The gentleman I spoke to when I was looking for parts was very helpful and knowledgeable. Although he was leaving before I got there, he put my parts at the counter to save me time. The store is very clean and organized! You can def tell they take great pride in providing a quality experience to the customer!

I gave three stars for one reason: the long line every time you go in there. Other than that, service, parts and prices good. MAKE SURE THEY GIVE YOU THE CORRECT PART! They have a habit of it!

Went in for new spark plugs. Gave them all the info for my vehicle. They sold me the wrong ones. Went to the mechanic and ended up paying way more to buy from the garage than I would have from NAPA if they gave me the right part. Return process was easy .

Good service and knowledgeable parts guys. Always get the correct parts which doesn't happen all the time at the big box parts stores. Prices are good to walk in and get what you need but higher than online. I try and support the local business even if I do have to pay a higher price and the convenience of returning the item if the need arises is simple, quick and easy as well as returning a core. Only issue i ever have is that they usually only have the more expensive items in store but usually can have the cheaper one in the same day or they'll let ya know if a nearby store may stock it.

Had a battery put in there got home looked it over and the negative post was never even tightened I watch from rhe store glass and seen him have a little trouble with it..but after..came in said..you good to go!

this place is a life saver so to speak. they helped me a lot and went above and beyond what they're supposed to do. they really got me fixed and back on the road. Thanks for the parts delivery man. Will definitely refer everyone to this little NAPA.

Great service they can make hydraulic lines by the foot also offers other parts that other stores don't they also improved on prices from the past without sacrificing on the price will be a repeat customer

I've been a mechanic for 30 years this place ether has what I need on hand (which seems to be they always have even with the odd parts) but if they don't they have it for me next day. I am a vary happy customer and will continue getting my parts/supplies from hear. And as for the staff I must say they have always helped me and treated me well. Good job to you Brownsville napa!

I have used our local Napa store in brownsville religiously for years, but I will never step foot in that store ever again. The store sold me a dectective lawn mower battery that leaked battery acid all over my brand new mini van I just purchased when I tried to call for assistance I was told its not there problem im on my own. With help from customer service they gave me the number to the regional office, the regional manager helped me get the damages repaired of no cost to me and had the bill sent to the brownsville location. Terrible management at this location and the owner is just as terrible.

Usually going to car shops/auto parts stores is a dreadful experience for me, but after going to Napa Auto Parts in Brownsville and being treated with the utmost respect by their employee, Brennan, it was an enjoyable experience and I will definitely go back in the future!

I would leave no star if I could. I would not recommend anyone at this location the guy Wayne is so unprofessional and rude he makes the company looks bad and now I will never shop there. He need to go through training again because he’s very inpatient and really mean.I never wish anyone to loose there job but he definitely shouldn’t be working for a company like NAPA that deals with people hands on.

I've been coming here for years to get everything for our cars from oil to brakes to larger and more intricate parts. If they don't have whatever you need in stock, they'll get it for you as fast as they can. The staff has always been nice and very helpful although sometimes we've had to wait due to a lot of BS'ing. LoL

While I feel that NAPA overall has declined over the years, I’d recommend this location over any other one I’ve been to. The team there definitely go above and beyond in assisting. Case in point: I called for a part I desperately needed and not in stock in any other local automotive store. When they looked the part up, inventory stated they had one in stock but the part wasn’t in its location. The employee told me to call back in about an hour as he was going to look for the part. Now normally I feel this is a tactic to get a customer off the phone in hopes they just move on to the next store or forget altogether but being as this was my last ditch effort I did call back. The representative on the phone followed thru and he actually found the part. So I’d definitely recommend this location if you are looking to interact with knowledgeable staff who WILL do as they promise for you.

My family owns laceys auto and buy all there parts here from day 1 , I buy all my parts here as well , there staff know what you need and are even helpful with tips . Unlike most parts stores who maybe have 1 vet and a bunch of kids who think OIL L is 7I0 fluid.

Most unorganized, Unprofessional NAPA Experience Ever!!! Dropped off my hydraulic hose for repair, was told I could pickup the next day at 10am, I couldn't make it until later the next day to pickup so I called to confirm and make sure it was ready. I was told me I needed to stop in as they didn't have the correct fitting. Considering I gave them my phone number when I originally dropped it of a phone call would of been nice to eliminate a wasted trip. I went to pickup my hose and they lost it. I was invited however to dumpster dive and try and find it in the dumpster. Now I still have no hose and have to buy an entire hose because mine is now MIA! For a place of business with (no lie) 15 people working the day shift maybe the owner needs to evaluate his employee performance, and hire new!
