I was looking for a radio 2012 avenjer spoke to a woman, she said she'd check and call me back. She did call me back and it was the right radio and it was a good price. I would definitely deal with her. Unfortunately I never got her name

They upcharge you for having a higher trim model than the car your picking parts off of. Basically if you go here tell them you drive a base model unless the parts are different. Also they make you buy the whole steering column for a steering wheel even if the airbags deployed, they won't seperate.

Paid for engine online and told them I'd be down on Saturday before they closed the yard at 2:30. Showed up and they were closed at 12:00. Drove an hour and a half to pick up the engine and had to drive back empty. I had to pay someone else to get it Monday. No one answered my call or replied to my text messages. Would never use them again. I do not suggest using them either. Read some other reviews and it seems like it's the norm there. Got engine to me. Cut wiring harnesses, broke trans spacer plate, broken valve covers, torque converter still attached, and no pallet. The woman on the phone said engines always come like this. They tied it to the corner of the bed. Pallets are only for deliveries but, they told me they don't deliver. It looks like a child took it out, or some low I.Q. individual. The place and people are a joke.

When ever you need parts Jack's is the place to go. They have not let me down since I started buy parts about 4 yes ago. The customer service is great.

They were the 6 place I tried .Unlike the others they had the part including DEALERS ;( . Went an got my tools an pulled it .. went an paid CHEAPER then ordering it off ebay ,an I had in hand , Bigger parts I believe they pull it ... went home an installed an good to go ...On to the next problem. NO pictures

Late model cars you can get original parts and save hundred of dollars there tires are almost new all sizes love the place environmentally perfect place I highly recommend this place.

Horrible customer service. I’m a used car dealer that has a dealership down the street from then and i use to buy parts from them all the time and i never return anything. Purchased a Volvo xc90 radio from Jacks . Came to pick it up and it was laying on the ground in the puddle all wet near the checkout window . Mentioned to the counter girl that the radio is wet but said that I will take it anyways to make sure if it works or not , plug it in and if it didn’t work I will bring it back . Installed the radio , no sound and doesn’t power on . Had it laying around my shop for few weeks. Last week needed a brake booster for ford focus , so called jacks and they said that they had one for $55. So I went there with the radio thinking that I can just make an even swap. Keep in mind I have been going there for there for years and spend thousands of dollars with them . I get there the owners wife, tells me without receipt there is no refunds or replacement. I’m shocked , I tell her I misplaced the receipt but I have a copy of the check that I paid you with and I just want an exchange , don’t need the money back . She says , how do I know how much you paid . We don’t keep records . What , you running a legit business and you don’t keep records of what you sell a specially when I have a copy of the check that I paid you with and all I want is an exchange . Couldn’t believe that after coming there every week buying parts and them personally know me , they lost a wholesale cyst over a $50 radio that never worked in the first place. So to make the long story short, I threw the radio on the ground and told them to keep it !!! Horrible business attic’s. Stay away and give your different junk yards. Horrible customer service. Stay away.

The lady at the front desk is rude and disrespectful, if she doesn’t like her job quit. This is a junkyard you should be able to pick parts off the vehicles. But I couldn’t she said I had to buy the whole part. NEVER COME HERE EVERYTHING IS BAD

I wish i could give a 0 star cause of the nasty people at the front desk and the owner of the junkyard hunting us down and kept bothering us asking “what parts are u getting from that car” multiple times and when i found a car i wanted to get parts from He told me i couldnt touch it cause “it ran good” whats the point of having the car in the junkyard if it runs good i will never go there again ill drive the hour to pick n pull

Great place for parts and extremely fair pricing. No fee for entering their facility, unlike some other places. Some people complain about the staff but people have their good and bad days. It’s hard to be all smiles 24/7 in this type of business.

Called for an engine cover and they flat out told me they weren't willing to even check for it. It's clearly listed on car-part.com and has a stock number. The woman was very rude on the phone.

Brian at Jack's is fair and honest. He took the time to listen to me because I'm not a mechanic and he went above and beyond to try to help me with a transmission issue. Got transmission from Jack's and it functions perfectly . Everyone was professional and nice at Jack's. I'll definitely do business with them again in the future.

