I had a blowout yesterday evening while traveling through the area. My car had to be towed to Firestone. Lorey help me schedule an Uber to my hotel when I couldn't get my credit card to work - out of her own pocket! When I picked up the car this morning, I left cash to reimburse her along with I thank you note. She seriously went above and beyond!

Mike and Tristan saved us - we were stranded in a storm without wipers and were completely at a loss. They were so fast and helpful and kind. Truly turned a nightmare trip around for us - heroes!

Great team, super personable and reliable, comfortable environment, went above and beyond my expectations for service. Making them my regular maintenance location from now on! Worked with Mike .. Give him a raise or at least a good Xmas bonus. He's probably responsible for a lotta your 5 star reviews!

Had an issue with my oil filter in my avalon trd. Came back and they fixed it ASAP. Very friendly and professional. Looks like a good crew of guys working together from what I saw and noticed.

Mike and his team are amazing. They are always so helpful and respectful. I only bring my car to Firestone when work needs to be done. I find all of the Staff are great to work with. Went in for an inspection without any sensor lights on and was told all fine inspection almost done and said will just need tires before winter but tired passed and then 15 mins later when paperwork came out said oops there’s a light the tech didn’t notice until now and have to fail? The first thing a tech is suppose to do is check the dashboard for lights even before hooking up to machine when they drive into the bay or hook it up. So go in with no issues, no lights and come out with a light, then when get inside my car my glovebox was half open and now won’t shut?? And my cruise control is on when that has nothing to do with a State Inspection. What is really going on here? Then when I ask why they say they don’t touch the car and I must have not seen the light? C’mon why add insult to injury here. Do better.

I had the best customer service after dealing with a dealership that messed up my alignment. Firestone not only fixed my alignment but they made me confident in their work to come back in the future.

I have been using Firestone in West Greenwich for years now and have had nothing but excellent professional service from the guys there. Bruce, John and all the other guys clearly explain the situation in English (nor car speak) and don't pressure you to buy something you do not need. Highly recommend.

I called 2 hours before close with a strong concern of the safety for one of my tires and they were able to squeeze me in for check and tire replacement. Then gave me a quote for a true fix for the issue. Very much appreciated as I drive a distance daily for work. I will definitely be back to finish the job. I never feel taken advantage of when coming to this particular location and both of my kids take their cars here too. Road hazard program super helpful too for these situations. Thank you

Really sweet guys who work here! I had a battery issue and they were so kind to help out with a very quick install. They also recommended some great spots to hang out for the 45 mins while I waited. Each time I walked In, they were all smiles- they even gave me a bottle of water for my toddler when he was thirsty. I would come back here again 100% if I were back in the area

Avoid this place!! Purchased a tire in January, they also convinced me to get a lifetime alignment. Not even a week later, the tire went flat, which they replaced because I purchased a warranty. They made me buy a new warranty for the tire they replace. It felt like a scam at the time but it was only $20 so I just paid it. Six months later I go in for a 2nd alignment and they tell me something can't be adjusted because it was "frozen." They never mentioned this after the first alignment so they either never did the first alignment or they are the ones who broke it. When I asked about the first alignment the guy said "I really have no idea what they did the first time."

Easy to do business with, professional, pleasant, very accommodating with last minute brake problem, quick response with neeeded work, completed when promised. Have used many times for many other services including oil change & tires & will continue to so. Very convenient location. Thank you for all your help, Mike and Bruce!

Went in for an inspection. Very professional and they made it really easy for me too! My tech Tristen explained everything well and told me exactly how long it would be and even recommended me a good way to pass the time with some pizza! Would definitely go again!

The guys at the shop were very nice from the moment that I walked in. They were right on time with my appointment. I was in and out within 30 minutes and wasn't charged an arm and a leg. Thanks again!

5 stars because every single person, from the time I called, to mechanic who worked on my car, to the time I left, was incredibly nice. They went out of their way to resolve a miscommunication with the service and I had all the issues with my car resolved. All very appreciated. Just a side note- Stephen(sp?) the mechanic either needs anger management or to just stay out of the waiting area of the building because for the three hours I was there, he was storming around loudly complaining about his co-workers and his job. Luckily, I think someone else worked on my car because it doesn’t instill a lot of faith when the mechanic seems outraged to be doing.....well, mechanic things? Anyway, thanks again!

I brought my car to fire stone today for some work on my tires. I spoke with Bruce as well as Bob. They were both very knowledgeable and Courteous with no BS. Both of these gentlemen were wonderful. They are the dynamic duo. I was in and out of the shop in about an hour .

These guys always amaze me with their consistency in providing great service. I have been coming here with now 6 vehicles since they originally opened. Tires, inspections, brakes . They actually do get you in close to your appointment, (very hard to do in a business that prays for no broken bolts or wrong parts on the car(s) before you.) Always honest about what your vehicle is experiencing and fair on pricing. I am retired and used to run auto repair shops. I know how hard this is to do consistently. But they have with me. I was just in this Sunday with a tire that I plugged. It had a nail in the center of the tread and an easy hole to plug. But it had an ever so slight remaining bubble of air escaping afterwards. I added the dreaded “flat fix” and drove it around to seal the deal.(Which it did). But still, that puddled and caused a vibration. Took it to these guys and they cleaned it out, balanced it and it is as smooth as glass. Thanks guys for your consistent efforts and thanks Firestone for training and instilling the right qualities in your teams.

The staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and took the time to explain exactly what was going on with my car. They didn’t try to upsell me on anything I didn’t need, and the work was done quickly and at a fair price. I think they did a great job, great prices and extremely helpful service! I had come from vacation to get my emmissions test done and they did all the repairs that day! They were very understanding of how i needed my car back quickly. Overall, this is my second time dealing with them and I've had a great experience Both times....
