Used this location for Amazon drop off. The staff were very helpful.

NEVER HAD AN ISSUE UNTIL TODAY AROUND 5:30pm the “MANAGER” on shift yelling at me over an alternator return. To the point her coworker on shift had to tell her to stop.

Had purchased rotors at the blairsville store but they had a fire so are temporary closed.

Called over the phone to see what they offered the girl who answered was rude, basically asking me what I needed instead of telling me what they offered, really was in need of help didn’t get it here!

Not my first visit to this store. They have one extremely knowledgeable person there and the rest of the employees are competent.

My problem that day was helping a friend fix flat tire. The sales person lead me to the model that would fix the problem and not break the bank.

Pleasant people to work with. They really help the customer, not just get them out the door.

This store was a Car Quest store now AAP. They warranty a set of front brakes with a passenger side front caliper that was bad. Thanks!

It has mostly everything but it's small

Staff hung up the phone without explanation, soon after I discribe the make of my car and the part I was looking for. Called again, and as soon as I identified my self the same staff member hung up again. My geuss is he couldn't find the the part I was looking for or something... He sure won't be getting my business.

Helpful and intelligent staff that are always ready to help me find exactly what we need, whether they have it on the shelf or have to order it from somewhere else, they remain courteous and aim to get things done right...the first time.
