Hell of a nice guy. He was friendly, professional, and honest. Can’t ask anymore from a bike mechanic. I brought my 2001 Triumph Sprint ST in to have tires put on, and mind you the bike is old, 25 years old to be exact, and my speedometer quit working. In no way, am I saying it was his fault, my bike is old and it just probably happen to go out when he worked on it, because the speedo drive ring is plastic and was probably just old and worn. I let him know what happened, and he immediately apologized, ordered the part, and fixed it for me. No questions asked, no arguing with me saying “it was like that when you brought it in”, He didn’t get an attitude, he just took care of it. That tells me he’s very customer oriented and cares about his customers. I wouldn’t hesitate to bring my bike to him again. Thanks!

Super cool collection of vintage bikes. Dudes in the shop were friendly and helpful answering my questions. I realized before leaving the shop that my front tire was flat. The guys interrupted their lunch break to put air in both tires and get me on the way safely. Much appreciated !

I had a great experience at The Cycle Den! Jeff was very knowledgeable and helpful, and Zach did an over the top job restoring a 50-year old spoked wheel to look like new again. I definitely recommend this shop, even if it's just to check out the vintage bikes and parts. Thank you Cycle Den!

Best service, best people, a plethora of parts and high level techs. What else could you ask for? It’s like coming to a museum and you could spend hours just admiring the collection. Highly recommend

After deciding to get my motorcycle painted, I reached out to these guys to have new tires, tune up etc . I was extremely satisfied with the work. Jeff and Zach did everything I wanted done and a few other things they suggested. I expect to use them again for yearly maintenance and inspections. Very happy. Thanks fellas!

My 1994 Fatboy gas tanks were in pristine condition but the tank liner was peeling BADLY. This was the ONLY shop that said... "We can do it, we do hundreds of them". Every shop I called said it would require a complete blasting of both outside and inside. Bottom line... $$$$$$$ I trusted them with the job and when they called me to inform me they were done I braced myself for bad news because I thought they would've called to inform me that they got damaged in the process. Much to my surprise they said they were done. When i went to pick them up they were done PERFECTLY!!!! I actually shed a tear because I was so happy to see how they saved my original paint and didn't leave a scratch on them!! They used a product which is supposedly better than Kreem and Red Kote. I graciously paid for the job and feel that the cost of the job was well within their quoted price. Thank you guys SO MUCH for saving my tanks! A fan for life! 🙏🏼 Kenny Wise

Love , love , love these guys. As a female motorcyclist it is hard to find a shop where the men don't talk down to you or treat you like you're stupid. Jeff and the rest of the guys take such good care of me and all my friends. Answering questions, giving suggestions, and most importantly treating us as equals.

Recently purchased my new to me wide glide(my first Harley Davidson). I brought it to the Cycle Den to have them look over the bike and do some service. They treated me with respect and took time to explain the options I had. Only place I will be going to have my bike serviced. 3 days later I rode the bike to Florida and back without any issues. Thank you!!

I had my bike in there on 9/26 for a tune up on the dyno. I’ve hade that bike since new 20 years ago. I don’t think the throttle response has ever been as good as it is now. Good job guys.

Awesome museum disguised as a full-service garage! Took my Ducati in for an oil change (first-time customer) and was amazed at the collection of vintage motorcycles and original restoration parts. They had the proper filter to get the Dutchess lubed up and had me out the door in 45 minutes. Definitely worth stopping in and looking around for that grail item. They just might have it.

Been going in there for many years. Im an amateur "mechanic" myself so I do almost all work on our 3 bikes. I buy parts there when I can and they perform all my inspections. Friendly guys.

Rode in here today on my Triumph looking to get help with a custom project. Was told that they only work on Harleys because getting part for Triumphs is too hard. When I offered to get the part myself they told me they definitely wouldn't help then because, something about people and ordering stuff on amazon and bringing it to them??? They then told me to go to a Triumph dealership. Maybe I will, there are dozen of motorcycle shops out there, I'm not going to force my business on anyone and my days of throwing money at people are over, and even if they were not, this dude was not cute enough to get a dollar from me...
