Fast response despite the fact I accidentally told them westbound instead of eastbound when my tire on my S10 blew out on I-70. John was quick and had me on the way to a tire shop in 10 minutes when he got there. Shoutout to PA State Police for assistance too when people don't know how to move over. Move over, Slow down.
The folks at Bujanowski were a huge help when I was in an accident 3 hours from home. They helped me find a rental car and drove me out nearly 30 minutes to bring me to the rental car. They were understanding when I was shaken up by the wreck and were kind and thoughtful. I’m so glad they’re the ones the police called.
When I got a deer, my driver, John, arrived within 15 minutes. He helped get ahold of the state police and made sure I wasn’t stuck out in the cold. Above and beyond for sure. Great service.
There are a lot of tow companies out there that will absolutely rip you off - this is not one of them.
Two weeks ago I had the unfortunate experience of hitting a patch of black ice while traveling from Mississippi to West Newton, PA. We were coming into Belle Vernon late in the evening when the accident happened.
I told the local PD to just do whatever they needed to do to get the car out of the road and secure. John with Bujanowski was dispatched, and within 15 minutes he was on scene with us.
His first words were "are you ok?". There was no mention of money, payment, or anything. Just assurance that he would take care of us, get us situated for the night and out of the cold, and we could handle everything the next day. He even offered us a ride to our hotel for the night - we declined - only because the amazing officer from Washington Township PD had already made arrangements to give us a lift there.
The next day, I had the pleasure of working with Sara in the office. Our vehicle was slam full of our tools and other belongings. My immediate fear was that we would not be able to recover our stuff post-accident. Sara assured us that would not be an issue, and once we got a few things handled to prove our ownership of the vehicle, she even assisted us in cleaning everything out and moving into our rental car.
This is a fantastic family-owned and operated business. I cannot recommend them enough for their kindness, compassion, and assistance to a stranger from 900 miles away.

I cannot say enough good things about these guys. I called to inquire about getting my semi winched off snow and ice and they were amazingly friendly and professional. Bujanowski was absolutely incredible. They came quickly to tow me when I got a flat at 430 in the morning. When I went to get my car they not only helped me with the tire but checked everything over. They made all the calls to find me what I needed at a good price. I would highly recommend them to anyone! Everyone is super friendly and social not a single person walked by without saying hello. Ive never had this experience at any garage before so I was super impressed!
After the city of Chaleroi failed to cover up a road-work hole, leading my tire to explode on the crater, Joe was there in 15 minutes to tow my car to the nearest tire shop and give me and my fiance a ride home. Excellent service. The best experience I could have wished for! Thanks Joe!

My fuel gauge was faulty and I ran out of fuel on Turnpike 43. I called Bujanowski and they had a repair truck and diesel fuel on site in less than 30 min. The guys put fuel in my truck and spent over 30 min bleeding out the system to get it to start. I am so happy they were there in the time of need and did not give up on helping me. Best towing company experience I ever had!! They had a quick response to us in the middle of the night when we were stranded in a bad spot on the highway. Their tow operated went the extra mile and helped us diagnose our problem, (fuel gauge went bad ans we just ran out of fuel), towed us to a fuel station and got us back on the road quickly. I was involved in a single car wreck that would have been really bad on 12/8/2024. The Manager of Bujanowski made sure my family got to a safe location and made the hotel we went to had room for us to stay to handle my Insurance items.
When going to clean my car out the amazing lady there helped me carry all my bags and items from my totaled car to our rental. After arriving back home I forgot my son's seniors photos in the back of the driver side seat. I asked if I could send them a label to get my the photos back. If not this would have been a 5 hour drive.

Hands down the best towing service in PA, VA, WV area. I had my tractor truck give me issues on I-79S in Waynesburg, PA and needed a tow. I Called them around 6:25p.m, and they assured me someone would be out in the next 2 hours. Well, Ben arrived within an hour and had my truck and trailer hooked up and ready to be towed within 30-40 minutes. They even offered to go out of their way to take me to a hotel and to buy food. I would recommend them to anyone who has a breakdown in PA, WV, VA, and need a tow. They won’t disappoint, and their rates are reasonable. Very courteous, honest and dependable company. I had a problem with the drive shaft on my tractor trailer.These guy’s arrived , hooked me up and towed me to the nearest Volvo truck service station. Our dump truck engine failed and we needed the vehicle towed back to our shop. Bujanowski Towing picked up the truck and drove it 50 miles back to our shop. The first picture is from noon on sunday. The second is from 9pm 2 states over in Indianapolis, IN. And it’s all because of Jon at Bujanowski towing and Mr Tire. Jon was at my location with a tow within the hour and recommended a place that could get my tires replaced ASAP on a sunday.
