This past Tuesday afternoon, my truck was involved in a serious multi-vehicle crash during rush hour, and immediate help was needed to get both vehicles quickly and safely off the highway. Ronnie’s Towing came through with professionalism, speed, and compassion. The drivers arrived quickly, handled my vehicle and the other vehicle with great care, and made a stressful situation much easier to manage.
What really stood out was how calm and courteous the staff were throughout the process. They treated my truck like it was their own and made sure everything was secure before heading out. I’ve dealt with towing companies before, but Ronnie’s truly sets the bar high. Their experience and dedication to customer service were evident every step of the way.

My car was towed here and they only have one driver and nobody working at the actual tow yard itself if it wasn’t for the cops they wouldn’t be in buisness
Rude. Had our car towed there cause it was in an accident. We drove down and paid them to release the car and let them know a tow truck was coming shortly to get it. When we had AAA come to pick it up they had completely blocked our car in and made them wait. Once they found out we weren't having them tow it they weren't nice anymore.
It was a rough start to my Saturday morning till I called Ronnie's both of there tow drivers were great as one of them stayed an kept his lights on till Rob arrived on the seen he was amazing an very very professional on towing my Box truck.

The driver was really prompt and nice, but my vehicle was damaged being loaded onto the truck. When I brought this up to them they were very rude about it. They refused to even look at the photos initially, and told me they were closing when I offered to drive down to show them despite their hours saying they’re open 24/7. When I got there, they refused again to really look at the photos, just started telling me they were not responsible and the damage was there before they towed it. When they looked at the photos, they then admitted there was no damage before the tow, but said because of what was wrong with the car, there was no way for them not to damage the vehicle towing it in. That was never explained to me when I called to schedule the tow, or when the vehicle was being loaded. They then proceed to try and mansplain towing to me and bragged about how many tows they did and how much money they made from it. They brought up all of their before photos of the car and only enlarged 1 in which you could not see the damaged area. I asked to see the rest of the photos and they lied and said they had no more/no access to them when I could literally see it on the screen. I told them I could see the other photos and they exited out of the photos altogether. Would not recommend them and would be weary of terrible customer service, damage to your vehicle, and their insistence to just put whatever damage they caused to your vehicle through your insurance if you use their services.
As a college student 10+ hours from home and family, having to get my car towed from the side of the road is an absolute nightmare. However, Ronnie was SO incredibly nice and patient with me. He and his team made this process so easy for me I also think he was reasonably priced as well. 10s all across the board. Thank you again for everything!
Jose came to my rescue after AAA refused to touch my car. It was stuck in a garage unable to come out of park. AAA initially came and didn’t even attempt anything. Watching Jose get my car onto the tow was pure magic lol. We had minimal clearance with the garage door height and the fact that I have a fairly large SUV. It took awhile and a lot of quick thinking but he got it safely on the truck and reassured me the entire time. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
Frank was very understanding and very helpful made sure I was taken care of very reasonable fees definitely recommend if you need to store a car or need a tow.
I recently blew out 2 of my tires on the highway and I called Ronnie’s to see if anyone was available for a tow, they were more then helpful the driver arrived within a half hour and was super kind they safely towed my Mercedes to Inskip to have my tires replaced the process was simple and easy and everyone was extremely compassionate! I will always reach out to Ronnie’s for emergency roadside assistance! Couldn’t ask for a better towing company!
Ronnie’s saved me from my car breaking down in the middle of Cranston. I googled a tow truck recovery service as I was in a bind and picked the closest one - boy am I glad it was Ronnie’s. Price was more reasonable than any other tow company I have used but the service and response time was next level. Really appreciate the whole team at Ronnie’s for getting my car safely to the dealership and getting me out of the bind.

I have used Ronnie’s towing in the past and they always have such professional service. I unfortunately hit a massive Rhode Island styled pothole which left me with a flat tire. Ronnie’s came quickly to the rescue, and even though it was raining, they quickly got me and my car to safety and to the tire repair shop. It was a bad situation, but their help made it more bearable!
