Thought we found a right place to replace an airline, we came in with our part, took us quickly. Avoided to inform me the rates. After 15 min got the airline repalced. The bill was too expensive $183.65. Just for 15 min labor, is awfull. Looks more than a crooks than a shop.
They are quick and friendly. And fresh coffee to drink while you wait. Brayden is very good at his job. Had an alignment done. Todd the manager is very polite and friendly.

No matter how well you maintain a truck, there will always be unforeseen breakdowns. My radiator decided to leave the chat, lol.
The Folks at Penn Service were very quick to help me out. I needed a tow, a radiator. Then after I got to the shop, tested the Charge Air Cooler ( air to air), well needed one of those too.
EVERYONE!!!! At this shop was very pleasant, very professional!! I would recommend this shop to anyone and it is now one of my preferred shops on my list.

Terrible truck driver during rush hour. Going way too fast between lanes during the busiest time near DC. I barely got out of the lane in time as the truck swerved into my lane while being right next to me, you’re welcome for preventing the crash. Afterwards he was just accelerating all over the place so unsafe.
Not surprised to look it up to find a 3 star service from the middle of no where.
Paid $2400 to do a forced regen and change a cracked coolant reservoir, 5 miles down the road the "shut down" light came on again. They claimed the only fix was a delete of the emissions system, which isn't legal. Refused to fix truck appropriately leaving me with a broken truck and out the money, only offering a 300 return. Would not recommend for any serious repairs or emissions related issues. Since you'd like to deny the truth, I am the 'customer' as I am the president and ceo of the company. As a "professional" you don't seem to realize you literally admitted you were wrong and still overcharge and didn't complete the work. Either you know what you're doing or you don't, but don't take people's money for nothing. The truck was brought there to be FIXED. Not a bandaid to get it out the door. Since this incident they refused to even see the truck again. We were strung along with excuses and potential software to deal with it but in the end they refused any accountability and responded to the truth here by calling this a "fake" review.
They quoted a price 700 for a PM 400 for coolant reservoir and replacement. Had emissions issues they said a regen was needed supposedly 349 and the bill was 2700. Drove 6 miles still same issue. Took it back mechanic played on his computer with it for 2 hours said he needed the owners computer experience to fix it come back next Tues then next Tuesday it was call back next week. Then when I called they refused to correct the problem or a partial refund. The owner even lied to the police said I threatened to shoot the place up.... best part is he gave the recordings to the police and that was never said. So the owner will be getting paperwork in the mail soon for unsworn falsification to a police officer soon.
I don't know how they are getting good reviews, but I'm not trusting it anyway. I came here to pick up a trailer, which is my company, send me to pick it up. I did PTI and i find out trailer was in bad condition which including bad tires one of them was damage, ( with rims) and the ABS light is never off, the one of mudflad was bad literally touching to wheel. and I tell the guy who's sitting in counter, I don't know his name but he was extremely rude, and racist and his too old for the job he doing there. I explained everything I saw while doing PTI and he's refused everything and said we just did fresh DOT on that and shows me the Inspection sticker which he's the only one person who is believed the sticker is everything
Shoutout to John and his team for getting us off the highway last night after hitting a deer and puncturing the radiator. Showed up in no time at all and had us on our way. I highly recommend these guys!
Fantastic experience. They got us in and out for a fan clutch in way less time they quoted us. Friendly staff and a fair price. Very very happy with the service!
This place takes advantage of people who’s First language is not English. Brought in truck for one specific thing and they replaced things that did not need to be replaced and charged us for it, would not let leave the yard until it was paid in full. You cannot come to an understanding with them, all they care about is to overcharge you, then lie and say that’s what you wanted to be changed and put it in their computer so they have it in writing when that is not what you came in for. Would not recommend this place to anyone. They also ignore everything you say and keep to their story. They owe us money and are not willing to work with us to get us refund or credit.
I always try to use this shop, not only are they locally owned and operated, but their staff is awesome!! Everyone from the receptionist, to the shop foreman, and the mechanics take pride in what they do and get the job done. I can't speak highly enough about the work that they do for me on my W900. If you have maintenance needs, check them out, you will not be disappointed!!
This place is awesome. From customer service, communication from techs about the actual problem , the physical location is clean and plenty of room for those 40 acre turns. I recommend this shop!!!
Staff there were nice, polite n quick o yea n very helpful. Price was well u no u always gonna get rapped with labor but the bill wasn't that bad for what I went in for. Over all I think it was a good experience n I would go back if need be.
Stop by there to have a pinhole welded up in my air tank tank. Jimmy had me in and out in about an hour! Great place to go if you need repairs done. Very friendly staff, with very reasonable prices!!
