They were good years ago, but now,? Seriously taking photos of our garbage cans after they skipped are garbage before Christmas then threatening to charge extra sorry unacceptable!

Finally I found a good professional company for weekly dumpster service. The service and professionalism they provided has been outstanding. I feel confident that they won't skip pick up days which has been an issue with two other local companies I have used. I'm so happy I found Waste Management in the area.

This is by far the worst garbage service I’ve ever had. Paying for services not rendered. BE AWARE, if there is even a flurry in the sky they will not come due to “inclement weather”. For a whole month they only came ONCE despite there being no snow. I will never again use this company. Please pay the extra to use someone else, it isn’t worth your aggravation and they don’t deserve your business.

They do not come and pick up my trash. They say they can't due to inclement weather. The roads in my community are clear, and everyone else seems to be able to get in and out just fine. Twice in a row they have not picked up my recycling, and they didn't get my regular trash once also when the road was clear and passable. Very dissappointing!

Nothing but issues since we started service with waste management. They never pick up garbage and recycling as scheduled, sometimes they don’t even come to the house and just mark that the container wasn’t out. I have had to talk customer service to resolve billing issues and pickup issues almost every week. It’s nearly impossible to talk to a real person and customer service in the local office is just awful. I finally have had enough and am canceling my services with them. I would never recommend this company to anyone. By the way, they make canceling nearly impossible, you can’t do it with the local office and they want to charge you for container pick up.

I hate WM in winter not worth it they don’t pick up. Neighbor has Casella they always get picked up. WM drivers don’t seem to know how to drive in snow. Changing to casella.

Pay more than other companies in my area for worse service. No pick up since before Thanksgiving. “Unable to pick up”. Meanwhile every other company figures out a way. Customer service while nice, offered no solution. Update: Reached out to their "care team" as they requested. Received NO reply, and again, their crew refused to come down my street to pick up my trash again today. 2 other companies have picked up trash this morning. And now, they want charge me for a month of NO garbage pickup and 75 dollars + fees to come get their bins if I cancel.

I'm somewhat disappointed. I'm never aware of what time they are coming. Normally they've been arriving in the late afternoon. Last week they came early am ( I put my trash out at 7 am) I missed pick up. So now I'm stuck w 2 wks worth of garbage. The recycling is another issue! Every other week and they get here at 530 am. Not knowing this, I've missed them everytime until yesterday! Finally. If they would only come down my rd to pick my trash up I wouldn't have a problem leaving it out overnight. Instead my neighbor n I bring it ours up to the main rd. Why? Where my house is situated is considered a rd.

Driver is great. Service sucks. “Courtesy Pickup” when they don’t collect your refuse ? maybe they’ll pick it up this coming week and hopefully the bear don’t have the garbage throughout the woods prior. At that point I really don’t care. I’ll put a big sign “waste managements problem”. Will call them courtesy payments going forward.

I'm leaving 2 stars to acknowledge the help we did receive from our customer service rep, however, the service and basically bait and switch from the company has been really frustrating. We ordered a bear resistant bin and asked for information on the bin due to the high delivery fee. We were sent a picture and information on the bin and decided it was worth it. The bin that was delivered was nothing like the bin they sent us information on so the same day I called to complain and insist on a swap. They came that week and swapped it out, again, not delivering the bin that was pictured and described, just a better bin that what they first tried to give us. Really frustrating that they either thought we wouldn't notice or wouldn't mind being shown one bin and having different less strong/sufficient bins delivered.

By far one of the worst trash companies of all time. They one-time missed pickups for 6 weeks straight. They randomly don't show up- anytime there's rain they miss a day. Holiday pickup week. They tell us to put the trash out one day late. Actually they just didn't show up. Then the next day we don't realize it and the bear comes. Switching very soon to somebody else. This is by far the worst service I've ever had.

I switched to WM a few months ago and so far they've been great. They've never missed a pick up and I also used their bulk pick up option to get rid of a couch and they delivered on that too. No complaints from me. And I really like their website bits easy to see the holiday schedule and they also send out an email letting me know when service gets pushed back a day.

I have a container that keeps my bins right at curbside. For years they have been taking my trash and putting the bins back in. We have animals so it’s safer to keep them inside the container. They stopped picking up unless they are outside now. They never left a note or anything. I’ve called 3 or more times and was told they would take it. Last time I called they said they don’t take it unless out anymore. My trash has been there now since Memorial Day weekend. We don’t live there full time and if there was any communication at all this would have been resolved quickly. Im looking for another company now and will let all my neighbors know as well if we can pull together and get better service and a better price. I pay way too much to not have my trash collected for over a month with zero communication

I started with waste management and went through every other local company because of the awful service. Every other local company got bought out one by one by casella who the worst of them all!!! Now I’m back to waste management and this is only second week.. my daughter has those cans out at the curb at 5am every Tuesday. She sends me a photo receipt and my security cameras show everything. This is the second week a trash truck has not come down my block one time but they have audacity to put on my account that the cans were not out! That’s a straight lie! I would rather you said you just didn’t feel like coming this way since no one in this community uses waste management! I have to call every week and report a missed pick up and reschedule for 48 hours! Cause the driver is just lazy and a liar!!

