Bear got in my trash. I was actively picking it up as fast as I could when they arrived. Wouldn’t give me 2 minutes to finish picking things up and left. Called the office asking for someone to stop by and pick up the rest I had bagged. They refused. Won’t be doing business with them ever again
Almost every week they would just throw the lid to the trashcan either in the driveway or the road. Then they just stoped taking trash from the can at all. It's been two weeks now and I've got some things to say because the can itself isn't cracked or broken and we use expensive black garbage bags. I think maybe this all started whrn there was some loss stuff on top of bags and the company called us to complain about it. Ever since we make sure its perfect but this biased treatment has gone on for well over a year now and our lid got ran over n broke.
Several times they didn’t take things I put out. Got a new debit card and forgot to give them it and instead of calling to let me know there’s a billing issue they just didn’t pick the trash up. When I called to give them the new card I was told they will not pick the trash up and I will have to hold onto it until next week. Needless to say they never got my new card.
I have had weekly residential trash pick-up from this company for five months now. Their management was very helpful as I juggled with the actual start date that I needed. My trash has been 100% reliably picked up and their price is good.
Was with this company for years. Then they dropped me out of the blue without warning leaving me with many bags of trash at my house. Would not recommend at all.
These people have a TERRIBLE management system. They made a mistake taking payments from a family member of mine TWICE and refused to refund him the money they took and just “put it towards the next payment”.
Some people live paycheck to paycheck. That money you took was for gas and food.
This is not a family-friendly service. This is a greedy, lazy company. You should be ashamed of yourselves.
