This place is a scam despite their reviews. They gave me a quote on my car and gave me a time line on when they would show up. They never did. Even after I tried calling them there was no response. Take your car elsewhere.
The process is fast and simple, however, be careful with your quote, they will give you an offer on the phone and once they show up they will give you a lower price for your vehicle with the excuse that they didn’t notice the details of your car on the pictures submitted. Anything other than this is pretty okay, the cash that I got from them was slightly better than other companies in the market. I’ll give this company a 3 star rating due to the unexpected change of my cash offer at the very last minute.
Carmen was such a pleasure to work with. He was very accommodating and friendly. They gave me a great price on my 2009 Dodge Challenger parts. I would highly recommend them!
Owner and all the guys there are great and if they don't have it they will help you find it. You know it's a great place when the owner is there getting dirty as the workers. A must check if looking for part's.
The guys here are great!! They were very polite and sent me the correct part THE FIRST TIME!!! Can't argue with the price either! I called on a Monday and my exhaust pipe was at my door Thursday! If you need used auto parts and are on the east coast, this is the place I would be calling first!!!
