We live in Long Island and my wife picked up her father for a Doctors appointment when the car broke down near Paul’s. They were excellent and made it a priority to get the injection coil fixed so she could make it to the Dr’s. Very fair price and fixed it within an hour! Thanks for getting it done quick and not taking advantage of a situation where he could have! Highly recommend!

This place is great! I took my new vehicle there for a brake issue and an issue with my tire. Even though my vehicle was under warranty, I wanted them to look at it because I didn't like the service provided to me at the dealership on a previous vehicle. After a quick brake check, it was determined that there was absolutely nothing wrong with the braking system on my car (the theory was that a rock flew in somewhere after roads were treated after a snowstorm caused some noise and then flew out somewhere with minor damage). No replacement of any parts is needed. They also looked at my tire and said a pin from a trailer got stuck in my tire, and they could plug it first to see if it holds air and, if not, bring it back to replace the tire. While they could have tried to charge me for calipers, brakes, rotors, and a tire, they were honest and I walked out paying $20 for a plug for the tire. I definitely recommend taking your vehicle to this garage!

I feel compelled to share my experience at Paul's Auto Repair to help other car owners make informed decisions. Despite warnings from others, we chose Paul's due to its proximity when our car needed towing. What followed was a series of frustrating events: 1. The shop diagnosed and replaced our rear differential, but upon receiving the vehicle back, we noticed a new noise that wasn't present before. 2. When we returned to address this issue, Brian claimed the noise was pre-existing and attributed it to regenerative braking. However, we were certain this noise emerged only after their service. 3. Seeking clarity, we took the car to a Subaru dealership and within hours they came back to us informing us that Paul's had installed an incorrect rear differential that wasn't compatible with our specific model. 4. We were forced to have the differential replaced again at said dealership. While Paul's agreed to issue us a refund, over 3 months have passed since we returned the incorrectly installed rear differential, and we're still awaiting reimbursement. 5. After weeks of waiting, Brian condescendingly informed us that they wouldn’t be refunding the labor costs for installing the incorrect part, only a refund for the part itself. Instead of taking responsibility for the error, they shifted the blame to their parts supplier. Brian claimed they did nothing wrong in installing a part that wasn’t designed for our vehicle. Despite multiple conversations with both Brian and the owner John, this situation remains unresolved. Based on our experience, I cannot recommend their services. A reputable auto shop would take accountability for their mistakes and ensure proper parts are installed in customers' vehicles. To end this, I just want to reiterate that we not only had an incorrect part installed on our vehicle but had to, at our own cost, diagnose the issue they created, replace the part they had been paid to replace, return the incorrect differential to them, and have still not received a refund. John, you have our number. Please do the right thing and give us a refund.

This is a family business owned and operated by a very caring person. He was excellent at towing my vehicle and insured very secure towing. He was very friendly and caring. I would recommend his towing to anyone. He is a AAA towing company. AAA referred me to him. Thank you for all of your kindness, safety and security in towing my vehicle Paul's Garage (Towing).

Found out I had a flat tire while at work, took it to Paul's Auto and found out that it was worse than we thought. They got a new tire and installed it quickly at a good price. Will definitely be back for any future issues.

I mistakenly thought this business was in America but when I called last year to see if they would put on tires I bought online (so you can get the best price) I was told they would not put the tires on because I bought them online and they have to “look out for their local guys”. Having lived in the area for quite some time I was unaware of local tire businesses harvesting rubber trees and molding their own tires, I assumed they buy off distributors to get the best prices much like I did. I was a bit confused a business didn’t want my money as I also needed additional work done while the vehicle was there but after the tire conversation I looked for other businesses that accept money for services without strings attached and there’s a lot of options!

I have a small vehicle with baby seats in the back. I needed a new tire, sidewall was damaged. Staff tried convincing me my rim was cracked and needed to be replaced immediately. You stereotypically tried taking advantage of a lady. I wasn't buying it and glad I took my vehicle elsewhere. Shame on you.

Waited for over a week for them to get me a price. When I showed up to get the quote for the work, I was given a half hazard quote and was told oh by the way it will cost another thousand dollars on top of the quote price. People around town told me nothing but bad story's about this company. I wished I had listen to them.

I called they answered and they actually showed up to tow my car from the side of the highway to my mechanic. Right there are 3 qualities that are extremely rare in Pa. Answering the phone, showing up, and doing the job requested. That in it itself gives at least 4 stars. I never met them, but they got the job done. Kudos Paul's towing. I only had to call once and I didn't have to wait with the car. No aggravation!

Glad you think you can keep track of customers from years ago. Yes I was in your establishment several years ago with a different last name, but I guess it's easier to just say anything then to ask why it was only ok. Don't worry I don't need smart comments won't be back.

