GREAT JOB! This is the second time we have used Powell’s and they don’t disappoint! They stayed in communication with my husband and I and took very good care of us. Hit a deer took it here to be fixed. they were fast and did a amazing job. they called me every couple days and informed me of the progress and what they found. easy pick up and drop off also even after hours. Even when I questioned things because I had a bad experience with a different shop they explained everything and never got upset. IF you need work done this is the place to go.
Powells did such great work on both of my vehicles l've had to take in. The staff were professional and extremely helpful both times. Most importantly they do quality work and in a timely manner. Highly recommend!

5 Stars Every Time!! My Audi A4 has had 2 deer encounters and hail damage from top to bottom, all separate times, and I've taken it here for all repairs. It's always a pleasant experience dealing with the staff here! They've made my car look brand new each time!
Having our car damaged was an upsetting experience for us. Powell’s was recommended by a close friend of ours who is a retired auto body mechanic. He told us that they were the very best. From the beginning of this process, Ryan was reassuring, understanding of our concerns, and advocated for us with the insurance company. He kept us updated and answered all our questions. We were a team with a common goal. The results were amazing and the car looks as if the accident never happened. We are more than pleased with Ryan, the ladies in the office, and the technicians who repaired the car. Although we hope to never need them, if we did, they would be the first people we would call.
Powells took great care of my Durango after I was in a wreck when I hit a deer. They kept in communication on everything and even helped backed us up on some damage the insurance almost tried backing out on. They surpassed the date they gave insurance on when it would be done, and they even returned the car washed and waxed which I thought was a great touch on how they take care of their customer. 1000% recommend them for all your automotive needs.
Had a fantastic experience with Powell's! When I was severely rear-ended and local body shops couldn't get me in for another 2 months, Powell's got me in immediately. They were 45 minutes away, but totally worth it!
They were very fairly priced (equal to, if not a bit lower than other quotes), worked with my insurance (actually stood up to them and confirmed my car was not safe to drive and helped get me into a rental, despite insurance resisting it), and completed the work quickly and well.
They were very kind folks in general PLUS I truly feel they went above and beyond! I highly recommend them.
Update 3/13/25:
I proceeded with the work that they quoted for me in January. Once they started, there was some additional damage found, but they called me for an approval, handled all the insurance details, and "got 'er done" quickly. My 14 yr old vehicle looks almost new again, and was washed & waxed too !
This is a nice body shop with friendly knowledgeable staff, who are efficient and obviously well trained.
I went there for a repair estimate in January, and was in & out in about 15 minutes, with a printed estimate in hand, and will probably have them do the work soon.
Powells is the best body shop I've had the pleasure of dealing with. I send them a lot of business and I will continue to recommend family and friends to them. Ryan at Powells is especially knowledgeable and helpful. He is very personable and always keeps me updated on the progress of my vehicle. I cannot recommend him or Powells enough!
This shop does great work! I have taken my cars here many times over the years. The staff are all very friendly and treat you like friends. The service and quick and your car comes back looking great . They always put the customers needs first.
brought my car down here because we had someone back into us while we were away from home. I couldn't have taken my vehicle to a better place! They helped with finding a rental and dealing with the insurance company and can't forget that they went above and beyond to make sure my car was fixed the right way and they warrantied the parts if anything should go wrong. The staff were the friendliest and welcoming from the moment I walked into the door. Made you feel as if you've known them your entire life. not only do I highly recommend them, I will definitely be coming back here if I ever need anything like this done again. I sent my car here after getting in a pretty bad accident. They were able to fix my car and they did so in a very timely manner! Everyone was incredibly helpful and informative to me throughout the entire process, especially Ryan and the two owners. Everyone I spoke to was very kind and patient! My car looks great and I was so happy with it when I got it back. I would highly highly recommend, amazing customer service and work!
I would recommend Powell's Auto Body to anyone! I had my car in for repairs a year ago after hitting a deer, and they did an excellent job. Everyone was friendly and so helpful. After a recent rear-end collision, I took my car back. The customer service was exceptional! They explained everything and called me with updates. The work was done within a week and my car looks brand new!
This place is absolutely AMAZING... I had visited them a few years ago when we hit a deer with our vehicle. They did a great job!. We had another issue where our vehicle was damaged pretty badly by a wood chipper. They did an absolute amazing job with our vehicle. It looks like brand new. They cleaned the vehicle inside and out. In addition everyone that I dealt with from Randy, to Stephanie and Alyssa were nothing but AWESOME..
They helped me with the insurance company at fault. They took the pain off of my shoulders and took the lead on working with them. My recommendation is if you're looking for a place to have your vehicle repaired, go here. These people know what customer service is all about.
