in october of 2025 i went there and they put two new front tires on my car, no issue there. four months later i go in for two new tires for the back of my car, and this is where the issue is. they told me i needed four new tires? but i just had two placed four months ago? then i was told it would be over 500 dollars for tire but it was a bogo deal. so for "two tires" if was going to be over 500 dollars. then i was told they couldnt just do two tires yet they did that for me in october. i will never go back to this place again. i was treated like i was an idiot!
It took over 2 hrs for an inspection, tire rotation and oil change all because they were waiting for a filter to be delivered. Did not keep me posted about this. They should have had the filter before I arrived. Then I come out and where my sticker was for inspection was a Crack in my windshield and no one informed me of this. If I hadn't drove 5 mins down the road before noticing it I would have went back. Very disappointed.
These ppl are scammers from hell, They tried to make my son get 4 new tires on a car that had new tires put on it 2 months ago because he had a flat and ran one tire off the rim,Only needed 1 tire . STAY FAR AWAY FROM THESE FRAUDESTERS
Avoid this location. I took my personal vehicle here for tires the first visit and everything was fine. I then took my work vehicle here for an oil change. This is done by fleet so the fleet management company has all prior maintenance completed. I was told the brake pads were at 3 so they were submitting to fleet to have pads and rotors changed on both axles and they would call me once that was approved. I called a few days later and they said that fleet has not approved yet. I just found out why…took vehicle to a CDJR dealership for inspection and told them what this store told me. They called me later in the day and said the front pads were 10 and the rear pads are at 6, far from needing replaced. I took my personal vehicle back for an oil change a few weeks ago and asked numerous times if the tires would be rotated, every time being assured by the manager they will be. Well the lazy Assistant Manager did the oil change and is obviously not doing his job because I marked my tires beforehand and found none were touched when the vehicle was returned to me. I went back in to confront the manager and he said it was the AMs fault and he would give me a free oil change next time. Well it appears that manager is no longer there. The employees here are unreliable, lazy and liars.
I brought my vehicle to the Mr. Tire location in Charleroi, PA strictly for an oil leak diagnosis. I was explicitly told that no parts would be touched or adjusted without my consent.
Despite this, the shop adjusted an oil feed tube clamp before contacting me, which directly contradicted what I was told. When I raised concern, the response I received was dismissive and inappropriate — along the lines of “Do you want me to take it back off, because I can” rather than acknowledging that consent should have been obtained first.
More concerning, my vehicle is equipped with a hardwired dash camera connected to the fuse box, not a cigarette lighter. While the car was in the shop’s custody, the camera stopped recording, and footage shows staff disconnecting the camera without my knowledge or consent. There was no repair-related reason to touch or disable an interior accessory, especially one unrelated to diagnosing an oil leak. This eliminated my ability to verify how my vehicle was handled during that time.
Additionally, when I attempted to address these concerns calmly, I was met with defensive, dismissive behavior, interrupted during conversations, and ultimately told it would be “best if I didn’t come back.” My vehicle also remained at the shop for seven days due to delays that were not clearly communicated.
I paid for the repair only to retrieve my vehicle, not because I agreed with how the situation was handled. The lack of transparency, unauthorized actions, and unprofessional communication resulted in a complete loss of trust.
Also the vehicle was running when it was dropped off, but stopped starting while in the shop’s possession. When I raised this concern, I was told the starter had already failed and that the issue was my responsibility, despite the vehicle starting prior to being left in their care. When I asked if the shop could offer any assistance or discount given the circumstances, the request was met with a dismissive, rude, and disrespectful response, with responsibility immediately shifted back onto me rather than any effort to address what occurred.
I do not recommend this location and would strongly caution others about trusting their vehicle here. More broadly, I would advise being cautious with large chain shops and instead seeking a trusted, reputable independent shop when possible. If you do choose a chain location, having a dash cam can provide important peace of mind. Additionally, corporate and guest services have failed to follow up despite repeated outreach, which further undermines confidence.
For additional context, I am a former tire technician with a different automotive company and an active car enthusiast who regularly performs my own maintenance, which gives me a clear understanding of standard shop procedures and why this situation stood out as inappropriate.
Useless shop that doesn't know what they're doing. Vehicle needed aligned. Took it there for it. They said there was a broken part in front end. I took it somewhere else right after and they said they must not have even looked at it. It needed aligned. Don't go here.

Been there before with other vehicles and it was good. They don't carry tires for Tesla Model Y. Had a bad experience where they booked an appointment for my Tesla (they knew what I was bringing in)then called 45 mins before the appointment and asked for the tire size. Only after this was I informed they couldn't do it. Wasted my morning waiting for an appointment that didn't happen. If you have an EV double check before you go.
They don’t have the air filters I requested, but other wise, the boys in there were quick and super friendly. The cost was even cheaper than expected. I’ll never go anywhere else.
We are traveling long distance and I needed to stop in for a last minute oil change in an unknown town. Staff was honest with no frills or upsell. Just needed to get it done. Oh and about $10 cheaper than home. Thanks guys!