I've been a customer for 4+ years, this longevity should reveal its own message. Six months ago a check engine light was examined by Paul's only to reveal it was a Nissan warranty covered transmission repair. I was provided with guidance from Jeremy, Bryan and Jared resulting in a successful repair by Nissan; Paul's did not charge me for their expertise in getting my car fixed. Most recently I replaced the original (2016) brake pads & rotors. Within a day or two the brakes began knocking/banging when the pedal was pressed. Without delay Bryan did his homework which revealed a TSB (Technical Service Bulletin) from Nissan that explained that my after market new pads & rotors don't play well with the cars original emergency brake shoes (who knew???). Could your repair shop have figured out this puzzle or even know where to start? In the end, the crew of three converged on my Nissan and did the fix QUICKLY, EFFICIENTLY AND UNDER BUDGET!!! I began this review with a word, longevity. If your mechanic doesn't afford you the peace of mind you desire, e.g., I don't worry about unexpected repairs because I have the best crew just a phone call away, then you may want to reconsider where you have your vehicle's breakdown EVALUATED, because this is where it begins, the evaluation. Honesty and integrity is their hallmark. I sleep better at night knowing that my car will be fixed right....the first time....you will too.

We had unexpected car trouble on our vacation. We dropped the car off and they were very friendly, polite and knowledgeable. Communication was excellent and they were honest in their explanation and opinion of what the probelm was. The issues were problems with the cylinders and fuel injector. We highly recommend using Paul's. Price was fair and we really got a good vibe. We appreciated how quickly our car was done so that we could travel back home.

Efficient, thorough, friendly service! There are not many of these honest and professional businesses left in this country. We, who live close and use Paul's Garage for our car repair needs are lucky! Thank you for always helping us with our business vans! I recently started going here, and have to say that overall I am very pleased. Their prices are good, job turn around was lightning fast, and the CUSTOMER SERVICE was EXCELLENT! I have taken my car to them 3 times and every time, I have been more then pleased with the timeliness, price and quality! Thank you!

I went to 2 mechanics in New York (where I live) that could not find the problem with the car and even paid money to replace a part that was not the issue . When I came to Waymart to visit family, I decided to go to Paul's Garage. Jeremy found the issue and resolved it for me promptly. His excellence of professionalism and skill should be shared . Had head gaskets go on my Chevy Duramax, I called everywhere around me and no one wanted to do the job. Except Paul’s garage. They had my truck done the right way. This team is profesional in everything they do. I’m so glad I took my truck to them. They have a repeat customer for sure!!!

I am a Wind tech that travels the country. Stop my vehicle is very important to me. I had noticed that one of my tires was low so I called to have it check and fixed if necessary. The service was excellent, prompt and very professional. Even had the oil change while it was there (upon request). I highly recommended.

Any time you visit a towing place you're not happy but being the fact that everyone there was friendly and seemed considered you concerned as well as helpful made it a more pleasurable experience

Wish I could give more stars. Had a brake line fail as I was driving home to NY. I walked in 15 minutes before closing and explained the situation. They went above and beyond to help me, staying half an hour past closing time to get a new brake line on, then refused to let me pay them! I don't know what I would've done without their generosity. These are good, honest people who really care and I am very lucky to have found them in my time of need. Wish you guys were up here in NY!

Just got my chevy Silverado lifted here . It was a pretty in depth lift so I figured I would take it to Paul’s, Jeremy and his team did an amazing job the truck is solid and they knew exactly what they were doing and talking about . Great service great people I’ll definitely be returning!

I have an '03 Chevy Blazer that ran fine until recently when it began losing power for no apparent reason, no Check Engine light or otherwise. Called Paul's and made an appointment. I explained the issue(s) and both Jeremy & Brian road tested the Blazer; they collectively diagnosed that the catalytic converter was clogged (original to the vehicle now 15 years old), TRANSLATION: engine could not breathe. The parts were promptly ordered and this huge repair was made in a few short hours the same day. Pricing was more than reasonable and they even took me home and picked me up once completed. I realize this post is wordy but it only sums up my total satisfaction with the FAST diagnosis, service and cheerful response to my needs, questions and concerns. If you want it done right, THE FIRST TIME AT A MINIMAL EXPENSE, let these pros handle your auto needs; you'll be happy that you too made the correct decision to go to Paul's.

Tried to charge me 2200 to get my car out it was only 500 feet away from the shop. Wouldn't let me tow it to where I wanted it to go. Made me take it to their garage. Do not use this company. They will rip you off. Also they let friends of mine into there hard to take pictures of my car before I even got to see and with out my permission. Do no use. Go somewhere else these guys will rip you off I'm not the only one who's have been screwed over by these guys.

I've been coming to this auto shop since I moved here and love it! These guys are honest, and care about their customers. They really give you top notch customer service, and are fast and efficient.

As a repeat customer I can say that the staff at Paul’s Garage are competent, courteous and helpful. Whether they are performing routine maintenance or a complicated repair I trust them to do a great job at a fair price. My Subaru and Toyotas go no where else but Paul’s.

If you need honest quality repair at a reasonable rate Paul's garage is difficult to beat. The management and Front desk support are superb, the mechanics are professional and their work is first rate. Just a quick update it is August 2014 and I still think these guys are the best. You really can't go wrong using these people
