Wally's Auto service is really good . Had an alternator changed . The car was towed to Wally's on Thursday by Wally's tow truck and picked up Friday. Excellent Service and friendly people. Great Job Wally's keep up the Excellent Service. The tow truck driver Sean was really nice and had the car on the truck and tied down in 10 minutes.
They overcharge for their services. Stay as far away from them as possible. They kept our truck for a week even after we paid the bill, just to make sure we wouldn’t try to get our money back. Very unprofessional...
I think they used the same old parts on our truck and charged us as they used the new ones. Totally disappointed in the quality of the repairs in this shop.

I needed some work done on my car and was calling a bunch of different body shops in the area. Many of them were giving estimates of OUTRAGEOUS prices. I came across wally's, they were ridiculously fast, very affordable, and super nice. They walked me through all the possible options and recommended I chose one of the options that was the most affordable. They said to me "I dont want you to have to pay over 2 grand for something that wasn't even your fault." At the end of everything, I didn't even come close to paying 2 grand. That shows character. Would highly recommend!
This is my go to place now for car needs.
1. During that huge storm in late May (where some people were without power for a long time) my car was damaged. I called numerous body shops in the Pittsburgh area and couldn’t even get in for an estimate for up to 6 weeks!
I accidentally came across Wally’s.
I called and spoke to Matt (I believe) he said come on in…….Mind you the same day!
I arrived and came in office and said I was told I could come in for estimate for insurance today. Older gentleman behind counter told me it would be a few minutes and make myself comfortable
Even though upon arrival every bay was was occupied with vehicle and worker obviously they were very busy
I didn’t even get a cup of coffee and they were assessing my vehicle
Gave me an estimate ( it was far less than expected) said they worked with my insurance and if I wanted to pursue with them give them a call to schedule
It took longer for the insurance company to get things settled.
Took my car in and she was done before promised even. Then upon leaving noticed my passenger brake light wasn’t working ( I just paid $70 not a week ago) showed me how to take apart which light it was and installed it and sent me on my way
Refused payment even for the cost of bulb.
This is my go to shop now!
They are kind caring some jokes just down to earth people trying to make an honest living and get you on your way

Another local auto shop worked on my car for 9 months almost $1200.00, and still had the same problem and not fixed. But Wally's, fixed the problem in one week, costing me $267.00, and is fixed. Now what does that tell you????
**Overpriced and Unprofessional – Stay Away!**
This towing service is a rip-off. They took forever to arrive, then hit me with extra fees that weren’t mentioned upfront. The staff was rude and careless, showing no concern for my situation. When I questioned the overcharge, they gave vague excuses and refused to adjust the price. Absolutely not worth the hassle!
This place is awesome. During Hurricane our 2009 MKX Lincoln door handle was damaged. I had taken it to a local place where we have our oil changed and they told us to order this part and they would put it on. Needless to say that when I got the part the car place had switch managers and told us that part was not available anymore. Took it to local dealership and they said they would have to order it and it was going to be labor $400 right off the bat. Very puzzled we took it to this place. They were GREAT and worked with us. I did not know they also changed oil and tires as well. I have recommended them to all my neighbors. A very friendly family owned BUSINESS. Highly recommend.
Despite the fact that I own a very old, very well used beater, Wally's has never let me down! I recently had an issue with a bad speed sensor causing my brakes to fade in and out. Wally's replaced the part, but I realized it still wasn't correcting the issue. They discussed the problem with me, quickly got the car back in, and replaced the part again for no charge. If you're looking for rapid response, fair pricing, and great quality work definitely considering giving your business to this local shop - always impressed.
I got my car stuck at the bottom of my driveway during this recent snow storm and I called Wally’s. This was on a Sunday after noon and Jonathan was at my house in less than 30 minutes! My car was really jammed in there and he got it out safely so quickly! Thanks Jonathan you were great!!
Dock neighbor locked himself out of his rig so I called Wally's for him. $85 and literally 1 minute. They had him open and on about his business. They arrived when they said they would. Called other places that wanted to charge $350+! If you're in the area, CALL WALLY'S!
I called and asked for a quote. The person answering the phone was clueless and said she would have to speak to her crew who were out on a major job to give me a quote for a simple tow. She said it could be hours before I even get a quote. The whole point of having a secretary/manager is so the people out in the field don’t have to get involved in the weeds of running the business. Clearly this was overlooked. Shame
EXCELLENT SERVICE! I brought in a tuned and boosted VW and these guys went above and beyond the services I paid for. I'd like to give a shout out to the two prior VW techs that work there too, great guys and very knowledgeable!

This is really the best auto repair shop in Burgettstown. They’ve always been amazing when fixing/inspecting my vehicle and they never try to cheat you for money. I’ve been here about three times now and every time I’ve had a great experience with consistent prices. I recently had to get my car inspected and they were having troubles figuring out specific things about my car, and worked with my schedule when I had to leave for appointments and for work. They allowed me to keep the vehicle there in the meantime (for three days). Thankfully they were able to get everything sorted and get my car fixed up. They were very informative and explained things thoroughly, and all the employees are very nice and polite. I highly recommend this place. Best of Burgettstown!

You ever do something dumb, like try and repair your own vehicle with parts you bought online that DEFINITELY didn't fit because you didn't read the listing super closely?
Happens to the best of us. Anyway, these guys towed my vehicle, fixed my vehicle, and even picked me up just so I didn't have to walk to them!

Everyone who works here is so genuine and talented. I have been here 3 times since the new year, since my car is a bit of a handful, and now I never want to go to anyone else. The prices are very fair and the staff always thoroughly explains everything to me and answers all of my questions. They are so kind and their work is flawless! I recommend this service to everyone!
Very helpful and easy to work with. I have heard a few dissenting complaints but for me they have always been fair. They have even helped me with suggestions of doing work myself which saved me a ton of money.
Highly recommend them and I regularly take both of my vehicles down there for any issues I can't handle myself.
