This place is the best, could not thank them enough. We had a flat along Interstate 70, our roadside assistance was going to take 2 hours to get to us. My husband looked up what businesses were close & called. The guy on the phone, think his name was Gerald, was awesome and had the driver to us within 15 minutes to get us off the road safely, and to a garage for repair, all within like 30 minutes. And the nicest tow truck driver you could find. Sorry we didn't get his name. So good to know there is truly caring people/business still around to help out.
Thanks for the assistance on I-70. Driver responding to the request arrived very quickly and was able to help get me back on the road without having to tow. Tried to change a flat tire on three side of three interstate but it was stuck and vehicle was pointing downhill. Too risky to bag on the wheel with the jack in the truck. Really appreciate the help.
These guys are first class. Excellent service and very quick pick up. They even drove me back to my local garage. If I ever need a tow again, these guys are the first call I will make. Thank you!
Traveling through the area when I had a tire blow out. This company was contacted by my roadside service to tow my vehicle. I can't say enough about the company and driver (Doug) - he recommended a small, family owned shop that was able to replace my tires and get me back on the road. He was very friendly and professional. Thank you for the wonderful service & recommendation!
They saved me and my horse from a breakdown on i70. Got my dually and gooseneck trailer safe. The crew showed up, called several times to ensure that I was ok and verify location.
I want to leave a good review for this towing company. I'm a semi truck driver with a volvo broke down on me 3-3-22 on i 70 east of Washington, PA. I had no luck with mobile service repair, Flying J Bossman cancel on me. The next day so i had to tow it to TA. Tried other towing companies seems they don't want to tow volvos. Called these guys they came out the next morning. 3-4-22 Kudos to Doug and Jerry they tow both my truck and trailer to TA. (Pa laws) If I were to broke down again around that area they would be the first one I would call. Thanks Doug and Jerry from A1 Interstate!
Very rude would not give me information. Towed the car before I got any information to say yes. Then calls me after he tows it to a yard to tell me it’s $322 dollars while I took my kids up the to a hotel to get out the cold. Then would not take me to the car till he only got a cash payment wouldn’t take my card said that’s not good enough. At the same time I only called to get information on the tow not for him to take it while I was at the hotel with my kids. Don’t use
I would NEVER use this towing service again. Irresponsible and unprofessional. Other than showing up over an hour later than I was told, Had a damaged vehicle towed to a friend's parking lot, and because he got there before I could with a key, he strapped the vehicle to two others in the parking lot to yank it off the flatbed then left. Called the company, and he admit to doing so, claiming the other vehicles were junk anyway. But then lied to the AAA representative when I opened a dispute.
These guys arrived when they said they would & were priced on the lower end of just about everyone else.
They hooked up to my truck professionally & quickly! Before I knew it we were rolling down the road to the repair shop.
They took very good care of my equipment. The driver took it easy & watched for any road hazards along the way.
Interstate towing did a great job & we safely arrived at the destination. Thank you!
