Amazing company. Kenny was an absolute blessing and a great man. His professionalism and care for my car was second to none. The appointment was thorough and quick. Even while Kenny was being yelled at by a female driver wile loading my vehicle (no fault of his at all), he maintained his composure and was professional, apologizing to the lady and continuing to do his job. People please give these workers your utmost courtesy and respect. They are doing us a blessing by being there when we are broke down or stranded. I contacted Liberty Mutual roadside assistance, and they recommended M&M Towing Company for help. When I contacted M&M Towing, I was told the waiting time would be 125–180 minutes, which is extremely long for an emergency roadside situation. While waiting, I started reading their reviews and saw many similar complaints. I decided not to waste any more time hoping they would come. Instead, I called a friend, and thankfully he helped me quickly — I’m very grateful for that. M&M Towing never showed up, never contacted me with updates, and provided no assistance at all. Being stranded on a highway with a flat tire is not just inconvenient — it’s unsafe. This experience showed a complete lack of responsibility and reliability. Honest advice: If your insurance recommends this company, don’t waste your time. They don’t come when you actually need help. Very unprofessional and unreliable service.

I was stranded (thankfully at the gym) after my fuel pressure regulator's adjustment screw failed and left my car stuck. At the time, I wasn't aware fully of what happened and thought it was something else - neither of these did I have tools for, nor was anywhere open for me to buy them. It was 4 AM, so I made the call and waited. What struck me as odd first was that this company, based in PA, took a 10 minute tow job for a vehicle 2 hours away in Ohio. However, roughly knowing how insurance companies handle assigning these jobs, I stupidly decided to wait. Two hours pass, pushed back an hour. Another, pushed back 45min. Two more, I gave up. Called our other roadside provider (Allstate - Progressive can stick it as far as I'm concerned from this experience alone.) and they had a local company to me in 20 minutes. I got home at 10:20 AM. - > If you are waiting for these guys, don't. < - Cancel, explore other options if you have them and don't bother looking at the other good reviews and assuming a few people got cranky after waiting an hour - they are GENUINELY not coming. Oh, and during this I tried to call them to ask if they were actually coming from PA or if this was just a dispatcher. Straight to voicemail, full voicemail box. Stay classy, guys

Much like everyone else, they accepted my tow job through Progressive roadside assistance. Mind you this is a Friday at 3 pm. 8:30 rolls round, and come to find out my car was never picked up. They abandoned the job after that, around 9 pm. Now my car is most likely going to sit over the weekend because they took a job they never intended on completing. Absolute joke.

Insurance put us with them, they are roughly 1.5 hours away. Waited yesterday for over 6.5 hours for them to never show (genuinely hope they’re ok). What did show was the credit card statement. Still need my car towed, insurance tried to put us with them AGAIN today, absolutely not.

Supposedly assigned to do a tire change by roadside service. Does not answer their phone or return messages. 5 hours later gave up and canceled the service. Worthless. Find someone else.

This is the worst company ever. Don’t waste your time or money. We requested a tow at 430p through our insurance company. We were given M & M towing and told the truck would be there between 650-730p. We called at 730p and were told there were two cars in front of us and they would be there in about 90 minutes. We called back at 9p and were told that the truck was at the airport and they couldn’t give us a time of when they would be there but it would be at least another 90 minutes. Called back at 11p and we were told that they weren’t coming out. No call. No update. Nothing. I will be filing a complaint with the BBB and my insurance company. We waited 6.5 hours with zero update on what was going on and essentially wasted the entire day for them to not show up.

Was given a 45 minute heads up for towing. Then 24 hours later the car still was towed. Called another company and they were there within minutes.

I used my AAA for a tow on 12-23-2025. M&M showed up within minutes & had my car on the truck & in my driveway all in less than 45 min. The driver was very friendly as well. I will request M&M in the future & definitely recommend them. Thank you M&M.

I needed my car towed to a repair shop yesterday. I called Carvana's roadside assistance and was assigned to M&M towing at 3:45pm yesterday. We were given an estimated arrival of between 5:05-6:05. At 4:53 Kyle called to tell us he was an hour away and had someone ahead of us. At 6:15, he told us he was 30 minutes away. Fine, he arrived by 6:45. Kyle was wearing a Trump 47 sweatshirt and cammo pants/hat, which immediately made me less than comfortable. Thank goodness I'm a straight white woman. Anyway, he immediately questioned whether the car even needed towed, and acted as if I had not tried all the obvious things. Didn't even seem to believe when I told him there had already been someone there who tried all the things he was suggesting. When he finally started to hook the car to the tow truck, he stuck his head out and told me, "I can't find anything to hook it to." Really, Kyle? I let him know that the last tow we had (2 days ago- long, annoying story for another review) hadn't had any problem. He asked, "do you know how they hooked it up?" No, Kyle, I didn't ask. He took a good while, but finally figured out where to put the chains. Then he couldn't figure out how to get the car into neutral. Luckily (sigh) I remembered from the recent tow, that I needed to stay in the car with the door closed or it switched itself into park. We got it onto the bed of his truck. He told me he would text me when he dropped it off. He did not. Imagine my shock this morning when I called the place he was supposed to have left it- and it was not there. I noticed there was another mechanic close by, and called them. Fortunately, they had my car. FFS, Kyle, and M&M. Do better. If I ever find myself in need of a tow and see them coming, I will just start pushing. It would be faster, more competent, and at least I would know where my car was when I get there.

