What a bad business, just called inquiring about an engine for a 1993 Nissan Sentra, the person on the phone was not friendly at all. Hang up the phone on me after a simple question if they had any other engine with lower mileage than 98k.
Well, I was going to buy the engine, but now I rather look for a different seller. If you don't have time to answer customer's questions, then how are you still in business. Very rude!!!
I inquired about a fuel tank for a 300ZX that they had listed for over $300. When I asked about the condition of the tank and whether it had any rust, the response was: "iTs UsEd; hOw aM i sUpPoSeD tO sEe tHaT? They then hung up on me. While I'm willing to pay more than $300 for a fuel tank, I would at least like to know its condition—especially regarding potential rust inside. ?
Horrible customer service.
Called to buy some wheels from them. Offered to pay for them over the phone, and have them set them out for me to pick them up after buisness hours accepting any risks on my end, they refuse to set them out. Was willing to drive 6 hours to buy them but wouldnt be able to get there until after they were closed. I get they are somewhat looking out for the customer, but at the same time, i was fine with taking the risk. Poor buisness in my opinion.
Completely rude and unreasonable no matter who i tried to talk to. First place i have ever dealt with that was this horrible to deal with.
Sold me an IMPOSSIBLE to find Volvo 1991 940 SE 15” aluminum wheel. Great price , cash $ only! Which is always nice ??. This gentleman has been selling me Volvo parts for 20 years, no problems. Thanks!
I gotta say the cylinder head I got off these guys is fantastic! Looks like a new stock head cam lobes are in great shape and I am stoked to slap it on the old bmw, will definitely do business with them again, thank you WFAP. You will hear from me again??
Absolutely no customer service. Very rude staff. Mike has a major attitude problem all the time. This place has no sympathy consideration understanding nor do they care about selling they're used parts. Terrible place i wld not recommend doing business here
Called looking for a master window switch for a 1994 es300. Within 20 minutes they called me back and had it waiting for me on the desk. Other places I called wouldn't even go outside and glance to see if it was still in the car. Will be back in the future!
Second time going for parts for my 82 Corolla they went out of their way to check to see if they had certain stuff that wasn’t on inventory Got everything I needed they even walked me down to the car to see what else I could find they are very friendly and very helpful I highly recommend this junk yard they even sent me photos of parts
I called the store asking if they had a part for my car. I obviously asked what shape the part was in, and whether it was rusty, bent or damaged. The person who I spoke to on the phone said: "...well it's an old car part what do you expect?". Maybe instead of being rude and disgruntled they could have offered to email me some pictures of the product. You need to work on your customer service skills over the phone.
I've been dealing with Warringtons for years. They're down to earth and honest. Pricing is more than fair. Be sure to say "hi" to Tigger when you stop by!
I ordered a seat belt. They told me that they had the belt, the same color, etc. Sent it to me. It was broken, rusty, unusable and the wrong color. They were very nice when I ordered the seat belt and said they had exactly what I needed.
When I called and said part was broken told me Ford just wanted to sell me new seat belt that it was fine when he took it out of old car. Ford never offered to sell me new seat belt. In fact they said they had no seat belts to replace my broken one. He got very defensive and very loud. He said send it back and they would refund my money. When I asked why he had charged me tax as it was out of state and would they refund postage he started ranting.
The man I spoke with at Warrington was rude and said he would not sell me any parts ever. Like I would risk buying another part from them. Duh. I said fine. I would go through my credit card company for a full refund. Then he got really mad.so I hung up. Not the best service if something goes wrong.
Typical junk yard ..A filthy place , the man behind the counter , neither polite nor rude , they can and do get away with this ., particularly when you have the last of the breed, the end of the line ..
Service is poor since the staff is in a permanent rush-rush scenario ..
They can do better , but why bother ..Rednecks are not greedy.
I've dealt with Warrington for years. They've never failed to treat me right, and they usually can come up with the part even when others can't. Pricing is honest. I recommend them.
