This company is absolutely amazing! I was at work and my wife was stranded at a red light when her car broke down! We called them and they had several tows but dropped everything on a 90 degree day and came to the rescue. The air wasn’t working and my wife had our 2 month old baby with her. I left work and they were there before I got there. Awesome people,great service,and the only towing company I’d ever use again!

Nick, Nicki, and Smokie really saved our bacon! They came over quick the day of the slide, on a SUNDAY, and hauled my uncles old truck back up the hill. Look at the pictures because the description does no justice to the situation. Really appreciate them, heard they were trust worthy and the best, spot on. I snapped a lower control arm in a bad spot on 119 and called Nicks Towing. They came right out and even though I was in a bad spot he still took the time to get my car on the flatbed without doing any damage to the car. I can’t recommend him enough. He saved me hundreds of dollars by taking a few extra minutes.
Called these people for a tow. Was told they were with a customer and would "call me back in five minutes." Never called back. When I found another garage that DID help me and I told them the story their response "be glad they didn't call you back." So apparently their reputation precedes itself in the area.
Nicks towing was the best experience I ever had. My car was shaking and engine light flashing coming home from the beach. They quickly took me in and within a day had it fixed. Nickie was amazing and so helpful. She kept me posted every step of the way. The biggest surprise was they delivered my car to my

Ever been stranded 6 hours away from where you live late in the afternoon on a Sunday? Well I'll tell you what, if you ever do find yourself in that predicament near Greensberg then these are the people you want to call. The owner was so kind and accommodating, she, number one, answered when we called, then allowed us to drop the car off at their shop and made space for us in the schedule the very next day so we wouldn't have to spend more than one night unexpectedly. She even advised us on accommodation, and held her mechanic later so he could finish the work. After that, they also didn't quote more than what was needed. They fixed our locked up brakes we were back on the road to Philly. Blessed to have found them when we needed help!
Absolutely amazing business you have. My son was not able to get his car in gear at McDonald's drive thru last night and Nick & son came to the rescue. We called 3 other towing companies and no answered the phone, except for Nick's wife who not only answered but had him there in less than 20 minutes. Great job and if we ever need a tow again will defiantly use Nick's.
Nick's towing was the best, for a bad situation. I was in accident and AAA was unable to send someone to me for two hours, I called Nick's and they came right away- They were more than accommodating and friendly. I could not say enough good things!
Needed a tow from New Stanton to Robinson. Called about 5 other tow companies and all I got were excuses. Nick's worked with me to get it towed that day. Highly recommend.
Would not recommend at all, if i could give 0 stars i would. These people are nice but they don’t care, i had to have my car towed about a month ago in front of my apartment. Mind you, my street is a one way which i had notified them that it would be a one way and they said it would not be an issue at all. They get there and it takes them a little over 40 minutes to get my car onto the tow truck AFTER they tried to get my boyfriend to drive my car which couldve damaged it more since my from tire was quite literally crushed and my hood was on top of my tire. They charged me 300$ for that and told me my insurance may be able to cover some of it, my dad then called insurance the next day and insurance said they would cover half of those costs if we had a receipt. Now i called them the next day saying i needed a receipt and she said she would email it to me, a month goes by no receipt i called again and a different lady told me they would send it to my phone number, never got it through my phone number. It has now been a mo th and a half to where they told my dad they would send a receipt in the mail, they never have, i even showed up to the place, no one was there but i did talk to a lady and she again told me they would send a receipt to my phone. Absolutely outrageous this happened a month and a half ago, i still have not received a receipt.
Nick was an amazing guy. On a Saturday afternoon I broke down in Donegal and needed him to tow me back to Pittsburgh. He was more then happy to give me a hand a showed up in about an hour. Super friendly guy and he even gave me tips on how to get it fixed. I highly, highly recommend that you call Nick's Towing Service if you are stuck and need a tow.
Nicky was incredibly helpful when our teenage daughter totaled our vehicle. I have NEVER received such amazing customer service. Thank you Nicky...we will never call another towing company again. You are permanently in my contacts.
After over a FOUR HOUR run-around and horrible customer service from AAA, leaving me stranded on the Turnpike this past Friday night I took matters into my own hands and luckily found Nick's Towing and they turned out to be FANTASTIC!!! They handled my situation, got my vehicle towed to my garage and the price was more than reasonable. I now have them saved to my phone. My recommendation... if you live in Westmoreland County or the surrounding area, cancel your AAA membership and put Nick's Towing into your phone. They WILL DEFINATELY be there when you need them. THANK YOU NICK'S!!!

