Our car was supposed to be towed and taken between the times of 8am-12pm nobody has called and every time we try and get a hold of someone it’s a run around. I’ve spent hours on hold. We have signed the title over and even took off work for this to take place! We’ve upheld our end of the deal. They are terrible with theirs.

We are satisfied in our overall experience with Cash For Cars. The online process was quick to send an email quote. The pickup of our vehicle was a quick and smooth process. It totally made up for the tediousness of the many phone conversations to set-up for the actual pick up. It was very time consuming to be transferred from one department to another to repeat all the previous departments information. Even after we thought everything was good to go we would get a phone call from a scheduler with questions that were already asked and answered by a previous scheduler. In the end, the frustrations are worth it. Just know ahead time, you might need some headache medicine.
Giving 5 Stars, but they didn't actually take my vehicle. Called the 800 number, after a few prompts I spoke with a representative who informed me without, 4 wheels, an engine and transmission they would be unable to take my vehicle. The 1993 Vehicle I was getting rid of only had 2 wheels, and not much else. They were very polite on the phone and offered plenty of advice on other methods I could go about to get rid of the vehicle.
