The yard is clean and the cars are not completely picked through or trashed - but that's about all the good I can say about this yard. Not a lot of inventory and half the cars they do have their are "their" cars and you can't even asked about them without being treated like a bother, plus a lot of these cars take up the customer parking lot so there is almost no parking... on top of that, the lady at the front desk is rude and acts like any question or even your very presence of being there is such a bother. The other staff seem to be much friendlier though.
Highly recommend not going here unless you can't find the parts you need elsewhere, which you won't know until you get there because they have no list of cars in their inventory and no price list, unlike most other salvage yards have nowadays.
I had high hopes for this yard and honestly think it could be a great yard to go to if they can improve on the things above. It is definitely cleaner and easier to walk through than most yards.
I talked to a man on the phone who quoted me a price for a bumper and later when I arrived they changed the price and charged me double the price. (This isn't the first time this has happened at this place!)
This was after me driving an hour to get there so I paid the price for the part even though I don't like people trying to get over on me!
they don't have a price list for anything they just make up different prices as they go along (very shady!)
In my opinion these people are shady, dishonest, and greedy!
I won't be going back to Lucky's considering there are tons of other places that are way cheaper and honest!!
I think I'll stick to eichelberger's or bachman's!
Ur a junk yard selling parts wouldn't u think u would keep track of what vehicles u have in ur inventory so when someone calls an asks if u have the year an make of the vehicles there looking to get parts off of so u don't have to drive all the way there an find out they don't have the vehicle ur looking for I don't understand how u stay in the business of selling parts really can anyone tell me why u don't keep track of what u have on or in ur junk yard
Not sure how they have so many great reviews. after three separate visits, not a large inventory, the prices have been noticably higher then other yards ive been to, and there is never anyone around. When I try to find someone each time I've been treated like im both a bother and a interruption as well as like im skulking around when I should have "told someone I was there" a gruff woman with a cigarette always barks "can I help you" (when I'm finally seen or find someone) as if im a bother along with the "you need to tell someone you're here", the third time dealing with this I finally asked what's the best way to do that... I never see anyone and have to go looking which means walking around. That upset her with a reply of "I can't be everywhere at once"and not to "get smart" with her... whoever considers that friendy ect has some pretty low standards. Maybe it's just me!?!
Hooked me up with a Stahl Truck Toolbox Bed . Loaded it with the loader onto my trailer for me. Helped strap it down. Great customer service

Was told on phone they had the yr model I was looking for, drove an hour out of my way, for nothing. Could be more organized with inventory, especially when gas is almost $4 a gallon.
Wonderful Guys working the yard. A little pricey for a mirror (driver side wing) but they did most of the work so I really can't complain. Guys were so friendly and helpful. Thank you guys for everything. Will definitely be coming back if/when I need more parts.
Was looking forward to a little road trip especially with them open Sundays called asked if any 99-2004 vw Jettas available was told no instantly could barely hear the lady due to background noise ify if this was a correct answer ton of land but not 1 Jetta
It’s great to see that your flatbed is rolling down the interstate with a Jeep on the bed only secured by the wench cable and one jhook. If only I was a dot officer. Good luck.
I have to swallow my pride a bit and say that my last review was written for the wrong reasons. I was angry because I didnt get my way and it was childish of me to do so. I took someone being direct and to the point with me as being rude only because the conversation didnt go the way that I wanted it to. I sincerely apologize.
Not willing to work with customers when giving the wrong part, lady on the phone was rather rude. Wont be going here again.
the people there area so nice, one of the reasons i make luckys my first stop in my parts searches. nice yard. u-pull it. even open on saturdays. very good prices.
