Took 2 hours to get unloaded, scale and paperwork was done fast. The unloading guy was awesome! Helps everyone back up! And unloaded in no time ! And he also cleaned the trailer! There is some metal on the road, I saw few metal peaces on the way, so I stopped and got them all out ! So for me was great experience! Thank you !
Long wait probably they like to see trucks parked everywhere. Only one dock and they take their sweet time I waited around 5 hours. People are rude and inconsiderate. Very dirty place dust flies everywhere like a sandstorm. Metals, bolts, big nails sprayed everywhere would be miracle if you didn't get flat tire one or two. Not worth coming here at any cost. Avoid!
Do not go here. Takes 4 hours to unload its a first come first serve and very slow unloading. They only use 1 dock. You will get metal in tires and have other issues. Drivers stay away.
One door to enter and exit. Park your truck on the scale while entering and exiting and there’s a scale house to get your paperwork done ✅. Pay more attention while driving inside the location(metal pieces everywhere).

Park the truck on the scale and bring paperworks to the scale house. Too much waiting to get a dock. Once in you get the dock, unloading is fast. The place is full of metal pieces.
I been here multiple times and every time it never fails to get a flat tire. The waiting it’s always a minimum of 3 hours. Driver arrive at 7am and got out at 2pm in the afternoon.
Delivered here 7am appt, fast unloaded, out at 815. Sketchy with all the debris around on the ground, I hope my tires aren’t damaged. I don’t want to come back here because of the debris

First time and last time no load is worth loosing a tire ground is full of sharp objects it’s Miracle if you don’t get flat.also took 3 hrs from my appointment to get a door
Truckdriver had me waiting for 2 hours to get unloaded. Worse than that os ground is covered with metal shards. Not 1 foot of ground is NOT covered with sharp metal. This causes blowout every time. Lady at the checking desk took forever to get me in. I'm sure not her fault but plain procedures. Then had to sit and wait for hours but I had an appointment for 9am and was early. It's 10 47 still waiting for a dock to get unloaded.
First off debri everywhere so be prepared to replace a tire or two
Second they do not seem to understand the importance of time and limited schedules.
Sat for 2 hours in the staging area just to have to walk back up and remind them I was there and if they wanted on time delivery I needed to be loaded and gone.
Back I to the poorly lit building to load and instead of having cones or something to can see from outside as a reference point the just wait and then walk up and say move left or right.
Oh and dock S3 sign isn't over the correct opening so don't even try and set yourself up for the correct side.

They aren’t rude or disrespectful but the time it takes to unload is absolutely ridiculous. Got here at 10a and almost 4 hours before I’m even next in line. It’s either unorganized or they need more space or additional help.
The truck entrance is right off 906 but in order to not block traffic you need to pull into the yard or on the scale then go in office which is right beside scale with signs other than that was fairly quick considering there was 2 trucks ahead of me I was there a total of 2 n half hrs ish
This is a great place to pick up and deliver. If you are not confortable backing on tight places, this place will put you to your test. No parking unless you park outside on the strip lines on the side of the road.