Extremely rude woman at front desk. Even the worker on the side of her looked dumbfounded by her. Charges $2 to look in the yard and cant even tell you what inventory is out there. She must have realized she was being rude because when I was leaving she changed her attitude.

Worst junkyard I’ve been too .. Super unorganized .. When I called to see if they had any Audi wagons they told me to come check the yard I thought your job was to know what you have I found audis in 3 different places in the yard I had to make sure I check ever car before I left for my 30min ride home .. Will never go there again !!!

The female costumer service lady was very rude when she called to inform me that I forgot a document. She had not said anything to me for 15 after the transaction happened while I waited for my ride. The management was very helpful and nice when I returned with the document.

Worst customer service i have ever experienced!! I was told my alternator would be pulled YESTERDAY and id pick it up today ... Just called before making the trip down there to make sure it had been pulled .....it wasn't pulled .... WHY PAY FOR A PART OVER THE PHONE THAT WONT GET PULLED FOR HALF A WEEK and I told them I would be there by close on Saturday to get it . best part ... I now need to make the 40 mile trip to get a refund because they only give cash in refunds . yes I raised my voice a but cause I'm pissed but the woman on the phone had a horrible attitude and if they could have pulled it before I got there than 100% I would have not wanted a refund . her bad attitude is what caused this refund . DONT TELL A CUSTOMER YOULL HAVE THEIR PART WAITING FOR THEM ON FRIDAY WHEN YOU ARENT GONNA PULL IT TILL TUESDAY!!!!!!!! Update: So they just called and wow they got it off a day early (its Monday). They said because I didn't come down Saturday and get the refund (they can't give a credit over the phone back to my card ...but yet can charge my card over the phone ... I know right) that they pulled it ... So basically jacks tried strong arming me into an 85 mile round trip to get my $37 refund because THEY didn't pull the part in the time it was originally promised. The bank even says its BS and that they are trying to strong arm me dispute filed with the bank about the charge . This is not how to run a business. I'm gonna report this to the BBB

Our office took a field trip here. Our guide was the grandson to the original owner. End of life cars are completely dismantled. Items that can be recycled are. Parts that are still useable are sold online, although you can browse the yard yourself. The left over metal gets squashed and shipped out. Please visit their website for more complete information.

Very good customer service. Friendly and helpful. Went out of their way on more than one occasion to help me get what I was looking for. This most recent visit made it even more clear to me that they are not like the rest.. another yard had gave me the run around so I went to Jacks and they were willing to help me out, WITH A SMILE.. not like most (not all) of the other rude and useless yards around. 5 star for sure.

The person that answers the phone is very rude and needs to know how to talk to the public. She needs some education on how to answer the phone the right away and not be rude. I will never do service with them again unless the person who answers the phone learns how to talk to customers.

Not as good of a selection as bigger yards in MA but for a short drive, if they have the parts the women at the desk are nice and prices are cheap!

very affordable. with patience they find what you need . family business not yet consumed by monopolizing insurance industry posung as old timey mom & pop for patronage. i worked for 26 years in industry and on daily basis found sucess with the Jack's family-

I haven't actually done business with this place but they seem to be professional and courteous. I have not entered their lot, but I did call them to request a junk of my car that I needed done today. The operator I spoke with made it seem like I would be receiving the service today. She said, "Okay, we'll give you (amount) for the car. I'll have the driver call you before they arrive." -- I waited 2 hours and when I called back, another receptionist / operator told me they were fully booked today and they weren't able to do it. The earlier conversation had implied they'd be able to do it today. It simply wasted my time and didn't get business done, and I wish they had told me that to begin with. They weren't unprofessional, just unreliable and wires got crossed when I needed an ASAP service which they seemed to neglected to tell me was not possible, but told me I'd "expect a call from the driver." I ended up calling another junk removal service and they'd said they'll be able to do it today. I have nothing against Jack's Salvage but my review on this company needs to be reflected for others trying to get a job done ASAP and need forewarning on the type of unclear and unorganized communication they have with potential clients. I'm sure I would have been 100% happy with their service if they had actually provided it.