Grateful for their helpful actions. I was so upset when my car broke down and decided I had to call a tow truck. They were so friendly and helpful and helped me through every step of the proccess. They made this horrible day quite a bite better even with the drivers mechanical knowledge and advice. I know im calling Jake from M&M towing from now on. If I could give 0 Stars I would. The absolute worst company to deal with in Pennsylvania. Their 5 star reviews are all fake by employees. Read the one stars and don't waste your time. My story is like every other one star. I have nationwide insurance with roadside assistance and towing. As soon as I was alerted who was coming I looked them up and read the reviews and hoped it wouldn't happen to me . Boy was I wrong. I was told 60-90 minutes. I looked them up, they were 50 miles from me in Oakland. Well two hours went by and no one. I called nationwide that assured me they were coming. Well I don't think M&M realize, 90 minutes is a hour and a half. Two hours is 120 minutes when it's 150 minutes and it says they are coming run. I was quoted an additional 60-90 minutes, them another 45 minutes, another 20 minutes, another 25 minutes, then another 80 minutes. Then they cancelled the call, I wonder why , cause they never enter to come that's why. My dad who is on my policy called they told him at one point no they would be there , when they didn't show I called I was told well they are heading your way,but they have to drop off a vehicle which will take 45 minutes then time to get to you. I had waited for 245pm untill 10pm . If a tow company agrees to take a job, you have a contract to fulfill that job. You don't tell someone one you are coming in a hour and a half, string them along making them think you are coming and then after 7 1/2 to 8 hours to just leave them hanging. If you can't do the job don't agree to it in the first place. There are plenty of other towing companies in Pittsburgh that could have had me home in 90 minutes who appreciates customers and not take advantage of people and there time. I am going to be contacting everyone I can in Nationwide to get them pulled for ever being recommended to anyone again. I also plan to go even further, they should no longer be allowed to operate in Pennsylvania if this is how people are going to be treated. AVOID IF YOU CAN I placed a roadside dispatch through my State Farm app at 6:30 a.m. and was told the wait time would be 75 to 105 minutes. When that time passed, around 8:00 a.m., I called to check the status. Kelly answered the phone and was extremely unprofessional and rude — and it was only eight in the morning. Most towing companies reach out to update customers with an estimated time of arrival, but since I didn’t receive any communication, I decided to call. When I did, Kelly was loud and dismissive, yelling for me to tell her what kind of car I had before I could even finish explaining. When I calmly asked why she was being rude and if she could please provide better customer service, she continued to talk over me. The only reason I called was because my State Farm app showed the tow truck was outside, which clearly wasn’t true. Instead of helping or providing an ETA, she simply said, “The towing company isn’t outside,” and offered no further assistance. After reading other reviews describing similar experiences, I decided to cancel my request. However, when I submitted a new request, State Farm assigned me to the same company again. When Kelly called back, she told me I’d been moved to the bottom of the list and still couldn’t provide an ETA. She said she’d call me back with a time after talking to the diver. The driver called 30 minutes later around 9:30 am and told me he’d be there in an hour and 15 minutes. Based on what I’ve read from others, some customers never even received service. I’m still waiting and it’s going on 11am. They also just updated my time to another 60 minutes. This company clearly needs to improve its professionalism, communication, and reliability. If you’ve had similar issues with this towing company, don’t just leave a review—consider filing a complaint. You can contact the Better Business Bureau (bbb.org/file-a-complaint), your state’s consumer protection office, or your state’s transportation/public utilities commission if they have a DOT number. Holding them accountable is the only way they’ll improve. They came at 12:45pm I put in my request at 6:30 am ..

Worst towing company and a complete waste of time. I used my roadside assistance and was assigned this lovey gem of a company. Progressive sent out a dispatch at 640am. I was told between 75 and 105 mins until the tow would arrive. I didn’t hear from the company by 830 so I called. They told me another 60-90 mins. Still nothing. Called again at 1030 — now we’re at 120 additional minutes. They told me I was 7th in line and it would be another 45 mins. Nobody ever showed up. I called again and now they would not answer my phone calls. I wouldn’t recommend them to my worst enemy. A complaint has been filed with my insurance company to ban them as a provider and I’ll be notifying the BBB for their awesome services or lack there of.