I cannot recommend WM at this time. I registered for new garbage service online, received a confirmation email, and the fees were taken out of my bank account. I then waited two weeks and no bins were delivered. I spent the next two weeks calling and speaking to numerous people in WM, none who were able to answer why i hadn’t received bins, only transferring me to other people and saying that the digital support team would respond to my issue eventually. It has now been nearly a month and there’s been nothing solved. We just moved into a new home and our trash is piling up. It shouldn’t be this hard to get good service. WM is garbage.

The service is outstanding. But, you have to watch the pricing. Depending on your contract pricing can increase every year, & if you’re not careful you can be paying an exorbitant amount! If you call they will review your account, but getting through is another challenge!

I have a really nice driver. The winter months were rough with Icy conditions. But the drivers was really nice and is consistent with my pick up days. Which really helps We load up the dumpster the night before pick up to avoid the mess our bears ? cause lol

This has been the worst company to work with. It's impossible to get support. Missed pick-ups. Now they shut off my service because the automated system keeps switching my bank account # with the routing #. I paid the credit card fee to fix it but they still haven't turned my account back on. I did however get a bill for this month's service that they haven't been providing. What a racket.

My experience with WM was trash and not in the way l'd hoped. I setup up service on Dec 31rst and was told l'd be receiving a 2 yard dumpster on January 7th. Wendy called me January 6th to confirm my details and asked me to place traffic cones where I wanted the dumpster located, to which I obliged for the ease to the delivery men. I then received a call on January 7th from Mason only to be told I couldn't have a dumpster for residential purposes. So I asked to set up a business account as I own and operate a legal LLC within my home only to be told I can't do that either. WM is as garbage is and I wouldn't recommend them or their corporate nonsense to a single person ever.

The garbage guys are fantastic. I live in the Town Roadand it gets snow. If I get a half inch of snow my recyclable driver cannot make it down the road, but yet my garbage guys do. Positiverecyclable Service is absolutely terrible. I took care of the garbage guys at Christmas. I give them five stars. I think they should be able to communicate better with the customers when there is bad weather. last snowstorm I understand they couldn’t make it that day. I was told they were coming the following day. Never showed up. I had to call of course Phoenix, Arizona. Not my local people and was told they’re coming next week. Do they realize people don’t have extra trash cans laying around just to make it easier for them. What happened to customer service. Not today with corporations. Make money that’s it no such thing as customer service.

This company was a dream to work with from ordering a dumpster online to delivery. The driver was very kind and dropped the roll off exactly where I needed it. With having to do so much since my husband passing it was nice to have something done so easy and I thank them for this. Excellent all around!

After years of excellent service, it has been awful this year. Pick ups are missed more than 50% of the time. Every week we call and it takes 30-45 minutes to get through. I have called three times so far this week after another missed pick up and have received assurances that the garbage will be picked up no later than the next day and that a manager will call to discuss the service. Nothing ever happens. We are going to cancel our service and go elsewhere. They never miss a billing!

Prices keep increasing without notification. Just canceled our service because of poor customer service and price increase. After being on hold for over a half hour my phone was disconnected so I recalled and on hold again for over a half hour before someone picked up the phone. Long story... they said they will be charging me $75. To pick up their container. I told her I will drop it off at our local office which I was told no, I can't do that. They will be charging me for picking them up. I told her I would get rid of them myself, I was told I would still be charged. Let's see, overcharge so cancel them charge for cancelation. What's wrong with these people. I would not recommend the company ?.

garbage wasn't picked up for two weeks one day because of bad weather. road was plowed and down to dirt in most sport. other garbage service trucks made their picks up on same road without any issues. the prior week was picked up because os snow on sat before. so snow was done and gone for a week. piss poor customer service . was told I would have to wait a while nother week to get garbage picked up. I will be cancelling service

I have had several missed pick ups, lately it is the recyclables. Unable to submit miss pick up on app because it says that it was picked up. After extensive waiting on the telephone to speak to someone, it is put in for a missed pick up and then the recyclables get thrown in with the trash. The emails that I receive do not even have the correct schedule date on them. I spend at lease 30 minutes per week trying to resolve my issues. It’s very frustrating doing business with this company

The pick up service has been great - the jump from $102 a quarter to $156.53 a quarter is simply astonishing. Am currently shopping around for a service that does not cost so much before the next quarter rolls around. Edit: So WM did not like my review. I was asked to contact them & did. They did offer a one time credit (on my next statement). BTW - my next statement invoice was even higher ($161.69). Bottom line - they have priced themselves out of my range. Service is great, just expect to pay heavy for it.

I had WM for over 5 years. They were good in the beginning but really have gone to down hill. Moved and for 10 months I got one recycle pickup. Price constantly changed to higher amount then agreed upon. Took forever to get through to speak with someone on the phone. I recommended them to about 10 neighbors. Now I am recommending someone else that actually cares about having your business.
