Due to the utter incompetence and poor workmanship of this company, my travel plans have been on hold for months now due to the faulty parts that were provided.
DO NOT Trust LKQ Penn-Mar Inc! I’ve never had a more frustrating and infuriating experience with a company in my life. LKQ Penn-Mar Inc. has sent three faulty transmissions to my dealer, each one being completely unusable. As a result, I’ve been without a car for over two months — and counting! What makes this whole situation even worse is the appalling lack of customer service and empathy. When I reached out to the supervisor for help, I was met with rudeness and a condescending attitude. Not only did they completely dismiss my concerns, but their tone was incredibly disrespectful. It's as if they couldn't care less about the mess they’ve created for me and the complete inconvenience I’ve been subjected to. I honestly can't believe a company like this is still in business. If you value your time, money, and sanity, DO NOT trust LKQ Penn-Mar Inc. They’ve put me in an impossible situation and clearly have no interest in making things right. I wouldn't wish this kind of treatment on anyone.

Ordered part over phone and picked up in York haven. Part was what I ask for and in like new condition. The man at the window was helpful and very friendly. I’m a customer for life !
very bad service don't deliver what they promise, they lie and keep you waiting, they don't refund for parts ordered and NOT delivered. I highly recommend to NOT pay in advanced or shop with them at all.
When i asked where to pick up my part i was sent on a wild goose chase. No one was apologetic, for wasting my time. Worst customer service ever. I don't think any amount saved was worth the headache. When compared to my past visit to Advance Auto, i would much rather give them my money
I tried to pick up a load and a lady in office ignored me for 15 min typing on a computer. Very rude and unprofessional. I left the company without a load
