Marty has been taking care of me since I got my first car about 18 years ago. He’s been taking care of my father longer. My dad bought his first car off of Marty 45 years ago and has been dealing with him since. Recently my truck got rear ended and I had to deal with insurance. Marty got my work done in less than a week and went above and beyond to get me the correct bumper with the sensors and parts that were needed. The repair shop that State Farm wanted me to use was trying to quote aftermarket parts and other things. I gave Marty the claim paperwork. He sifted through it.. got the change order supplemented and got the work done right away. If it wasn’t for him, I would be waiting until March to get an incorrect bumper.
I was driving from DC to Sandusky and realized that my alternator had died about 15 miles from anywhere on the Turnpike. I was able to limp to the exit and found Chris & Marty. I was almost certain I was going to have to rent a truck, move the load of stuff I was transporting, and find a way to get back to Arona 2 days later . . . all a massive headache.
But none of that happened. They had an alternator delivered in less than 20 mins (not kidding), and I was on my way in an hour.
It ranks among the best visits I've had to a garage for any service. Highly recommended!
Today is 10/16/2024 and it’s safe to say that if you’re in or around the ruffsdale, new Stanton, Hunker, Madison area that Aaron’s Auto Care is quite literally the best place to take your vehicle to. Me and my family have now taken both our vehicles there for service. Each time the service needed was entirely different and they went ABOVE and beyond to not only diagnose the problem, order the parts and make the repairs within such a timely manor all while keeping you in the loop AND without costing a kidney to do so! Honest to God I give this garage a 15/10 if I could give it 7 stars I would !
We broke down on our way to Pittsburgh from Philly. Marty and Kris went out of their way to help us. They did everything in their power to get us back on the road so we could enjoy our time in Pittsburgh and get back to Philly safely. Great service and solid work. Thank you!!
Marty & Joe do a great job. They still fix things instead of replacing them. They are not part of the big box automotive repair machine that is so often found out there.
I recommend their service for routine maintenance and repairs.
