and not only that but she had the gut to tell me that ups tried to deliver it but since no one was here to receive it supposable they sent it back now my only concern there was that ups trys to deliver three times before they send it back and if no one is there to recievbe it they will leave a note

Absolutely horrible customer service. they say they'll give you a call back never do. Wont work with customer to settle refunds. And if they don't really wanna deal with it they will just hang up on you LKQ sucks. Dont waste your time or money with these thieves They dont even deserve that 1 star
