I needed a Harley Davidson Battery.....they had the exact one I needed obviously not a harley battery but exact size, length bc you know how some motorcycle batteries are a tight fit..... I found one to my liking w/the same CCA...I brought it home and installed the new battery and the Harley started right up!!!!!!!

Went there after my car died. While talking to chatgpt it advised me that it could be a volatge issue. I used the obd reader and got a code indicating a transmission code. Chatgpt advises to have a battery load test done. The man behind the counter litteraly refused. He mocked chatgpt saying Ai is always wrong. Even when i read the diagnoses to him and how its related he still refused. "ive been doing this along time" its not the battery. Its your transmission. You will need a new one. This went on for litteraly 10 minutes until i left out of sheer exhaustion. Fast forward. Its been 5 weeks. I have been trying to borrow money and save for a transmission while also paying 270 a week for a rental. Drumm rolll..... it was the transmission control module was re initializing due to a drop in power under load. 1100 for this rental and a much less expensive repair. The amount of time, money and energy i could have saved if my arrogant just did his job. Once i find his name ill taking this higher. Im not letting this go. Im genuinely pissed

The customer service was passively terrible here at this establishment. I was making a very quick stop to get some light bulbs for my car. So I had my headlight still on. The moment I stepped in, he asked if that light would turn off because it's blinding him. If he would've move then it would not be bothering him. Instead, he just stood still while complaining to a customer who just walked in. Not even a " hello" not a "welcome to advance auto.. nothing. Simply, the moment I stepped in, the complaining started. Within less than a minute, I walked out. No wonder people tell me not to come here. Now I know why. Whether he's a manager or just an employee. He's not very good w people. I vow never to come back here again. Guy w a beard in his 30s. Maybe 40s need to do better.

Tried to do a simple return for a part that did not work for my car and the employee was upset that I didn’t go through them before buying a different part somewhere else? Also told me he’d do it this time but not next time? Who hires disrespectful punks to welcome customers and act like they are mechanics? This was my second time at this place and only went back because they were close by and both times the employee was ignorant.

The employee here at this store claimed he knew what we needed which we did not and asked for the item we needed, employee continued to argue and the employee would not sell us what we actually needed. They lost our respect and business! I would give no stars if that was an option!

I bought an air filter online and requested curbside pickup. When I got to the store the person on the phone said they didn't have the curbside pickup. Then I was put on hold for a few minutes and when he came back he asked if it was me that was parked in front of the store. I said yes, and then he said hold on a minute. Then he came outside without the filter, which is tiny and weighs nothing, and he asked me to show my ID and the email confirming, which I did. I thought this was really odd because he didn't bring the part out and then went back in and took a few more minutes to bring it out. I'm giving four stars only because it seems that the employees aren't being trained correctly. I actually had to download the app in order to make this purchase and I came here instead of Walmart because of the curbside. I don't want to say anything bad about the store or their employees, because I'm sure they do a great job. And the gentleman who served me was kind, if uninformed. I think maybe they need train staff on correct protocol so they don't give the wrong information to customers.

The employees here are always friendly and helpful. Advanced can be a lifesaver when it comes to getting a much-needed part quickly. The company needs to work on their prices though. Oil, oil filters, air filters, and many other items are much cheaper elsewhere.

Asked for a 2014 Jeep Wrangler 2.8 CRD V-Belt and explained that I was from out of town, so it is critical that I be sold the correct part. Guess what, turns out they sold me a 3.6L V6 V-Belt which is too short. Thanks for nothing!!!!!

Decided to YouTube replacing wife's turn signal which required full headlight removal & when parts for a completely different make and model (Kia-Hyundai mix up) were in our Kia the guy found the bulb i needed still and everything was good to go! Very helpful thanks Matt B!

Poor customer service! Employees are rude to customer! Act superior and do not even pretend to be service focused. Came in with a 16 month old battery issue(under warranty) and they treated me horribly. Tested my battery and charged it($280 optima) never once relaid any information about time to charge, condition of battery or what could have been wrong. I just stood there waiting for someone to communicate with me. They never did, they just handed me my “charged” battery. Went home and car started. It’s not a daily car so two weeks go by and again battery is dead. Never before have I had an issue with this vehicle and any sort of draw on it. I confirm the alternator is working as it should and again contact store. Surprise surprise it’s my fault again, can’t possibly be a defective battery I have to bring it back again so they can repeat the process. Store manager who I spoke with was extremely rude and his tone was very confrontational and condescending. I reported my experience to corporate. I will never be back

Typical auto parts store. Love that they take used oil, (check availability). AAP's business model seems to push customers to buy online... They don't really offer the discounts in-store. So order online and do in-store pick up.

