I want to give a big shout out to the employee that helped me , my battery was dead across the street and I went in for help , thank you sooo very much . I will be visiting your store soon for all of my parts , the kindness you showed today has been very appreciated.

Called a day in advance for some parts. We were told the parts would be on the counter for us. Went to pick up the parts the next day and was told they didn’t have everything, even though they told us they did. Had to drive to the mt. Pleasant location to get the rest. Everyone was super great to deal with I just feel like there is a lack of communication in these parts stores.

I bought 3 brake calipers from NAPA store within 2 weeks y'all know the core charge anyways after putting them on still having a soft brake pedal took to a shop to have them to do a hand pump bleed from master cylinder turns out all three brake calipers are defects the shop replaced the three bad calipers from napa I got charged core charge again so I call napa explain everything so I need to return these defects asked about the core charge or cores no problem they say been there oh u been credited for them that's not the point I bought their products I paid a core charge until I brought my old calipers back to get refunded now they have my old cores and I have three defects they are willing to refund me but minus the cores now I'm out of cores to return to the shop for my refund think time to take my business elsewhere!!!!!!!
