Staff is very friendly and the head staff has came out to help me to install the wiper blades as I was struggling to do that in the rain and handed me a help. So, kind of him. Thank you so much Sir, and thank you NAPA.
Worst experience I ever had counter man on the phone named Tim was super rude and wasn’t helpful at all I went to orellys instead I paid more but I got what I needed and was treated right would give them 0 stars if possible
Counter guys are unprofessional and rude. One of them hung up on me. I felt like I was walking on eggshells trying to find out if they had my parts. Called O'Reilly auto parts and they were great.
The sales rep went above and beyond! Before catching a flight out of town I stopped to ask where in the heck I could find a car wash for my high roof RV-Sprinter van. He ultimately offered up the water connection where I could use my hose, bucket and soap so I could self-wash in time to make my flight. NAPA gets things done!
They specialize in parts for race cars. They also specialize in advice when it comes to stock car racing and purchases. If you race stock cars Pro Stock late models or Enduros this is the place for you for your all your parts and your advice.
This is such a hole in the wall NAPA but let me tell you, it's the BEST NAPA. The guys that work here know what they're doing and are so kind and helpful. I will always go to this store from now on, and I'll have my parts shipped to this store too.
Three stooges at the counter. Asked to use the restroom told me to use the dumpster next to the building. I know where not to go for any of my auto parts needs next time.
Nice experience. Had to get a new battery. It was just over the expiration and the clerk was nice enough to not charge me for the battery. He also carried the new one out to the car.
