I've had work done at this shop, and they were reasonable and quick. This comment is about Sean in service. I had started to have a low coolant warning in the morning, and by 10 miles of driving, the surge tank was at the fill line. I was in a little bit of a panic over it. I talked to Sean, and he told me not to worry, that we'd never seen these cold of temps for this long, and the coolant was just contracting more than normal. Now that the weather is warmer, I'm not getting the warning anymore. Thanks for easing my mind Sean!
Great experience,they helped me get a windshield that couldn't be shipped to Ohio. Got it 3 hours closer for me to pickup. To my surprise it was delivered to my doorstep one day! No extra charge, not even sure who delivered! Just a great, helpful group of people!
They were, ok, although the engine was in warranty, cummins denied repairs, but after I spent $39,000 us on this in frame, I kinda thought someone should call, afterwards to make sure all was OK. Unfortunately cummins is not a company I will have anything to do with again, and the dealer here comes your defense??????? Unsure.
Drove close to 4 hours to pick up a truck that my friend was purchasing, only to find that he had been lied to about certain things that weren’t easily fixable, what a waste of time and fuel to get there.
Very grateful for the ease of comfort and professionalism that was rendered to my driver with his vehicle. There are still lots of businesses that stands with integrity.

From beginning to end my experience with this kenworth location and the persons I encountered put me and my worries at ease. They were extremely helpful and had me up and running in no time. Very greatful and would absolutely return for repairs.

Big shoutout to the service department! I called in right around 6pm with an issue that put my truck into derate, they were able to scan it that same evening, and in the morning got be in the bay right at 7am, they were able to figure out the issue and get me back on road that afternoon! Many thanks, especially to Nate and Jared who went above and beyond to get me rolling again!
I had check engine light
I asked them just to do diagnostic
After 5 hour they brought my truck and answered that only issue was def fluid level, we fixed that(added def fluid) and for that I have to pay 400$
After 10mile same problem came back

Phenomenal customer service and knowledgeable staff. They had me in and out in record time where Youngstown KW couldnt care less. I rarely post reviews but this dealer definitely deserves a 5 star review. Thank you again guys!

This place is horrible. It was around 95° outside so I have to stay inside while there were working in my truck and guess what Costumer waiting room has NOT AC so I have to spend from 11 am to almost 8pm outside because Inside was tike hell. My question is how a big company like that are running a business treatment your OWN costumers like that? Weird thing was that every other places has it. Honestly this is the WORSE place ever been.
Nathan is a rockstar. I had called him about low oil pressure and he said if I could get it there, he would look at it within two hours come to find out it was just a bad oil pressure sensor. I was back on the road within two hours. Really appreciate it.

My Pete (w/Paccar MX13) derated two miles away. Limped it in at 1am. Plenty of trailer parking. Got me in first thing after opening at 7am, diagnosed and out the door within a few hours. Couldn't have broke down at a better place. There's a subway within walking distance if you get hungry.
You never want to go to a shop because it means your truck is hurt.
These guys have impressed me, and show good shops do still exist. From the moment i walked in, i was treated with friendliness and respect, and was given the impression that these guys want to help every step of the way

A gentleman named Bill made a very unpleasant trip a wonderful one. Ordered part from different kensworth, show up here and they say it’s out of stock. Bill helped find where I could get the part same day and close to where I was. I appreciate his kind gesture to assist in locating the part and would highly recommend this place as it seems like they care about their customers
stopped in without an appointment and was behind schedule. The Service department fit me in quickly and was very friendly. The chairs in the driver lounge are some of the best ive seen at any dealer and the coffee was fresh. they had the part and i was rolling in under an hour. i am going to use Kenworth in Clintonville from now on. Drivers! If you have the pleasure of breaking down in PA, this is where you'd want it to happen. Polite, professional, HONEST and (when there isn't a national parts shortage) timely. Wade & his crew worked their MOJO when my DEF sensor took a dive. I came in, informed them of my issue and was treated with the utmost respect & dignity without being ripped off. I've been to quite a few shops & no one has come close to these guys! Thank y'all so much for getting me back on the road and making me feel at home!

Worst appointments, I called a week before to set up an appointment, they gave me at 12:00 PM and I waited three hours after the appointment to get my truck serviced. I asked how long it is going to take and they didn’t have an answer. Why are you making appointments then if you don’t have enough mechanics. They make you waste your time for no reasons. At the end I leaved without fix my truck and wasted my time.

Shop has expirenced mechanics and good turn around times. A good place for all your commercial truck needs. And a great sale s department too.

Called a dealer in Ohio, got attitude and "first come first serve if you were here now, we might look at it tomorrow". Called this dealership, they were friendly, actually said they wanted my business. They set appointment for the same evening. I literally drove past the dealer in Ohio. These folks took me in as soon as I arrived. First problem was fixed. Second problem could not be done until morning. Let me pull out and spend the night in the truck. Back in in the morning, they had to spend most of the on an intermittent electrical problem. But, they have a very nice drivers lounge.
I felt prices were reasonable.
