Excellent shop. Clean, professional, they accept EVs. Needed a dented door replaced. My once sad car now looks and feels like new! Tricoat paint matched so well, I've not been able to see a difference under multiple lighting conditions so far. The whole process took three weeks from intake. They did a perfect job, including all original/oem parts, handled the initial lowball insurance quote without me having to do anything, and kept me appraised of the situation during the whole three weeks. They called to discuss a couple of issues that popped up during the service (mostly additional things needing replaced such as broken clips, etc) , otherwise sent me update texts every few days. The shop is a bit out of the way, but they have an agreement with the local Enterprise so you'll be picked up and taken to your rental if you need one, and you can just drop the rental off at them too once done. I sincerely hope that I'll never need to visit again! But if the need arises, I know where to go. Thanks a lot!

We have had several of our vehicles repaired at Kilkeary's over the past 15 years. Every time it has been a wonderful experience. Today, I went in for a scratch from a car wash and met with Matt, who was very nice. They buffed the scratch out (and a few other little scratches) and saved me a ton of time and money! I thought I was going to need that whole section repainted. They do wonderful work and are super friendly. Highly recommend for all your bodywork needs.

Kilkeary’s is first class. They’re the only shop I’m aware of that will stand up to the insurance companies on your behalf to repair your car the way it deserves. They also communicate every step of the way and return your car detailed inside and out. Randy and his team kept me in the loop and were helpful in answering all my questions. Most importantly, they did a flawless job with the repairs. I would recommend Kilkeary’s to anyone.

They caused a totaling of my vehicle by adding previously repaired components to what was their repair cost which was priced at about $3,100.00 and ballooned the price to over $13,500.00 hence stealing from poor me and lost any means of transportation for my family! They're supposed to just replace a fender, hood and lights on the front passenger side!

I was recommended to Kilkeary’s by my brother, who had body repair work done there after his car was hit. My own car was involved in a hit-and-run while parked in a lot, which cracked my headlight, kinked the fender, and dented the bumper. Between buying a fixer-upper house, moving out of my apartment, and being between jobs, the timing couldn’t have been worse. With everything going on, the last thing I wanted to deal with was car repairs. After notifying my insurance and dropping my car off at Kilkeary’s, everything was taken care of for me. Randy, who managed my repair, was top-notch — huge shoutout to him. I was kept in the loop about how the repairs were progressing and what would happen next. Randy handled any issues that came up and coordinated any additional costs directly with my insurance. When I saw my car after it was finished and ready for pickup, there was no sign of any damage whatsoever. To my surprise, Kilkeary’s in-house detailer had also gone through the interior — something I wasn’t even told they would do. It looked just like it did the day I brought it home from the dealership. Overall, they were extremely professional, and their work speaks for itself. I’m beyond happy with how everything was handled. Highly recommend!

October 6th, 2025 — I crashed my first Porsche. It was a 2021 Macan GTS. To me, it made the perfect one-car garage. I cherished it like my own child — but things happen, and the unexpected hit me hard. It didn’t take me long to decide to bring my car to Kilkeary’s.. After all, it’s the only Porsche-certified collision center in the area. And they truly deserve that certification — not only for their technical excellence, but also for their unparalleled service. In short, they made me feel so well taken care of that I almost feel glad I crashed my car. When the tow yard stalled on sending my car to their shop, Kilkeary’s offered their own towing service to pick it up and keep the insurance claim moving. While my insurance gave me a bunch of aftermarket parts on their estimate, Kilkeary’s used only OEM parts and wouldn’t take “no” for an answer. In the meantime, I just stayed home and minded my own business — hassle free, literally. But that wasn’t the best part. The true cherry on top — a giant, sweet, juicy cherry — dropped when I realized, on Halloween Friday night, that I’d left an important prototype I needed to demo over the weekend inside my car. 8:00 pm, I rushed into a Zipcar and drove from downtown Pittsburgh to Kilkeary’s. 8:35 pm, I arrived at the shop, only to find the garage gate locked and surrounded by security cameras. 8:40 pm, with nothing to lose but hope, I called Kilkeary’s number, and they answered so fast I thought it was an auto reply. 8:50 pm, I received a callback from Mr. Tim Kilkeary himself, who said he’d be there in 15 min. 9:05 pm, he arrived. I don’t have a religion, but at that moment, I believed that Jesus drives a pickup truck. Yes, Mr. Tim Kilkeary arrived in a stylish pickup with a line of yellow lights on top that gave him a halo. He wore a pair of glasses, cultured like the first page of a piece by Virginia Woolf; his handshake firm, like the stone that holds King Arthur’s sword; his smile reassuring, like a PDK gearbox at the face of a launch control. As a graduate student at Carnegie Mellon, I wish Mr. Kilkeary were the professor of all my courses. As a 24-year-old novice grown-up, I wish to be adopted. And I wish I could rate more than five stars. Thank you, Kilkeary and Kilkeary’s!