I don’t even know where to begin but let me start with five stars simply doesn’t even begin to justify this business! I was headed to Illinois from Virginia when my van broke down, it was 7:30 p.m.!
Now… if you know anything about auto repair then you know for a fact that in order to find the parts you need as well as someone to paint repair your vehicle at that time of night all you need is one thing it’s called a miracle! Although I knew that my chances were slim to none I had no choice but to try. So I pulled out my phone searched my location, discovered I was in a town called Youngwood, Pennsylvania and started calling every part store, auto mechanic, tow truck, and body shop in the area. As I called each place on the list one by one they turned me down, until I reached a place called Nick‘s towing and auto. Much like everyone else I had called they two were closed but instead of saying “sorry we can’t help you, but good luck“, the woman on the other end asked me what was going on. I told her that I was stranded hundreds of miles away from home and needed my vehicle fixed right away. She told me that I had just missed the mechanic and that he was on his way home but she would give me a call right back. Because of all the no’s I had gotten I wasn’t really expecting a call back, to my surprise within two minutes she called me back. She asked me exactly where I was at and told me that she spoke with the mechanic and told him my situation and that he was turning around and would be there shortly to look at my vehicle. Once again it sounded too good to be true so I didn’t really get my hopes up however within 10 minutes she pulled up along with the mechanic!! I don’t know where these people came from, but only HEAVEN makes angels like this. After a long days work the owners of Nick‘s towing and auto actually turned their car around to come help a complete stranger, because and I quote “it was the right thing to do.” Now… To be perfectly honest I would’ve given them five stars simply for showing up when no one else would, but let me tell you when they got there he showed me the true meaning of going above and beyond. This man whom I’ve never met a day in my life stood outside in the cold and freezing rain with me and my husband for over an hour and a half doing everything he possibly could to try and fix my vehicle. Unfortunately because of the time and the location we did not have the tools nor the parts to fix the vehicle but he did not let that deter him. Nick got on the phone and begin calling everyone he knew in the whole town with a shop or the capability to get my vehicle fixed that night! I was completely blown away by this year dedication and determination of this man to help a little old me a total stranger. Unfortunately absolutely everyone was unavailable to assist us that night on top of that it would be impossible to get the part until 8 AM the next morning. I went into the auto parts store to use the bathroom and when I came out Nick and Nikki were gone! I was sooo sad because I really really wanted to thank them again for EVERYTHING they had done and give them some money too for all the work he had put in. So I called Nikki and told her that I would like to give them some money, but she was absolutely insistent that it was not necessary and that they would not except it. Once again I was blown away by the kindness of these people for no reason at all, except for the fact that we were fellow human beings. By this time everything had closed and we were waiting on AAA to show up, but after an hour Still no AAA. You won’t believe what happened next, a truck pulled up but it wasn’t AAA, instead it was a mechanic! Would you believe that one of those many phone calls that Nick made had actually paid off! We got the van fixed and were on our way but we’ll NEVER forget Nick & Nikki and how they went out of their way to help us out, they have a friend for LIFE. I can say without a doubt that Nick's towing treats you like family. I got that call that no parent wants on a Monday evening. My son was involved in a car accident. He is a student at St. Vincent College and we live 5 hours away. Some nice people stopped to help him and suggested Nick's towing. They arrived really fast and were so kind and nice. Spoke to me on the phone while also helping my son. Once the car was loaded on their truck, Nikki called me to make sure that I knew that my son was okay physically and to answer any questions. I couldn't believe she took the time to address how my wife and I were feeling 5 hours away. They called frequently to check in and really did everything that they could to help. I highly recommend this business!!!
Stranded on the PA Turnpike and after waiting nearly 2 hours for confirmation from a national towing hotline that they had dispatched someone and provide an ETA, I googled and found Nick's. I got a live person who knew the area, was concerned about my safety, was quickly able to pick up the car, gave me recommendations for lodging for the night, and turned waiting in the dark in hopes of help to assurance that help was on the way. The next day they quickly assessed the car, provided a thorough explanation of needed repairs, and were able to get the parts and get me back on the road before end of business. They even called while en route to make sure all was going well. Was a great experience from start to finish.
Nick is the best! When my wife and I were stranded on a Sunday night and AAA couldn't be bothered to let us talk with a human, we called Nick and had the most pleasurable towing experience you could imagine. He's a gifted conversationalist, expert of many trades, and a really sweet guy. He took extra care loading and unloading our car to keep from causing any further damage to its rear end. I hear he's also opening a pizza restaurant soon, so I can't wait to see what his hospitality looks like in that realm. Amazingly helpful and kind. We're super thankful for his help.
Nick's was unbelievably great! They were our savior. Our car died 6 hours away from home on a Sunday. They were so nice on the phone, courteous, sympathetic, and gracious. Nick's came to our hotel, confirmed that we needed a new alternator, and towed it to their shop. They charged a fair price and brought our car back to us at the hotel. We've never been taken care of so well.

Called AAA and they “dispatched” another towing company that didn’t show up after 2 1/2 hours . I got frustrated and called Nicks and they were on site within 10 minutes . Very polite and great to deal with . If I ever need a tow truck in the future Nick’s will be my first call .
If you ever need towing, this IS the company to call. I have had two dissatisfying towing experiences recently through AAA. One took 9 hours before the tow truck got there (in fairness they did credit me the tow, but that's 9 hours I'll never get back). The second one the tow truck driver was sloppy in the way he got my car on and off the bed.
Nick's was fantastic. They were prompt, courteous, and above all, treated my car properly. I got the call that the driver had arrived and by the time I got outside he already had my car hooked up to the truck. From pick up to delivery my car was treated with the utmost care.
DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH ANY OTHER COMPANY.

There are not enough words to express my gratitude for Nick’s towing service. I was stranded at 1 AM and my road side assistance told me they could not send help for an hour and a half. So I decided to find help on my own. When I googled 24 hour towing services in my area, I decided to call Nick‘s towing, and boy was I glad I did. They were there in 20 minutes to come to my rescue. Not only was Nick there, but his daughter assisted him in expertly getting my dead car onto their flatbed, while his wife kept me company in their warm truck. They were so professional, knowledgeable, and kind. They made a bad situation a thousand times better for me. They even took me home since I lived close by, So I wouldn’t have to wake up my husband to come and get me. Then they drove my car safely to the dealership as promised. I hope I don’t need to use a towing service again, but if I do, I will not use anybody else – – I will only use Nick’s towing. They also have a garage and another one that they will be opening soon. I recommend that service as well because of their expert knowledge, honesty, & kindness.
