  Went for simple task, getting washer fluid. Back in a car after a 10 year hiatus and adjusting to how they've changed and how I am not as strong as I used to be. Two guys staffing the store today were friendly and helpful, even to getting the lid peeled off the jug when I struggled with it.

  I’ve shopped at different NAPA auto parts stores, but the Middletown, RI store tops them all! I stopped in to pick-up a pair of wiper blades that I had researched online. The stores interior layout made them easy to find. When I checked out at the register I asked Dale, who rang up the sale, if he could double check the fit for my car. Without a second thought he did. I’m a 73-year-old guy with a minor noticeable disability. When the sale was completed, Dale asked me if I would like him to put the new wiper blades on my car. In today’s world where people seem to forget good manners and are preoccupied within themselves rushing through their day, Dale’s goodwill gesture reminded me there are still good people in this world of turmoil who care about others. I accepted his generous offer. The blades just snap on and were installed in less than a minute. I attempted to hand him a few bucks, but he refused to take it. After I insisted and would not take no for an answer, he reluctantly took the tip and said he would put it in the Wounded Warriors donation box. He impressed me from the start, but his unselfish kindhearted character to pay it forward just elevated my respect for this man and made my day! Dale is an asset to the NAPA team. Need auto parts? Find them at the NAPA store in Middletown, RI and make a new friend at the same time!

  Excellent auto shop; helpful and very patient staff. Thank you for assisting us with a new fan for our VW, along with the transmission fluid the last Saturday in January, moments before you were going to close up shop for the day…..and then again on the following week day for grabbing a transmission washer for a Nissan.   I cannot praise the staff here enough. Every time I’ve gone in with some wackadoo Porsche fitting or hardware issue, they find a way to solve it. They act like they’ve got skin in the game, so to speak, and that can be hard to find these days (in my experience). To the store management: you’ve got a great team, and if you can use this review as an excuse to give raises, recognition, or whatever the your team requests, please try to make it happen.   Very friendly, fair prices. They are straight shooters with the customer. Prices compared to auto zone are similar. I personally prefer the organization of this store over the auto zone on the corner of East main rd and valley rd due to its cleanly store and parking

  I dropped off 2 brand new batteries to get charged.. when I came back for them they said they were leaking.. I asked for the batteries back and they said no the truck picked them up.. I said well you owe me 2 batteries and they said no you have to buy new batteries... after being yelled at by staff at this location I got corporate Napa on the line, then staff came running out with 2 brand new batteries while admitting fault continued to scold me and yell at me to leave... I know business law and they failed.. napa will not be here for long if this is how they treat people. All 4 Napa 27DC marine/Rv batteries I bought were dead in 1 year I repeat do not buy batteries here go to autozone for better warranty and better batteries.... 1 yr pro rated warranty at napa vs 3 yeaeplacemwnt r warranty at autozone

  Napa Middletown, RI: the battery on my 2015 Impala died and I called Napa. They told me to bring the car by, which I did. Dale and Brian (Manager) spent a good hour overcoming a very difficult task of removing the old battery and installing a new. I cannot thank these guys enough. Professionals. Do yourself a favor. When you need a battery, take it to these guys.

  Absolutely great! I have gone through many other auto part stores but the MAF sensor cleaner is always out of stock, even their websites said they are. I easily found what I need here and the price in lower. You may need to improve your marketing skills because I cannot even find your website when I searched for the part I need.

  I’ve never gone to a NAPA and not been able to find what I needed. They are always well stocked and priced very competitively. This NAPA is the same, but it’s wonderful staff is what sets it apart. I have been there several times before but last time they went way above and beyond. Bill struggled in the freezing cold for over an hour to help me change out my battery in my very old car. The connections were very worn and after a ton of effort and lots of bending, he finally got a tight, safe connection. Most places would have just tightened it down until it looked good and let me on my way. It will have popped off when I hit my first pothole and my car would have died while I was driving. Bill took the time to install and reinstall it several times in the below freezing weather to ensure I left safe. He never complained and explained to me what was going on so I could do it myself in the future. Because of Bill, I and all of my friends will only go to that NAPA. Beyond the good prices, I know that they will honestly help me. Thank you again for ensuring I was safe!

  Fast friendly service. They stocked the part I needed, and were more than happy to get ut for me and charged a decent price for me. The staff goes out of there way to make sure the customers leave happy offering to help with some routine maintenance issues, such as helping customers with their wiper blade installation that sort of thing.

  Was on a motorcycle trip from Ottawa had an electrical problem with my motorcycle in New Hampshire but managed to ride to new port during day as i lost power to my headlights They gave me advise whats the best materials to use to clean an lubricate electrical connections which fixed the bike and let me use the parking lot for over three hours while working. Never been with such friendly and customer service oriented young people recently. Thanks for the help and all the best with your career.

  Love this place! The staff is knowledgeable and very friendly. I ordered some parts that I had to go back and swap because I messed up a digit in my part numbers. They replaced the parts with what I needed and refunded the difference.

  I love NAPA! They are always so helpful and polite even when I have no idea what I am doing!! I purchased windshield wipers on my last trip and the salesman ended my purchase by saying lets get these put on for you. He walked out with me and 2 minutes later they were on my car and old ones in the trash. Amazing customer service!