Terrible company. they were dispatched to my location saying it would be an hour and a half than 2 minutes till they were here they would text and say another hour. same thing two minutes till they would arrive texts me we will be there in a hour. save your time and call anywhere but here. it took 3 and a half hours before i finally canceled it and called else where

I locked my keys in the car last night at 8:30pm and my Visa provider chose M&M Towing to come and help me. M&M claimed to have come by and ‘couldn’t find me’. I got one call - when he was on the way. Nothing after that when he was supposedly searching. The location is unambiguous - a hotel! So, I try again with the Visa dispatch and they give me M&M again(!) M&M gives me an estimate of ‘90-120 mins’. I wait an hour and then they cancel! It’s 11:30pm by this point so I decide to wait until the morning with only my wallet, phone and the clothes on my back overnight. (All my stuff is locked up in the car). Top it off with a M&M dispatcher who is gruff/indifferent and it’s clear that these guys shouldn’t be doing this type of mission-critical work where people depend on them in a time of real need.

Please don’t waste your time going to this place. They are all an absolute joke. Im not from here but my car broke down I have insurance through Car Max so they dispatched these clowns to pick up my car. These workers ended up towing my car to the WRONG LOCATION. I called them and asked where did they drop off my car, they said at the location. I called them again and told them it wasn’t at the location they told me it was and to stop calling their phone. Called the actual company a woman answers and she is RUDE!! Come to find out they did in fact tow my car to a tire shop instead of the car repair shop it was supposed to be going to. She said they would fix it but couldn’t call me to give me an update about it since it wasn’t in the que. I’ve called numerous times since then and no response. Ended up wasting more time and having to call another tow company. ABSOLUTELY WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.

"On the way" for 3 1/2 hours then canceled. Broke down on I-279 last night around 5:35 heading into Pittsburgh. Called roadside assistance through Erie Insurance and M&M answered the call. They texted and said they would be there in 65-90 minutes. At the 65 minute mark, they texted again and said they were extending 65 minutes. Now after 130 minutes, they texted again and said they were extending another 65 minutes. Almost 3 1/2 hours later, now pitch dark, they text a third time saying they are extending another 65 minutes and shortly after that they texted me saying they canceled the job and are not coming. I had tried texting them, calling them, and no response. Had they either responded to me or just not accepted the job, the roadside company could have moved on to another company much sooner. My car broke down not even able to get all the way off the road, on a bend, in the fast lane. All in all, I ended waiting over 6 hours before getting a tow truck. If you are thinking of using M&M - DON'T!

Got connected with this company today through my USAA Roadside service. Bryan (Brian) was able to get to me in under 30 minutes from my request and took me to the requested drop off with no issues. I was impressed with his helpful attitude and his willingness to try and find me an alternative drop off to replace my tires same day so I'd still make it to work, however I didn't want to interrupt his day and just stuck it out with my original drop off location but I appreciate his desire to go above and beyond to try and help me out! I was able to make it to work still using a Lyft credit USAA Roadside assistance provided, and made about half of what I need for my tire replacement since I have to do all 4 of them, so I'm still super thankful that he was so quick to arrive! Had I needed to wait longer I wouldn't have made it in at all! Thank you again so much!

They were contracted by my insurance to tow my vehicle. Said 90-120 minutes at 90 minutes another 65 minutes 55 minutes later insurance company calls and says they’re still an hour plus away 😡. Insurance company ended up contacting someone else since they weren’t reliable. Definitely would not recommend

Highly recommend this towing company. The driver that picked up my Q5 was great and knowledgeable. The dispatcher was so helpful and kind when I was having the worst morning to begin with. Thank you for your time and service today!!

Very thankful that I was able to have my car towed after the power steering failed. The owner of the company was very kind. Made sure my car made it to the shop! I would recommend this towing company 1000%. And will definitely use in the future if having any further issues

Used M&M towing for Honda roadside. Driver was nice and good with my car. Prompt arrival beating the anticipated time by Honda. This is the second time M&M has towed my vehicles making this a second good experience for me.

My Insurance Company Nationwide Contacted Them For A Tow. Driver Came Out With A 2 Wheel Lift Not A Flatbed Like I Requested. Not There Problem I Guess I Have A 4 Wheel Drive Vehicle. Upon Coming The Drivers Bumper Came Aloose. Instead Of Him Helping Me. I Ended Up Helping Him By Finding An Old Bolt I Had So We Can Reattach His Front Bumper😒. I Had To Cancel The Request Twice Because I Don’t Know What Else Is Gonna Fall Off There Trucks.
