Ethan keeps this place running like an engine. I’m going to keep coming back here because of that great customer service

Employees come and go. Been coming here as a regular customer for years now. I can’t believe Sam is gone. It was eddy and now her. In one way I’m glad I left here too back in 2018. The job isn’t worth it. There are a better jobs that pay well and get treated better. I Only come here when I’m working on someone’s car and need parts. But to work here again? No!!!

Went in here today to purchase oil. There were 3 employees and zero customers. Not one person working there asked if I needed help. Found what I was looking for and went to the register. The 3 employees couldn't be bothered to end their conversation talking crap about a previous customer to bother coming over to ring me out. After waiting several minutes they decided to actually and grudgingly to do their job. This is the last time I'll walk in that door. I hope you enjoy paying people to not work.

O'Reilly's is a very convenient auto parts store for those living east of Post Road. The staff are friendly & knowledgeable. Prices are competitive with the Autoparts retailers within the city. There's ample parking and the store is always immaculate and stocked .

UPDATE— My original post needs to be updated and reviewed… when the new battery I purchased was replaced by O’Reillys, I was initially very pleased, however, since then there have been some significant issues! While detailing and checking my Tacoma prior to a state inspection I found my battery was up against my headlight and had bent my refrigerant line! The reason why was because the rubber strap that O’Reillys sells and used broke!! I called them immediately and the assistant manager looked me up in their system and couldn’t find my information! I was told to bring my receipt. I could only find the refund for a core charge … I wouldn’t have had that if I didn’t buy a battery! I went the next morning to speak with the manager, Ed Greene. I explained the situation and he said “we don’t sell those brackets here”. How can a manager NOT know what he has in his store?! I then said that I don’t know where the bracket came from but that his employees did install it on my truck. A quick walk over to the back wall showed several rubber brackets (that they don’t sell) hanging up. After an exhausting back and forth with Ed and looking at the refrigerant line he stated that he’ll replace the bracket but that he isn’t responsible for the refrigerant line and that it’s “fine and supposed to be like that”! Since I’ve changed my own oil for more than 10 years since I’ve gotten the truck, I told him that it doesn’t belong that close to my oil filter and that he WILL be responsible if I ever have a problem with it! He sent the young man in the photos out to my truck after I told him to just repair the ground wire that keeps coming loose since I’ve repaired it at least twice since buying the battery 8 months ago….. I re-installed the rubber bracket only as a temporary measure because I will be making my own metal bracket for the battery to ensure that this never happens again! And when a kit has parts, try to use them…. The pics show a wing nut on one threaded rod and a nut on the other… which tells me they dropped and “lost” a wing nut and didn’t bother trying to find it! And a HUGE shout out to Google… I even had proof that I was there on the same day of my core receipt because of my original review!!! Thank you for having me as part of “the team”!!! Needed a new battery and had it installed here. Despite having a few minor problems with the installation, they replaced my battery bracket and battery post free of charge! Excellent customer service, Samantha… thank you again!!

This morning, my car's battery unexpectedly died, leaving me stranded. In my moment of distress, I decided to seek assistance at the Oreilly’s located on W Shore Rd in Warwick. Fortunately, both Patrick and Luis came to my aid, promptly confirming that my battery was indeed dead, and that the issue did not stem from the alternator. They efficiently replaced the battery and provided exceptional customer service throughout the process. If you ever find yourself in a similar situation, I highly recommend reaching out to these dependable guys - they will undoubtedly take care of you.

Placed an order online and the store is closed. Now they have my money and my parts, which I really need to fix my car for tomorrow Also, last time I was here I called ahead to verify they had the part I needed. When I got there they couldn’t find it, I ended up leaving empty handed

Let's face it. Most people don't "like" going to an auto parts store. Usually a visit is to eliminate some sort of crisis. I visited the store today to purchase a new battery. Mine was over 8 years old. Patrick offered to install the new battery and was done in less than 15 minutes. I left a happy customer. Thank you O'Reilly and staff!

Personally I have pretty good luck with this auto part store especially compared to other auto stores in the area. The workers here seem very friendly and pretty knowledgeable. If you need auto parts definitely recommend checking out this store! Price's aren't terrible.

The assistant manager, Adam, is incredibly friendly and more importantly, helpful and knowledgeable. He's the kind of guy that O'Reilly Auto Parts should try their hardest to keep in their franchise.

CUSTOMER BEWARE The manager Ed needs a lesson in customer service, leadership, and common decency. It took Ed almost 4.5 hours to have a set of brake pads delivered to shop my vehicle is being inspected at. Needless to say the mechanic buttoned the truck up and couldn’t tie his lift up for a half of day waiting for Ed to get serious and send a driver. When the driver FINALLY arrived he wasn’t handed the old pads to make the warranty swap because the truck was back together. What technician would tie up his lift for 4 hours over brake pads? Not mine!!! Needless to say they took the pads back with them and left. Here we are a day later still no brake pads delivered and had to call the corporate office to explain what happened. Please spare yourself from doing business with O’Reilly and Ed the joker who seems to be mad at the world. I’d recommend Napa or federated over these people as of late. Leadership and precedent start from the top! If Ed the manager is allowed to act this way tie up the technician and the customer for 2 days now imagine what else he does. I’d like an explanation as to what happened, and why the manager seems a bit vindictive? 2 days without my truck over a set of front brake pads they have in stock!

had to leave because the manager Ed was so rude asking the questions about my car felt like he was mad I guess did not like his job or me after he answer the phone speaking about his employees in front of the customer felt ignore I’m Hispanic it’s really hard to explain my self but I’m respectfull person first time I ever giving a review but it had to be said.

First time in this store. My son constantly signs the O'Reilly song. So we went in I need a new bulb and washer fluid anyways. The 2 guys working there Awesome.. one being the manager gave our guy a gift. We had to walk the store and sing the entire time. What great guys going out of their way to make a kid smile. Thanks guys well be back. Keep up the great customer service! The Aubin family

I bought front pads and rotors for my Camry. After having them installed there was a metal on metal contact sound coming from my front pads and rotors when I pressed the brake. After bringing it back to the mechanic twice and having the mechanic take the entire assembly apart and put it back together again the sound was still there. It's now been 2 weeks and the sound is still there. I called O'Reilly auto parts and their solution was for me to purchase a new set of pads and rotors and then bring the old ones back to get reimbursed. Who's gonna pay the mechanic to swap out the parts? Not me.
