Fast service, fair prices, great employees! Car lost all power while trying to drive it to the shop, tow came within 30 minutes and prices were what was quoted. Would highly recommend. Tried calling 5 other places with long wait times, higher prices and/or no answer or call backs.
I hit a fawn and was my first time doing anything like this the driver was extremely helpful on what to do and how to do it helped with insurance question was super fast and extremely helpful if you need a tow these are the guys I'm not from there and was in a bind and didn't know what to do I got a really cool state trooper and with his and the tow truck driver help made for a better night and helped with my nerves thanks again to both of them
This company was Great! I was stranded on the Tollway and another company stood me up. This company responded as soon as they could and took me to where I had arranges previously made. Dispatch, Owner & Driver all were understanding professional. Thank you for your great work.
I can't even begin to describe how horrible this place is. Not only did they hold my belongings hostage all weekend when I had life-sustaining meds inside a backpack in the car, but they have refused GEICO when they came out to tow my car.
They are more or less holding my car hostage, and laughing about it. Sick individuals at this place.
I had a customer call me for a tow off the pa turnpike they was in a fender bender this company charged him 854.25 for a 1.1 mile tow and was completely ignorant about the whole process and wanted him to go through the insurance company so they would pay it but I told them I was paying the bill with my card and they still refused to work with the price I have never seen a tow rate this high in all my years in business if I could give 0 stars I would absolutely ridiculous.......
My friend and I were on our way to Hershey, PA on the Turnpike for an education conference when the engine light came on and started flashing. We pulled over and called AAA. In less than an hour, Devin from Magill's Towing in Hunker, PA came out, loaded the car up and took us to the repair shop in North Versailles, PA. I'm the Body Shop Manager of a local New Car Dealership in Monroeville. One of our customers had a 2014 Ford E-350 van that needed a whole frame replacement. I called 4-5 shops that I knew locally but could not find anyone to do the job. I called the Magill's Truck Service Garage in Hunker, Pa. and they were more than willing to take this on. They came right away and towed it to their shop. The process was flawless. They kept me updated the whole time and it was done efficiently and in a time frame that was very manageable. Very happy with the crew. Give this state of the art Truck Shop a try, you will not be disappointed.
Zachary was the best! We thought our car burning down and Zachary showed up in less than an hour and did a thorough inspection and everything was fine! Turns out a truck was on fire on the same road we were driving on lol. Thank you so much for the wonderful, and kind service!
Broke down next door to their hunker facility. They recently started doing service. Was able to get in and fixed up super fast. Definitely recommend calling for repairs or towing if in the area.
