We drove 3.5 hours from New Jersey to buy a 2019 Tesla Model 3 from Andrew, and I can honestly say it was the easiest and most straightforward car transaction I’ve ever had. He stayed in constant contact with me—texting and calling throughout the day—to walk me through the process and make sure everything was ready.

I will start out with this. Ryan from car logic installed a remote start in my truck back in 2020 at the time he was with another company. So the other day I had an issue with my remote starter somehow I managed to get the car Into valet mode I called Ryan. I had gotten his number from the previous shop where I had the work done now mind you it has been five years. The work was done at a different shop, but Ryan being a very upstanding businessman and stands behind his work. He does walk me through my issue and help me remove my vehicle from valet mode and get my remote start to work. He didn’t have to do this because I was way passed the warranty and I had to work done at another shop. It’s been freezing cold the last couple days. I will say in this day and age where it’s kind of everyone for themselves mentality It seems like out in the world. This man did not owe me anything. He did not have to take the time to help me at all, but he did that means a lot to me, and by all means he stands behind his work Specially after five years, almost 6 so if you’re looking to have work done, I could only think of no one better to do the work for you than someone that’s going to stand behind their hard work even when he was with another company and many years afterwards I highly recommend car logic to all my friends to come see him with anything they have he will be the first person I recommend. Ryan and Kumar were excellent, helped me get the paper work done and on the road as fast as I could! Honest and helpful, and did everything they could to answer all my questions! If I ever need another car, I'll look to them first before anywhere else! (As of writing, a lot of Gen3 Priuses at good prices!)

Shawn was our sales guy. Let me tell you, this guy is PATIENT! I don't know how many cars I looked at and test drove in 90 degrees heat! He even went on a test drive with us.