After being rear ended in a collision, the Mercedes dealership recommended taking my car to Kilkeary's. I called and was able to make an appointment within 24 hours. It is a bit of a drive from Wexford, but one I ended up being happy to make. The service at Kilkeary's is top notch. From the warm greeting and sparkling reception area stocked with snacks to the impeccable communication I was completely impressed. Everyone who serviced my car was professional, friendly and very thorough. It was done well before I thought it would be, and I could not be happier with the experience. If you have to deal with the fallout from an accident, allow Kilkeary's to lighten your load.

They were very responsive and kept me updated. Worked with my insurance to revise the quote and you can’t even tell the car got hit. They did take longer than I was hoping but it was because of a parts delay so not their fault. Will definitely use them again if I need body work!

This was my second experience with Kilkeary, and unfortunately, it may be my last. In the past, they had a reputation for meticulous attention to detail, and the previous bodywork performed on my vehicle was truly flawless. However, this recent experience did not meet those same standards. Upon receiving my vehicle, I noticed three new scratches. One was previously documented by the service advisor before work began, which I appreciated and understood. The other two, however, were not addressed. I waited in my vehicle for an explanation, but no one followed up with me—neither in person nor by phone. When a company positions itself as a premium provider and charges accordingly, there’s an expectation of exceptional service and communication. Falling short in those areas is disappointing and speaks volumes about the current state of their operations.

I brought my vehicle here following a recommendation from the Jaguar dealership where I purchased it. The staff was extremely helpful and professional throughout the entire process, particularly when navigating challenges with the insurance company, which had initially provided a low estimate. I was kept well informed at each step, and the repair work was completed in a timely manner. They also coordinated smoothly with Enterprise to assist with my rental car. The repair of the rear quarter panel dent and related damage was completed to an excellent standard. Highly satisfied with the service.

Sadly my car ended up being totaled so I can’t attest to the work they do but I can say the customer service is excellent. I was very pleased at how professional, kind, and courteous they were. Initially I didn’t think my car would be a total loss but it was and I was impressed that the guy took the time to explain all of the damage and show me the extent of the damage that essentially caused it to be a total loss. He also helped clean out my car and transfer things over to my rental. And they seem to be very knowledgeable about Land Rovers. Communication was great throughout the process.

We discovered a small crack on the rear bumper in an accident that was entirely not our fault. The repair process took approximately 33 days, during which we encountered significant disagreements with the insurance company and the body shop regarding the extent of the damage and the appropriate cost. It became evident that the body shop was overcharging, and the insurance refuse to pay the charges that is too high. For a relatively minor crack, they dismantled the entire rear end, claiming to adjust and calibrate sensors that were still functional after the accident, resulting in an inflated bill that is almost $3,000, which we had to pay more than $1,000 out of pocket. This experience strongly suggests that the business prioritizes profit over the customer's best interest. I strongly advise against recommending this establishment to anyone. photos attached.

Called twice to get a quote on my Chevelle being painted. Was told the president of the company was in charge of their hot rod division that handles all classic car bodywork. Three weeks later, two calls later, still no return phone call. I guess business is good and they don’t need or want certain business? Such a shame. I hate leaving 1 star reviews, but People need to be aware that they are apparently selective in what they choose to work on - and…apparently who to talk to. As a small business owner myself, I understand and appreciate the value of customer service. It’s a shame this company lacks customer communication. Best bet is to try elsewhere where they will return phone calls trying to give them business! Update: in response to whom ever commented to my review, I will say this: if you read my review, my complaint is about lack of communication. This is not the correct forum for that communication to occur. Had you simply responded to phone messages with adequate information, we would not be at this point. If you have a common phone number And ownership, that is the number I called so I Stand by my review.

I sent my Mercedes to Kilkeary's Auto Body shop to repair a minor dent. The dent repair was great but it came with multiple problems: I was called to come pick up the car. After driving for 50 minutes to get to the shop, I picked up the car and drove back home (relying on the piece of mind promise they advertised). Afterwards, I found there is a large amount of dirt on the soft top that is so obvious and is caused by material they used during the repair. Why was I not told about it clearly at the time of car pick up? Why did I have to find out myself about it and go through the hassle of having the car returned back again to the shop to get it fixed. Absolutely does not match the values of excellence and honesty they advertise for. Their quality check process (if they truly have one) needs to be replaced. Nevertheless, I give them credit that they acknowledged their mistake (which is the first step in improvement and a very important action) and sent someone to pick up the car and have it cleaned on the next day. Also, if it is obvious that the repair entails ordering certain parts, then I recommend that the shop orders parts in advance to shorten the wait time for customer instead of holding the car waiting on parts to arrive. Lastly, Kilkeary's Auto Body front desk offered me snacks from their snack bar so I consumed some chips but they tasted weird. I looked at the expiration date and the snack was expired several months ago. I checked other snacks and most of them were expired so I informed the front desk who then replaced them. The shop needs to be responsible for stocking the snack bar with snacks and making sure the snacks are not expired; this is not the customer job! What if I got sick from eating your expired snacks? Overall, their people are nice but I had a below average experience. They need to up their game to match the values they advertise for.