I recently moved to this area. I can't say enough about how helpful and kind Cody was at the service desk or how quickly my car was fixed and I was back on the road after a recent repair. I highly recommend them!!
If I could give no stars I would ;but unfortunately I had to pick one in order to leave review. I went for the full service synthetic oil change ; their supposed to rotate tires, check the brakes etc…. But for some reason I paid 124$ and ONLY got an oil change and the rest of the receipt said customer refused for all the other services they were supposed to provide for that 124$. I didn’t realize this until my boyfriend came back and handed me the receipt. I feel as though he and I were deceived into spending 124$. I will NEVER AND I MEAN NEVER go back to this place and I would suggest to other people to do the same because they are untrustworthy deceitful people just looking to make a quick dollar!
Very professional and timely. This was primarily a diagnostic visit because of potential brake and tire issues. They found no significant issues, just a minor inconvenience which they repaired. The quotes for future services seemed a little high, so I will check other shops, but it's all so expensive anymore. I would recommend.
This place is terrible. They act like they don't want to help you. As soon as I brought my car the guy says my mechanic will take you home while we work on your car. I'm thinking I've only been here 15 mins. No explanation or nothing and I had to go to work. I'm like I'm not going anywhere I have to get to work. So they take my car in the back I'm sitting there 2 hours by the time he says "Oh I'm sorry we don't have the parts for your car. Nobody came out and communicated anything. Just really rude and nasty. Could have been racism being all the workers were white. Idk. So went to Pittsburgh instead and got it fixed the same day. Never again. And they don't really have employees. If you need tires don't go there just head to Walmart. The employees are rude.
Stopped in to have my tire repaired. Service was professional, friendly, and efficient. Would recommend for any tire related or other provided auto services.
Wow!! This place really came through for me today!!! I was riding around on a donut which was losing air and every place I called was too busy!!! They got me right in, were so very friendly and affordable!!! The man that helped me out was so kind and professional! The place was clean. What else could you ask for?
My Fusion failed inspection mainly due to suspension parts needing replaced. They wanted $3400 to fix it. Thing is, those parts were replaced 4 years ago and there were less than 5000 miles put on it since then, a fact that Mr Tire was obviously not aware of. I took it to another garage and they said there is nothing wrong with it. So... trying to rip me off? Sure seems like it, doesn't it. AVOID THIS PLACE!!!!!
The staff at Mr. Tire is excellent, especially Bob and Mark! They are professional and extremely helpful. A hidden gem in the valley and highly recommend.
I had my vehicle inspected last month at the dealership where I purchased it. This month I had brake issues and could not get an appointment for a month. Tried another place and it was 2 weeks out. Called Mr. Tire and spoke with Bob who told me to bring it in first thing the next morning. They were up front with me in what was needed and Bob had my repairs done in no time. I appreciate excellent service and that is what I received.
The Team at Mr. Tire in Charleroi (PA) couldn't have been better to work with. They treated me with the utmost professionalism & respect, and made me feel like my vehicle was the most important job they had all day. Not only do I highly recommend this hidden gem in the Valley, but I'm looking forward to my next visit!

I live in Baltimore and took the trip down for a Work related incident when my work vehicle's tire Blew up on the PA Turnpike at midnight. Was towed to the guys here at Mr.Tire and let me tell ya these guys were extremely helpful! They tended to my vehicle quickly and professionally even tho it was on short notice Sunday morning. These guys are true pros and I highly recommend them for all Tire needs! The good people of Charleroi are lucky to have you its just Too bad you guys aren't closer to Baltimore we need more of that true professionalism in my neck of the woods lol thank you guys!
Mr. Tire Auto Service Center is wonderful. The gentleman who was working at the front desk greeted me and guided me through the things I needed for my inspection. I had an appointment with Bob the technician and he was wonderful. He had me in and out of there in no time. He explained everything to me about my car based off the paper he gave me regarding my inspection and answered any questions I had about it. Definitely recommend going to Bob, he is worth your time and money, another plus, he will make sure your cars running safe & prepared properly for you!
The guy at the front desk is awesome it’s the young boy or (boys) in the back that just wanna do half the work they can and send them on the way out the door cuz the front desk guy caught them trying to do it to me and yelled at them and made them do it correctly and kept apologizing to me when it wasn’t his fault it’s the worker or workers that day in the back. He definitely made it right for me and I felt bad he was swamped trying to do his job up front and watching the young boys to make sure they was doing their job right to keep everyone happy and have a great experience at Mr.Tire so my hats off to you front desk man. Thank you for the great service.
I got my oil changed and tires rotated this morning and couldn't be happier!!! I made my appt on line and was happily greeted by the gentlemen at the service desk. He explained all my options which I was clueless so he gladly talked to hubby on the phone to get EXACTLY what we wanted... In hardly no time at all my SUV was done... Job well done.. Great prices... And excellent customer service & staff... We will get our oil changes there from now on!!!!
