I rented a U-Haul from here and everything was ready for me to do 24/7 pickup. When dropping off, I accidentally locked my house keys inside the truck, but it was after hours for Silverback. I came in the next morning and they had the keys for me.
These guys were great. Had a lighting issue and they came out and found the short and repaired. Very fair and honest. Would definitely use them again!!

I used them last month for uhaul rental. Rich was awesome talking me through the self check-in process which kept going wrong with my phone. He was working remotely due to covid and I called him again and again but he was super patient and professional.