I come here often for various parts for my vehicles. They seemed up pretty much always have what I need in terms of the basics and can usually get what I need if I don't have it in the store within a day or two. Their prices are expected within auto parts stores. The staff, if not know what I need, can easily look it up in their system and have not really failed me yet.

I was having some battery issues with my 2017 truck, took it in and they checked it out and found a dead cell. I purchased a new one and they installed it in less than 10 minutes. Service was great battery price was good. Couldn't be happier.

I ordered a part online and when my wife arrived to pickup the order her name wasn’t listed as the pickup person even though I sent the printout from their website with the barcode and my address which is the same address as my wife! My wife called me and I spoke with the counter person. He would not release the item. I will never purchase from the Etters Advance Auto Parts store again and I will share this experience with others in the area.This happened at 5:30pm on October 31, 2019. Auto Zone just got a new loyal customer!

Well stocked store in an easy to get there location. I always grab a sales flyer when I walk in as many times I’ll go in for an item but come out with a few other great finds too. Clean store and friendly staff.

This place is OK in a pinch. The quality of their parts, or should I say lack of quality vs. the price it is not the place you would want to go for sensitive parts like sensors. Most of the suspension and steering parts are Chinese, not the quality I would put on my vehicles. The staff seems to be on key sometimes but the other times you get home only to find you have the wrong part.

Went in and asked if someone could pull a code up in my car. The woman behind the counter told me she would rent me the machine to do it but would not provide the service. Now I have got to Advanced Auto for almost 16 years and never once was I told that this is how things are done. Even the commercial on TV said they provide this service . So I drove to another store and they told me I should have never been told that and that they do provide that service and I should have never been told that. So I called back to the Etters store and asked for the manager...here she is the manager and she said that's how they do it in the Etters store. I find that she is just lazy and doesnt follow company policy. I will be calling the General Manager also. I have never felt like someone in retail didnt wanna help their customer so much. It's very disappointing as I have been a loyal customer for years.

Typical auto parts store - most of the employees that work here knows next to nothing about automobiles, but do know a little bit about parts. Its typical to be given a serious attitude when going here they usually seem to be in crappy moods or hate their job. Ive been given the wrong parts many many times. Guess thats what happens when you pay someone 8 bucks an hour. Make sure that if you go here you have your old part with you or a picture of it, and ask to compare it to the one on their computers, you basically have to do their job for you. The autozone across the street is even worse they know nothing over there about parts or cars in general.

Buyer beware, I found out the hard way. Only buy a part that you absolutely need. They will not take returns on ANY part “electrical” related. This was never told to me until I tried to return an o2 sensor and cap/rotor. Why isn’t this explained at the time of purchase? I’ll take my business across the street to Autozone, and will never be back.

Nice place but if you make an online order, bring everything it asks for. My wife made an online order and sent me to pick it up. Turns out I needed her and half a dozen other things. It all got sorted out but it was a bit of a pain.

Man let me tell you, 28 degrees out and my jeep hates it's power steering pump. Made it 2 miles to this store! The 3 employees that were there were class acts, they were sympathetic and extremely knowledgeable. In my frustration I didn't catch their names except for the one gentleman which I think was Mark. They had all the tools to loan out and customer service to boot!! I will be recommending this store to everyone!!! Thanks again to the three people who made my crappy experience much better. 5⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ all the way!!!

So we realize that the oil was getting low on my friends car right....here we are trying to get the oil cap off and it won't budge. So after a while of trying to get it off, we decide to drive up to Advanced Auto Parts to see if anyone could help us. There, standing on the sidewalk was our man named Ray. We pull in and ask Ray for help. He goes in and checks the store for any tools useful for the job. He comes out with nothing in hand. He then walks up to the car and in two swift cranks of his almighty Thor hand, he twists the oil cap off. My friend and I stand there in amazement. Let me put it this way....if it wasn't for Ray, there would be no oil in my friends car to this day. We just want to thank Ray for his more than helpful customer service.
