Promises, promises. Website says Same Day customer service. Had to wait three days. Was quoted a 1PM to 3PM pickup time Jan. 18. No one showed up. No one called. The 'representative' texting me asked if everything went smoothly but no transaction ever occurred! When I said I was dissatisfied, they simply wrote back 'Your pick-up window is until 3PM." Was of my precious time and made me late for work.
The Phone greeter was very friendly, he new just what I needed to do.
When the Gentleman came to pick the Van he put it on the lift, I handed him the title and he noticed I was just needing something else.
The driver was so good about it, not like we wasted his time, he told me what I needed. It was five months later since I had called them back (covid).
I called him back, they got me in the very next day Anderson the driver was Great, very happy and he even remembered what had happened before! Very nice
Called them on monday gave the derails on the vehicle. Received an offer and I asked them to come a specific day and time. And they did. No questions asked. Driver was freakin' awesome.

This company was astonishingly easy to work with. I called them, spoke to a woman who took the year / make / model of my car, and then was told someone would be texting me back shortly. From then on all I did was text with a live person. They told me up front what they would pay me for my car and that they would come and pick it up. I texted them back like 3 days later saying I wanted to proceed and they came and picked up my car in an hour. It was just... so freakin easy. I wish I could talk to my dentist, barber, bank, drycleaners, mailman etc. like this lol.

Highly recommend. At first I was skeptical about doing a deal without seeing the people in person . We negotiated by phone and text with pictures. Everything went smoothly. Tow driver was courteous and on time. I gave him my car, noterized title and keys, He gave me my check and there were no problems cashing it. If you have an old car to sell call these people.
