Treasures all around I have a 2005 Mercury and there has been several items I have found at Newberry Auto salvage. Really nice staff, cars are accessible and sorted! Unlike some other local places where it is very difficult to locate a specific make or type.
If I could give 0 stars I would, my husband and I went in there looking for tires and first on the phone the lady was rude and sounded miserable, second we waited a while till finally they called my husband over and said they had tires but both were different . Overpricing is a problem there!!! Those tires were not acceptable and tried charging a arm and a leg! If you plan on going there, DONT ! They were charging so much cause we had a flat in there parking lot and they were taking advantage of us and it was obvious
These people are absolute idiots, the woman who's answering the phone has a terrible attitude, she's even worse in person, I told her six times on the phone I was looking for a 2008 Dodge part, I told her twice when I got there to get the part, and of course they gave me the wrong part, now I'm stuck with a roadside mechanic putting a part in, and they expect me to run all the way back to their location to pick up another starter, because of their incompetence and think that they're not going to give me a refund, I'm also going to put in a complaint in to the attorney general's office
